  • URBAN CHESTNUT STAMMTISCH 6/4/16oz CANS – German Pilsner. A “Stammtisch” is an informal group meeting held on a regular basis – more directly translating to ‘table for regulars’. Our Stammtisch was brewed to celebrate this idea of community and socializing. It’s a traditional German Pilsner featuring a blend of Hallertau and Strisselspalt hops, giving it a pronounced herbal and spicy aroma. It’s crisp and dry with a light grainy malt profile. We think it’s the perfect accompaniment to any gathering. 5.4% ABV – MO
  • URBAN CHESTNUT SCHNICKELFRITZ 6/4/16oz CANS – Bavarian Weissbier. The unmistakable characteristics of this Bavarian Weissbier are achieved with a yeast that is decidedly fruity and phenolic. You may note clove, nutmeg or even vanilla and/or banana-like aromas and flavors. 5% ABV – MO

Coming in hot! Low Bandito is back!

This Imperial Stout was boiled for over 14 hours and later rested in Añejo tequila barrels for one year. Habanero peppers, limes, cacao nibs, vanilla beans, and cinnamon were added in the secondary to pull massive flavors of Mexican chocolate.

This will be available in 500 ML bottles and on draft! $22 per 500 ML bottle. No limits.

  • Phase Three P3 Mexican Lager 6/4/16oz CANS – It’s no secret that P3 loves delicious premium lagers. P3 Mexican Lager features pilsner malt, flaked maize, and a pinch of Vienna malt to round it out. We then fermented it with a popular lager yeast from one of the most prominent lager breweries in Mexico for a bright & smooth flavor that, after eight weeks of horizontal lagering, happens to be the perfect crusher. 5.5% ABV -IL
  • Phase Three Proper Trollied 6/4/16oz CANS – Dark English Mild Ale that packs big flavors into a low ABV, easy-drinking package. The trio of English Maris Otter, Amber, & Brown malts provide notes of fresh-baked dinner rolls, pale chocolate, and perfectly roasted coffee beans. 3.9% ABV – IL
  • Phase Three Geo 6/4/16oz CANS – West Coast-style Pilsner hits all the notes of a Pilsner & adds Balanced Bitter, Lightly Dank West-coast Hop Character from the addition of Citra & Mosaic Hops. Geo has it all. 5.5% ABV – IL

  • Phase Three DDH Double Pixel 6/4/16oz CANS – DDH Hazy DIPA with a DDH dose of Pacific-Northwest Citra hops absolutely saturates this hazy with dank tropical citrus notes. 8% ABV – IL
  • Phase Three DDH Far From the Tree 6/4/16oz CANS – DDH Hazy DIPA double dry hopped with Citra and Simcoe. Expect notes of mango, pineapple, orange and all the citrus juice deliciousness you can imagine. 7.7% AB – IL
  • Phase Three TDH Triple Pixel 6/4/16oz CANS – Triple dry-hopped Hazy TIPA with Citra. Delicious notes of Lime Peel, Passionfruit and Pulpy Grapefruit. 10% ABV – IL

  • Jester King Staked Plains Pils 6/4/16oz CANS – Pilsner brewed w/ 100% TX grown malt. Truly Texan in origin. Lagered for eight weeks until soft, smooth, drinkable, and allowing the Llano Pilsner malt and delicate yeast character shine. 4.8% ABV – TX
  • Jester King Mr Mingo 6/4/16oz CANS – A farmhouse ale with roselle hibiscus. The inspiration was to make a simple beer with a subtle adjunct. 4.8% ABV – TX. Brewery Notes: “Brewed with Trinity well water, TexMalt Llano pilsner and Denton County wheat, flaked oats, Columbus hops, and Roselle hibiscus. Fermented in stainless steel with our JK mixed culture. Packaged in kegs and (for the first time) cans. Light, dry, drinkable, mildly tart, and slightly herbaceous.”

  • Jester King Snorkel 6/4/16oz CANS – A Farmhouse Ale brewed with Alderwood Smoked Sea Salt and Oyster Mushrooms. 4.2% ABV – TX. This beer calls for an Oyster pairing!
  • Jester King OG Black Metal 6/4/16oz CANS – Cult status Imperial Stout. 10.5% ABV – TX. 
  • Thiriez/Jester King La Petite Princesse 24x330ml BOTTLES – Tablebeer in collaboration with Jester King Craft Brewery. Clear and light pale ale, powerful character, an earthy bitterness with notes of bready yeast. 2.9% ABV – FR. Not a can but we loved this beer so much that we decided to bring a few more cases. A true classic, and a worthwhile side by side imbibing session! One Of Jeffrey Stuffing all time favorite collabs!

ROAM SET RELEASE

ROAM was initially released as a collaboration with our friends at @dimensionalbeer and when we decided to bring it back, we knew we had to do a few variants with the D-Team as well.

Sales for our ROAM set go live tomorrow (Wednesday, April 10) at 10AM online via TOAST (link in our bio) and will remain on sale, online, during our regular business hours until sold out.

Each ROAM SET will contain one (1) 500mL bottle of the following:

ROAM (12.7%)

Monster cookie inspired imperial stout with peanuts, peanut butter, granola, and cacao nibs

LIMBO (12.7%)

Imperial stout with peanut butter, honey roasted peanuts, coconut, & maple syrup

TROUBLE (12.7%)

Imperial stout with peanut butter, honey roasted peanuts, bananas, & marshmallows

There will be no limit on sets per order, and proxies are absolutely allowed. Picking up for a proxy? Just be sure to have their name/order number ready for us when you’re picking up 🥰.

Draft pours and bottle pickup start at 11AM here in our Sherman Hill taproom on Friday, April 12 and must be picked up anytime during our regular business hours by end of day Sunday, April 14.

For those coming thru Sherman Hill this weekend, we will also have a special, in-person only 4th bottle available for purchase when you’re here. More on that later this week!

Belma is a clean and crisp India Pale Lager brewed with rice and pilsner malt. Bittered and dry-hopped with Belma. Notes of blueberry and pine. Available in 16oz 4-packs, growlers, and draft.

Follow us on an epic journey where we bring our can art to life. 5 new beers will be released alongside new artwork and scrolls that piece together the short story of Visma.
