MC2 IPA – MC² is Photon’s big brother. We literally took Photon’s hopping rate and squared it. This DIPA is our tribute to the amazing relationship that energy and mass are balanced, proportional to the speed of a photon squared. It pours a hazy tangerine color, releasing bright tropical notes of mango, pineapple, and apricot. MC² tastes like succulent mango juice loaded with chewy hop resins. It’s very drinkable for 8.0%; be careful, this one can sneak up on you
Astral Projection – Astral Projection into Multiple Galaxies is our first collaboration with our friends from Widowmaker Brewing. We set out to have an out of body experience with mind, body, and soul and travel into multiple galaxies by using a hop combination of Galaxy, Strata, and Apollo Hops. Astral Projections into Multiple Galaxies pours milky yellow with aromas of passionfruit creamsicles, lemongrass, and pineapple and a cosmic flavor profile of mango, orange sherbet, dank passionfruit, grapefruit, and lime PEZ candy with an assorted melon salad #EQjuice finish that will mentally transport you to the galaxies above
dHop 44 – Pouring vivid yellow, bright aromas and soft flavors of fresh squeezed OJ, mango slices, green nerds, and dank papaya orange smoothie lead with a huge chewy mouthfeel bursting with our #EQjuice rainbow melon finish. This is one of the most hop-saturated dHops we have even done yet.
Alfajores – Alfajores are popular South American dessert typically made with soft cookies pressed together with a sweet gooey filling in the middle. To emulate this classic, we conditioned a big base stout on Honey, Almonds, Hazelnuts, Coconut, and Madagascar Vanilla. Alfajores pours pitch black with a frothy tan head. Decadent notes and flavors of fudge brownie, almond shortbread cookie dough, Ferrero Rocher Hazelnut chocolates drizzled with honey, and coconut mudpie come together in a creamy and velvety finish with the perfect amount of honey to offset the chocolate malts. P3 Pilsner This American-Style pilsner saw a couple changes this time around, mainly a switch from 2-row barley to 6-row American barley. This will provide a distinct character unique to American lagers. We took the ABV down from 5% to 4.7% to further increase the drinkability. Lightly-hopped to provide balance to the malt. This beer isn’t hoppy, it isn’t malty, it’s simple at its core and the perfect companion to hiking, grilling, sitting by the pool, or enjoying in a hammock.
Lil Space Booties – DDH Pale Ale Our favorite little session pale ale is back! 𝗟𝗶𝗹’ 𝗦𝗽𝗮𝗰𝗲 𝗕𝗼𝗼𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀 is a light, bright, and hop-saturated hazy with Galaxy and Citra hops. The tiny tot of our DDH DIPA Double Space Boots, these space booties carry a heap of juicy hop character delivered on a, dare I say, nebulous body. Expect to experience the same atmospheric symphony of mango, pineapple, and bright citrus alongside metagalactic notes of fresh peach and melon but now with a featherweight 5.5% ABV.

With this recipe, we doubled the amount of orange and vanilla for the ultimate creamsicle tang, brewed with milk sugar for a dreamy mouthfeel, and then dry-hopped with Amarillo and Citra hops to add some tropical complexity. 𝗧𝗿𝗶-𝗖𝗹𝗮𝗺𝗽 & 𝗚𝗮𝘀𝗸𝗲𝘁 is a TIPA that’s triple dry-hopped with Amarillo, Citra, Strata, and Idaho 7. Chula – Mango Gose We’re excited to announce the return of 𝗖𝗵𝘂𝗹𝗮, our fan-favorite summer seasonal! You can look all year long, but you won’t find a beer that turns up the heat quite like Chula. Inspired by mangonadas, the original summer refresher, this fruited Gose is brewed with Mango and a Big Mich Chile Spice Blend sourced by our friends Feast City exclusively for this release. When it comes to our beer, we brew them with passion and patience hoping that they mature into something special. Sometimes, though, we get lucky and the result exceeds our expectations by a mile. Huntley Helles Lager This German-style lager is brewed with our soft water and some of our favorite German malts and hops, then lagered in our horizontal tank. An extremely soft mouthfeel with a pleasant malt profile and hints of noble hops, then ends in an ever so smooth finish.

NEW – Corporate Sellout Move IPA This is an IPA! It’s a collab with Cloudburst, in Seattle. They make great hoppy beer. They are industry vets, which plays into the name (we’ll get to that). They are the sort of small brewery that spends a ton of time doing wet hop beers, getting to know growers, learning about the business of hops, and generally just being in the loop about all things hops. It’s enlightening to talk to them, drink some of their beers, and understand that the idea that maybe IPA could look like a hazy beer but not just be a glass full of smoosh with no structure at all whatsoever.

LOUDBITS – Weldwerks/Blackstack Collab (juicy bits meets loud pack) 8% ABV An 8% DDH Double New England IPA, brewed in collaboration with WeldWerks Brewing. It is a combined recipe of their famous Juicy Bits and our yearly favorite Loud Pack. It features BlackStack’s hand selected Citra, Mosaic and Australian Galaxy, in combination with El Dorado hops selected by WeldWerks.
Sprudel Kolsch Sprudel is our German-Style Kolsch. This pseudo lager/ale is technically an ale but fermented cool to create a clean character with little fruity esters that play off the crackery pilsner malt and touch of toasty Munich malt we used. Subtle noble hop character for balance at the end.
Pixel Density Our core hazy, exclusively hopped with our hand-selected Citra. Clocking in at 6.5%, this beer is a versatile, full-of-flavor, not-too-heavy, bright, pillowy hazy IPA to reach for. Oh yea, it’s a 4.1rating on UNtappd too.
