Silvia (Barrel-Aged Sour dry-hopped with Mosaic, 5%) – The third iteration of the Silvia series. We hand-selected a blend of brettanomyces and wild beer from our wood program and then dry-hopped it with Mosaic hop. Naturally carbonated kegs and bottles.
