A Deal with the Devil is a barleywine style ale brewed with galaxy hops. A starting gravity of 37 plato. Aged eleven months in Cognac barrels. The devil is in the details… Enjoy! 17.30% ABV – AK

Cantillon Classic Gueuze 6/750ml –
Blend of lambics produced during different years.
Beer with a slightly acidic and fruity taste, delicate and woody fragrance and a dry finish that lingers on the palate.
Beer with taste evolution that will keep for a long time in a good cellar.
Grand Cru Bruocsella 1900 6/750ml –
Vintage lambic. All the beers are from the same brewing season and mature in barrels for three years.
Beer with a highly complex structure that has a wine-like and somewhat oxidised taste, the slightly acidic structures mingling with more mellow aspects.
Powerful yet elegant, Bruocsella can be considered the missing link between the worlds of wine and beer. Since there is no secondary fermentation in the bottle Bruocsella is a flat, non-sparkling beer.
Saint Lamvinus 6/750ml –

Blend of lambics aged on average 16 to 18 months and of Merlot grapes.
The year’s blend, bottled November 2022, was exceptionally made with Merlot (55%), Grenache Noir (35%), and Syrah (10%).
Lambic can be rightly considered the missing link between the worlds of wine and beer, and Saint Lamvinus takes this one step further by adding grapes normally intended for wine production.
Intense, fruity beer that lingers on the palate and has a clear connection to its winemaking origins.
Sang Bleu 6/750ml –

Lambic blend with blue honeysuckle, or haskap, berries.
For the past two years, we’ve been making a fruited blend with Camerise berries in small quantities. These berries are slightly sweet with a beautiful acidity.
We didn’t have to look very far for its new name… a blue fruit that makes a blood-red beer: Sang Bleu. Our friend Ammo has outdone himself once again, creating a superb new label to go with its new name.

Muckraker Beermaker coming from Abu Nawas! Plus more from Hoof Hearted, Esker Hart and Abomination!

From northern New Jersey, about 20 minutes from the New York border, Muckraker Beermaker has for several years now been quietly crafting what we think are some of the best spontaneously fermented & wild ales this side of the Atlantic. It is a hidden gem of a little brewery in a rural setting…the kind of thing that inspired us to do what we did all those years back on our regular beer hunting expeditions to Belgium.

Owner & brewer Tom Troncone, who for 24 years prior to starting Muckraker was a newspaper journalist (i.e. a “muckraker”), spontaneously ferments about 75% of the beer he makes via coolship. The beer spends about a year in oak, and more times than not is refermented on fresh New Jersey fruit, typically with a fruiting rate of about 6 pounds per gallon of beer.

Recently, Muckraker started brewing “clean” beer to compliment its wild and spontaneous portfolio. “Hazen,” is the inaugural release of Muckraker’s “clean” beer series. It’s a crushable, hazy IPA loaded with oats, and Citra and Mosaic hops. Look for waves of tropical fruit, melon and a bevy of citrus riding over a smoothness that belies its 6.5% abv. Tom first made Hazen about five years ago for the wedding of his friends Josh and Angie Hazen, so the beer basically named itself. Since then, it’s been Tom’s staple IPA recipe.

Off Color Socks 24/250ml – Wild-fermented Saison aged in Barolo Wine Foedre with African dried lemons and black limes. Bright, citrusy, and a little funky. 6.4% ABV. **Extremely Limited**
Off Color Staveyard Framboise 24/250ml – Oud Bruin-Style Ale with Raspberries Added. For Staveyard Framboise they pureed whole berries and refermented in a blend of three different oak barrels before topping it off with a dose of the house lactobacillus culture. The punch of sweetness from the berries are subtlety balanced by a horsey funk and a wisp of wood tannins. 15% ABV. **Extremely Limited**
Off Color Beer for Pizza 6/4/16oz CAN – Malt Beer Inspired by pizza and pop parties, Beer for Pizza features sweet crystal malts, Belgian dark candy syrup, and vanilla balanced with acidity from lime juice and citric acid. The flavor addition is inspired by the secret “Seven X” blend of citrus, cinnamon, and nutmeg for a juicy, yet spicy/sweet botanical kick. Kola provides a slight caffeine boost while crisp carbonation enhances the mouthfeel. 4.5% ABV.

Stillwater Artisanal Extra Dry Chu-Hi With Red Grapefruit 6/4/16oz CAN – Following the classic Extra Dry: Sake-Inspired Saison comes a fruited variant – also inspired by one of our favorite Japanese refreshments introduced to us, chūhai. Often sold as ‘Chu-Hi’ – the term is an abbreviation of “shōchū highball” – it’s a (commonly canned) cocktail of shōchū & carbonated water, flavored with various fruits. Extra Dry Chu-Hi is a brighter & lighter take on the familiar Saison, topped up with a touch of citrus and fermented dry. RED GRAPEFRUIT is the first flavor. 4.2% ABV.

Sitting high in the saddle and hopped with Motueka, Dr. Rudi, and Nelson Sauvin all from New Zealand along with some Mosaics and a heaping helping of Amarillo for that authentic Texas flavor. 8% ABV.
