Attention to detail and a squeegee landed him at a five year installment at the acclaimed Hill Farmstead Brewery – firmly cementing his love for brewing.Using the state of the art facilities at Twelve Percent, Papallo was able to bring his ideas into reality.

It’s a traditional German Pilsner featuring a blend of Hallertau and Strisselspalt hops, giving it a pronounced herbal and spicy aroma. It’s crisp and dry with a light grainy malt profile. We are Grateful, Honored and Humbled to our Illinois friends at Phase Three Brewing for trusting us with their fine brews. We’ve always admired their fine work and were kind of bummed that they were not within our realm. Well, we couldn’t be more delighted that this has changed!

We are heading there to pick up early next week so they can be delivered to your shelves next Thursday. For freshness sake, we agreed that we will be doing 2 pickups a month. Their kegs are filled on demand, so please reach out to your Abu Nawas Sales Rep about current availability and timelines: we’ll take care of you.
