- AquaTronic IPA – 8% Time to double down on this one! This juicy Double IPA showcases Azacca, El Dorado & Galaxy hops to give off balanced notes of tropical fruit and sweet citrus. The soft mouthfeel from this brew makes this juicy Double IPA dangerously approachable!
- Otter Palmer Radler – 4.5% – Refreshing blend of beer, black tea, and lemonade, this cocktail inspired beer is a refreshing addition to the golf course, lawn mowing, or just sitting in a comfy chair in the A/C.
- Plush Slush Fruited Berliner Weisse – 7% Our award-winning sour with copious amounts of peaches, apricots, and peach ring candy that pairs with the soft lactic sourness and microbe driven stone fruit from the lactobacillus sour culture. We referment it on additional peaches, apricots, candied peach rings and finish it with lactose to create a creamy but tart candied peach treat! Tart, peachy, and plush!
- Rainbow Smiggles Fruited Sour – 7% Our award-winning Berliner Weisse, features 300 lbs of Skittles, over 100 boxes of Trix Cereal, 2 lbs per gallon of strawberries and pineapple, and vanilla.
- The Reel Legend IPA – 7% This American IPA has an intense hop aroma and great malt balance. Hopped with the Centennial, Citra, and Idaho 7 hop varietal gives this beer grapefruit and pine resin aromas. A significant malt body balances this hop presence that leads this to a remarkable drinkable American-style India Pale Ale. Brewed by Taylor Ganio in honor of her father.
- Ryes or Die Trying Rye IPA – 8% A NEIPA with a kick! This NEIPA with Rye malt adds a spicy note to complement the rich full body of the style. We used Chinook, Amarillo, and El Dorado hops to provide spicy, citrusy, piney, and some sweet fruit character that will help you Ryes to any occasion… or die trying!
- Trail Maker Fruit Beer – 5.2% Pack up the cooler, it’s time for a hike down your favorite trails! For our latest springtime special, we’ve taken a radical Blonde Ale, added a splash of strawberry along with a touch of tart lemon, resulting in the perfect brew for your favorite groovy getaway. This Fruited Ale remains super light and refreshing while jam packed with flavor that’s sure to help you reach that beautiful site from the top of the mountain or from sitting lake side!
- Electro Berry Lua Collab – Well balanced and pronounced fruit flavors with a hint of sour bite at the end, sea salt enhanced as the beer opens. Easy Drinking.
- Cotton Candy IPA – 6.3% Like a childhood visit to the circus, this IPA has a robust flavor of cotton candy with a refreshing finish. Citra, Mosaic, Belma, Galazy and Sabro hops.
- Guava Juice Drops IPA – 7.6%We went to the moon and back for this mouth-watering galactic journey. Galaxy hops produce the guava, peach and citrus aromas, Guava juice adds to the spectacular mouthfeel.
- Crowd Control Hazy IPA – 8% Shoulder to shoulder Mosaic, Cashmere & Strata. Excuse me. The tasty refresher to get from our buds at the Ball Park Cafe when the Great Minnesota Get Together gets to be just a liiiiiittttttlllleee too much. Pardon me. For when it’s just a little too late in the day for “It’s just so nice to see everyone!”. Ope, sorry, can I scoot past ya there?
- I Thought You’d Never Ask Hazy IPA – 8.1% Who, me? Long overdo blend of some of our favorite varietals: our hand selected Citra Cryo, Idaho 7 Cryo & El Dorado in questionable quantities. Just remember… All you have to do is ask.
- Late to the Party Oktoberfest – 6% More like Awk-toberfest, amirite? We actually quite enjoy drinking these types of beers into the fall, so we figured we’d release it in the first week of October… so like 2-4 months after most folks. We brewed this beer with Weyermann Malt & spunded for natural carbonation as an homage to the endlessly gulpable biers you’ll find at the tents in Munich during Oktoberfest festivities. Where is everyone going? We just got here.
- Triple 755 – 10.8% An even more torqued version of our forever favorite fog dog. All the helpings of all the things that make us love it so. Even More Wheat. Even More Oats. Even More of our Hand-Selected Citra, Azacca & Amarillo. Even heftier amounts of the Hand-Selected Cryo versions of all the same to finish it off. Liquid lust in a can. Pour Up.
- Trying to Find a Balance Hazy IPA – 10.2% Schemed up with the team at Equilibrium Brewing out of Middleton, NY. Searching for Homeostasis in an overloaded hop bill of Michigan Chinook, Strata, Cashmere Cryo, Citra & Idaho 7. We find community in our search for excess. We find meaning in breaking through. We find find comrades in the far reaches. We find a balance.
- TDH Triple Full Frame – 10% Triple dry-hopped hazy triple IPA with Citra & Amarillo. Expect dank peach, tropical fruit, & pine notes.
- Frog Stack Pineapple, Coconut & Marshmallow – 4.5% Fruited gose with pineapple, cream of coconut, and a kiss of marshmallow.
- Curiosity Survives Cream Ale – 5.4% A classic American ale brewed with pale 2-row barley, flaked corn, and a touch of specialty malt. Clean and crisp, with a distinct grainy flavor and a balancing bitterness.
- Perpetual Sounds Hazy IPA – 7.7% Double IPA brewed with mosaic and amarillo hops. Ripe peach, earl grey, lemon, blueberry, pine.
- Double Nectar Mango Sicilian Lemon – 7.8% Fruited sour ale with mango & Sicilian lemon
- Illo Hazy IPA – 7.7% Double dry-hopped hazy double IPA with a single hop selection of amarillo. Rich, full-bodied flavor profile that features a prominent hop bitterness and a subtle sweetness with notes & distinct aroma-rillos of citrus and pine.
- Overlaid IPA – 7.8%Featuring citra and sultana hops. 7.8% with pineapple, pine and bright citrus notes, expect to make lots of people happy with those flavor characteristics.
- Sprudel Kolsch – 5% Kolsch style ale
- Chocolate Milk Stout – 5.5% Pouring black as the night sky with a firm, tan head and featuring aromas of baker’s chocolate, roasted barley and chocolate malts, Chocolate Milk Stout has a rich, velvety mouthfeel, loads of chocolate flavor and a smooth creaminess provided by cacao nibs and milk sugar. This beer, perfect for the change in seasons, is a chocolate lover’s dream.
- Absence of Light PB Choc Milk Stout – 7.1%The perfect mash-up of cacao nibs and peanut butter supported by caramel, chocolate and roasted malts, Absence of Light opens with huge aromas reminiscent of creamy peanut butter cups and transitions into a silky milk stout with rich chocolate and coffee notes tapering to a slightly sweet finish provided by an addition of milk sugar.
- Pineapple Prussia Sour – 4% A new tropical spin on Prussia Berliner Weisse, this light-bodied, tart wheat beer was fermented on pineapple following brewhouse souring. Like Passion Fruit Prussia, this iteration is well-balanced and features delicate touches of pineapple that play nicely with the soft, lactic acidity to make this beer super drinkable and quenching.
- Lemon Gose Sour – 4% A delicate balance of subtle tartness provided by brewhouse acidification and citrusy sweetness contributed by preserved lemons and lemon zest, Preserved Lemon Gose pours a slightly hazy golden hue and features bright, herbaceous aromas of lemon verbena and lemon basil. This lower alcohol, German-style wheat beer finishes crisp and dry with a whisper of lingering sourness that’s tempered by sea salt and tangy lemon flavors.
- Animals in the Machine Parish Collab – 8% Collaboration with our fam from Parish. DDH with Citra and Citra Cryo.
- Magic Hydra Mortalis Collab – 6% Magic Hydra is a collab beer with our homies from Mortalis. This Sour Ale is conditioned with raspberry, blackberry, kiwi, and marshmallow flavor.
- Two Can Play Fruited Sour – 6% Conditioned with papaya, banana, and pineapple.
- Schwein Haben Marzen 5.5% – It means No worries for the rest.. nah, were just joking, this isn’t some singsongy musical number about a problem free philosophy, although we can admit that this is one lucky hog..Because he made it to Doral just in time for our OKTOBERFEST 2021 week of celebration!!! A week of german eats, German music and festival games deserves the perfect German beer to go with it.
