Zwanze Day tickets are quickly approaching as they will go on sale this Saturday morning at 9:00 a.m. Here’s more and what to expect with your ticket!
First, let us thank you for patience as we worked on our offerings for Zwanze 2019. We are extremely excited to add Schramm’s Meads to the lineup alongside classic beers and excellent Cantillon selections including the 2019 Zwanze brew, a smoked gueuze.
As with previous years, we won’t know our final list of available beers until they actually arrive in house–we’ll post a final tap list on Untappd around the 20th or so of September. But we do know what is included in the premium ticket package:

- Geuze Boon Sélection pour
- 2x Schramm’s Mead pours (to be announced)

Tickets will go on sale this Saturday, August 24 at 9 am (come hell or high water) at Midwest Ale House.
Copies of Ken Schramm’s book The Compleat Meadmaker will be available for purchase on Saturday as well.

Ken Schramm to appear at Zwanze 2019 @Schera’s!

Even more exciting, Ken will be bringing several kegs of his outstanding, award-winning meads for you to experience at Zwanze on September 28, 2019.
Finding Schramm’s Mead on tap is an ultra rare occurrence; to find multiple offerings in one place outside of Ferndale, Michigan is completely unheard of! Zwanze 2019 will be the first time Schramm’s comes to Iowa, heralding it’s arrival to the state, and making us one of only a small handful of markets where it is available.

We are working to finalize the details of Zwanze 2019 featuring Schramm’s Meads. Tickets will be available for sale this week, with a final announcement email going out in a day or two.
