STACKING BRICKS: UNIVERSALLY PANNED – Collab w/Bricksworth NEIPA (7.2%) Our bud Tyler, The Head Brewer down at Bricksworth Beer Co. in Burnsville has been cranking out some pretty serious shredders. However, due to the way distribution laws work in Minnesota, they can’t sell any of their beers in cans or outside of their taproom. So we figured we’d have him up in an ongoing basis to put some of his favorite recipes into beer tubes. Mortalis Brewing Company was founded in 2017, but its origin dates to many years before then. This Fruited Sour is brewed in celebration of July 4th. Virtually brewed with our good friends at Arkane_Aleworks in Florida. We conditioned this sour on raspberry, blueberry, Madagascar vanilla, and America mix skittles.

Key Lime Pie Y’all knew it was bound to be coming out again soon and now it’s here — AND HOLY MOLY is this batch of Key Lime Pie PHENOMINAL Freshly squeezed key limes, vanilla beans, and just a hint of graham cracker pair perfectly with the tart wheat based beer in our Key Lime Pie Sour Ale. We colored a bit outside the lines to recreate our favorite summer dessert, adding over 250 lbs of key lime puree for the signature citrus character, lactose and vanilla beans for the pie filling, with a dash of graham cracker for the crust.

Quite the update from Pequod this week with the announcement of two new breweries joining their portfolio. The first is a homegrown Iowa brewery, as Alluvial will start their distro footprint slowly with kegs only in the Des Moines/Ames market and slowly expand from there. Phase Three out of Lake Zurich, IL will be both keg and cans and their first update is below!
Pixel Density – Hazy IPA Our core hazy, exclusively hopped with our hand-selected Citra. Clocking in at 6.5%, this beer is a versatile, full-of-flavor, not-too-heavy, bright, pillowy hazy IPA to reach for.
P3 Pilsner This American-Style pilsner is made with 6-row American barley. This will provide a distinct character unique to American lagers. We took the ABV to 4.7% to further increase the drinkability. Lightly-hopped to provide balance to the malt. This beer isn’t hoppy, it isn’t malty, it’s simple at its core and the perfect companion to hiking, grilling, sitting by the pool, or enjoying in a hammock.

Juggling Five Dbl IPA We’ve aimed at staying trippy when it comes to hops by using experimentals, playing with proportions, tweaking our hop schedules, all that jazzy stuff. We’ve come to really love a specific handful of them, so we went for a tripping FIRST and threw all FIVE of the bad boys into a DIPA. You’ll have a tropical rainforest of aromatics and notes, rounded out with a distinct crisp dryness.

Limited Release – Barrel Aged Chocolate flavored Kisses Stout bottles Choco Flavored Kisses is back with a new single origin cacao nib to showcase! This big ol’ imperial stout was aged in Old Fitzgerald bourbon barrels and conditioned on a ridiculous amount of single origin Ecuadorian cacao nibs for a rich, fudgy chocolate flavor and aroma we can’t get enough of.
Light at the end of the tunnel – IPA 6.8% ABV Light At The End of The Tunnel uses Photon as its inspiration with some modifications and upgrades including an all Survivable hop blend for the whirlpool and a large dose of Lupomax Citra in addition to a supersized Photon hop bill. Aromas and flavors of soft pineapple, navel orange, stone fruit, EQ’s rainbow melon, and lime juice radiate with a touch of pine resin at the finish making it an easy drinker
Stacked Science – Blackstack Brewing collaboration – DDH DBL IPA 8.5% ABV We had some fun in the lab with Murph from Blackstack to bring you stacks on stacks on stacks of flavor! We blended in 2-row, Flaked oats, White wheat, and Flaked wheat as the foundation for a Citra Incognito, Citra Lupomax, and Idaho 7 whirlpool before a big dry hop of Mosaic, Strata, Eclipse, and Galaxy.
Strata Points – DDH Dbl IPA 8% ABV A Strata Point takes our Data Points grain bill and replaces ALL of the hops with our hand CY 2021 selected Strata. Pouring vivid yellow in color, aromas of OJ, rainbow melon, and a blueberry strain of the devil’s lettuce lead into dank flavors of passionfruit juice, ruby red grapefruit, Frankenberry cereal, melon, complex concord grape, and strawberry.
Tie Dye Science IPA 6.5% ABV Tie-Dye Science starts off with a nice base of oats and wheat before a T90 and Lupomax Citra and Mosaic hop bill for both the whirlpool and dry hop. Aromas and flavors of orange slices, papaya, pink starburst, lime gummies lead into a bright juicy finish with a touch of hoppy bitterness all wrapped up in a creamy mouthfeel.

Draw up a blueprint and follow the design carefully, engineering a S’mores sandwich is serious business and requires precision! Following the plans from the first batch, we took a thick and fluffy base and conditioned it on Peanut Butter, Marshmallows, Cacao Nibs, and Graham Crackers.

Dingo Magic IPA

German Chocolate Cake Stout 8% ABV A Collaboration with XUL brewing, this beer features Cocoa Nibs, Coconut and Pecan Nuts to give a delightful and dessert filled experience. It unsurprisingly tastes just like cake.
Double Mango Sour – 6% ABV
Next up is Double Mango sour, made with both Mango Puree & Mango juice… Untitled art does Mango incredibly well, so I’m personally excited to sip on this one and enjoy the upcoming weather.
With notes of dank weed, pine, and tropical fruits, this IPA brewed with copious amounts of the stickiest hops available is notably bitter and perfectly crisp.
Superclear Pilsner (pictured below)
SuperClear is a German-style pilsner brewed with extra-pale pilsner malt and a blend of German- and Czech-grown noble hops. Bright, crispy, lemony, spritzy, dry, and easy to consume. It’s like Pils’ little crispier sibling.
Roselle sour
Spring is here, stouts are out! Roselle is Fair State’s zippy pink beer that’s available year round but tastes best as the weather starts warming up—or at least we think so.Try this refreshingly bright drink that is tart, fruity, and floral. Hibiscus lends flavors reminiscent of cranberry and pomegranate while creating a unique and natural pink hue.
Mirror Universe Hazy IPA (pictured below with can) A Double Dry Hopped Hazy IPA brewed with Wheat, Oats, and (too many) Citra, Mosaic, and El Dorado hops.

Carrot Cake A La Mode – Corporate ladder Collaboration Building off their Winning beer “cherry sour a La Mode, they’re at it again! This version brings Carrot Juice, Cinnamon and other natural flavors to deliver the easter dessert in a glass. Pours a vibrant orange with cream cheese frosting on the nose, the medium thick body follows with cinnamon and sweet fruit with hints of carrot.
Bartlett Maibock 6.2% ABV (’tis the season) 𝗕𝗮𝗿𝘁𝗹𝗲𝘁𝘁 𝗠𝗮𝗶𝗯𝗼𝗰𝗸 is a brand new lager brewed in honor of our future taproom in the heart of downtown Bartlett. This German-Style Maibock balances the rich, bready malt core with assertive hops for a dry and celebratory finish. Shadows West coast IPA 6.7% ABV Inspired by the early days of the midwestern emo music scene, this classic West Coast IPA has a dynamic blend of Citra, Columbus, and Simcoe that really showcases a bold and electric hop profile. Pensive woody resin has subtle jolt of citrus pulp quickly fades into an herbaceous ensemble that’s incredibly snappy and clean.
Infinity Polar Vortex Triple IPA – Northern Monk Brewery collaboration Click the EQ logo above for a Rad video for this label Brewery Release 3/28/22 Infinity Polar Vortex pours deep bright yellow and has a strong nose of resinous pineapple, bright citrus, grass, and a touch of apple candy. This fruit punch smoothie packs a medley of fresh squeezed OJ, deep papaya, Anjou pear, melon, and candied lime, with complex assorted berry notes throughout.
Astrophysics IPA 6.5% ABV (case only) Astrophysics pours a vibrant milky yellow with heavy aromas of starfruit, passionfruit, tangerine Pez, and dank hops. Flavors of sweet orange flesh, passionfruit juice, cantaloupe, and gummy peach rings transition to notes of berry and yuzu before a Big Bang of our #EQjuice rainbow melon finish.
dHop5 Dbl IPA 8.5% ABV (case only) Brewery release date 3/17/22 dHop5 pours a milky yellow releasing aromas of bright passion fruit, peach rings, lime, and pineapple juice all integrated with a sorbet twist. The taste is a bright creamy tropical flavor that is dangerously drinkable and balanced with our signature #EQjuice finish.
Energy Equals Dbl IPA 8% ABV (case only) We start with MC² as a base and incorporate the well received process we like to refer to as the ‘Energy Dry Hop’ which gives this beer an intense brightness and flavor. Energy Equals has enhanced flavor characteristics of mango, pineapple, citrus, and apricot. With the new technique in place, we notice a much deeper flavor profile while being extremely bright and lighter in body.
MC2 Dbl IPA – 8% ABV (case only) It pours a hazy tangerine color, releasing bright tropical notes of mango, pineapple, and apricot. MC² tastes like succulent mango juice loaded with chewy hop resins.
Gwion and the Witch – Cinnamon Bun Pastry stout 13.5% ABV Next up in this Pastry Stout series. Gwion and the Witch is a Cinnamon Bun Style Pastry Stout. Thick buy not syrupy with perfect amounts of cinnamon and notes of Frosting on the nose. Fun beer
Nelsonomicon Hazy DIPA – Ogopogo Collab Collaboration with Ogopogo Brewing (San Gabriel, CA). This Hazy Double IPA is packed full of Nelson, Citra and NZ Cascade Hops
Sweet Creams are made of these – Fruited Sour Milkshake inspired ale with huge amounts of raspberries and blueberries added with vanilla and lactose. Thick body with tart raspberry and blueberry notes.
Respeto – Mexican Style Lager (cases only) Gold medal at the Ensenada Beer Festival in the Mexican Lager Category!
Foggy Footpath DDH DIPA (Fairstate brewed) A Hazy DDH Double IPA that was brewed at Fairstate Brewing, made with Citra Cryo, Mosaic, and el dorado Cryo hops. The beer was described as bright, soft and “made with a lot of hops”.
Kumquat Mango Smoothie Seltzer (it’s pretty amazing) I’ll be honest I don’t recall what Kumquat is supposed to taste like, but the Mango in this is from the ataulfo Mango, also known as the Honey mango. It bright, tropical and bursting with true mango goodness!
Green Time Machine Pixie Mix Seltzer Bursting with Apple and Watermelon flavors, this Pixie mix will take you back to the simpler days of riding bicycles and drinking those juice boxes, nostalgia at it’s finest.
Coastal Sunrise V6 – Fruit breakfast sour 6% ABV
This new beer is made with peaches, Pineapple, Vanilla beans. Maple Syrup, pecans and cinnamon. From Austin – “Imagine a Pineapple Peach cobbler with pecans and maple syrup.” – wonderful, just wonderful
