Tri-Clamp & Gasket For the first time ever, we are releasing a tripled version of our popular DDH IPA Clamp & Gasket. 𝗧𝗿𝗶-𝗖𝗹𝗮𝗺𝗽 & 𝗚𝗮𝘀𝗸𝗲𝘁 is a TIPA that’s triple dry-hopped with Amarillo, Citra, Strata, and Idaho 7. Chula – Mango Gose We’re excited to announce the return of 𝗖𝗵𝘂𝗹𝗮, our fan-favorite summer seasonal! You can look all year long, but you won’t find a beer that turns up the heat quite like Chula. Inspired by mangonadas, the original summer refresher, this fruited Gose is brewed with Mango and a Big Mich Chile Spice Blend sourced by our friends Feast City exclusively for this release. When it comes to our beer, we brew them with passion and patience hoping that they mature into something special. Sometimes, though, we get lucky and the result exceeds our expectations by a mile. Huntley Helles Lager This German-style lager is brewed with our soft water and some of our favorite German malts and hops, then lagered in our horizontal tank. An extremely soft mouthfeel with a pleasant malt profile and hints of noble hops, then ends in an ever so smooth finish.
Sonic Painting – Fruit Smoothie style Sour 6% ABV A fun smoothie style sour ale loaded with Mango, Red Prickly Pear, Pink Guava, Marshmallow and Milk Sugar. Drippy sweet mango, tart guava, and red prickly pear with slight earthiness all blend into a drink reminiscent of early vacation mornings.
NEW – Corporate Sellout Move IPA This is an IPA! It’s a collab with Cloudburst, in Seattle. They make great hoppy beer. They are industry vets, which plays into the name (we’ll get to that). They are the sort of small brewery that spends a ton of time doing wet hop beers, getting to know growers, learning about the business of hops, and generally just being in the loop about all things hops. It’s enlightening to talk to them, drink some of their beers, and understand that the idea that maybe IPA could look like a hazy beer but not just be a glass full of smoosh with no structure at all whatsoever.

LOUDBITS – Weldwerks/Blackstack Collab (juicy bits meets loud pack) 8% ABV An 8% DDH Double New England IPA, brewed in collaboration with WeldWerks Brewing. It is a combined recipe of their famous Juicy Bits and our yearly favorite Loud Pack. It features BlackStack’s hand selected Citra, Mosaic and Australian Galaxy, in combination with El Dorado hops selected by WeldWerks.
Sprudel Kolsch Sprudel is our German-Style Kolsch. This pseudo lager/ale is technically an ale but fermented cool to create a clean character with little fruity esters that play off the crackery pilsner malt and touch of toasty Munich malt we used. Subtle noble hop character for balance at the end.
Pixel Density Our core hazy, exclusively hopped with our hand-selected Citra. Clocking in at 6.5%, this beer is a versatile, full-of-flavor, not-too-heavy, bright, pillowy hazy IPA to reach for. Oh yea, it’s a 4.1rating on UNtappd too.
P3 Pilsner This American-Style pilsner is made with 6-row American barley. This will provide a distinct character unique to American lagers. We took the ABV to 4.7% to further increase the drinkability. Lightly-hopped to provide balance to the malt. This beer isn’t hoppy, it isn’t malty, it’s simple at its core and the perfect companion to hiking, grilling, sitting by the pool, or enjoying in a hammock.
Misty Mirage DDH Hazy IPA This 8% Hazy IPA is made with Citra Lupomax, Galaxy, Idaho7 Lupomax, and Mosaic Lupomax hops and is made @ Fair State Brewing Co-op.
Die Dreaming Smoothie Fruit Sour Inspired by the unique and popular smoothie drink of The Dominican Republic, Morir Sonando, or To Die Dreaming. We took inspiration from this delicious beverage and blended loads of orange, pineapple, and milk sugar for a creamy tropical sweet treat.
Brain Fuzz Smoothie Fruit Sour Inspired by the classic Lime Rickey. Tart citrus and sugary cherry meld perfectly into a comfy nest of marshmallow sweetness. Luscious and vibrant red and bursting with stone fruit and pithy aromas.
Juicy Bits Hazy IPA Our flagship IPA features a huge citrus and tropical fruit hop character from the Mosaic, Citra & El Dorado hops and softer, smoother mouthfeel from the adjusted water chemistry, higher protein malts, and lower attenuation. The end result is a beer reminiscent of citrus juice with extra pulp, thus the name Juicy Bits.
Nectaron Extra Extra Juicy Bits an 8.6% DIPA brewed with Citra, Mosaic + El Dorado hops, and double dry-hopped with EXTRA EXTRA Nectaron hops. This “little” number is absolutely brimming with notes of tropical fruits, candied peach rings, grapefruit, and dare we say… gives off a whole Orange Julius vibe?!
Robo Boogie DBL IPA New Zealand-style IPA brewed with with Nelson Sauvin, Motueka, Rakau, and Wakatu Hops. ROBO-BOOGIE is a dive into the deep abyss of New Zealand-specific hops, namely Nelson Sauvin, Motueka, Rakau and Wakatu. All are prized for their unique characteristics, from white grape and earth to “every corner of the orchard,” and they have come together in what is not just one of the most stylistically intriguing brews but also one of the BEST hoppy beers that we have made this year.

Blueberry Dive Margarita Gose – Great Notion Brewing Collaboration 6% ABV Brewed with Great Notion over CBC week – This is a Gose style ale brewed with Malted White wheat & pilsner malts, then conditioned on Shit loads of Blueberries and mixed in Key Lime juice, Pineapple Juice, Agave nectar and Sea salt. I personally had a sneak peek at this beer and it’s fantastic for this summer weather. Pours purple/blue with little bits of blueberry remaining on the rim of the glass. Tastes like a wonderful fruit forward blueberry margarita!
Volcano Sauce Sour The tectonic plates have shifted, letting forth an eruption of gushing blackberries and blueberries. Each burst filled with milk sugar & vanilla for creamsicle smoothness. A freshly canned sour ale with explosively delicious flavor.
Cherry Lime Freeze Sour Sour Ale brewed with cherry, lime and vanilla frozen yogurt.
Velocirabbit IPA Using the same amounts of Mosaic, Simcoe and Chinook as Laser Raptors, this beer has a powerful berry aroma and nice pine note. The oats and wheat maintain the creamy mouthfeel that Laser Raptors is known for, lending the lower ABV the ability to make a crispy break just as the hops surprise your palate.

Species x Hyperthermic DIPA Certain yeast strains of Norwegian origin, known as “kveik”, can ferment at extremely high temperatures with little to no off-flavors. Popular with craft brewers for good reason, we naturally decided to put a lot of these strains in the same beer. On top of this, we scrounged around for some additional strains and species of yeast that also perform well at kveik-like temperatures. The result is a big-bodied juice chimera for the ages.

Big Doinks – Extra Dank IPA Big Doinks is a love letter to all that we enjoy about West Coast IPAs. We’ve refined its essence down to a pure expression of resinous dankitude. We cut out the crystal malt and dialed back the bitterness from “way too much” to “hey, this is actually bitter and I like it!” levels, slammed it with our hand-selected lot of Columbus cryo, and fermented it nice and dry. It’s great, you should try it.
Crankin’ Foamers – American Lager – Collab w/Modern Times BrewingWe love lagers and we’re pretty damn happy this collab with @moderntimes is back. Foamers is made the old-fashioned way– with a cereal mash and extended lagering times for off-the-charts crispiness.
Flavor Pop Technology – Hazy IPA, 6.8% ABV This is an IPA brewed with a couple hop varieties intended to maximize a big citrus/tropical pop. This second batch builds on the first iteration of the trial blend from YCH, with a more final product. This will be a hop blend that is targeted at active ferm dry-hopping, and available in market in 2021.
Foamers LimeFoamers Lime was intended as a special offering for an eatery in Minneapolis, with a keg or two hitting our taproom… Then a pandemic hit and eviscerated all planned activities. We were left with an abundance of this unbelievably refreshing beer that soon became a favorite among our guests and staff. Flip the album over and here we are in 2021, with Foamers Lime back on tap and 12-packs of this new favorite on the shelves.
Heckin’ Chonker – Barrel aged Stout w/VanillaBourbon Barrel Aged Pastry Stout with Vanilla, Heckin’ Chonker and Whiskey & Red Wine Barrel Aged Stout
Main Boss – Cocktail inspired Pastry Stout – Collab w/ Pulpit RockMain Boss is a brand-new collaboration with our friends from @prbrewing Inspired by mutual love of tropical rum drinks, this stout is infused with tons of coconut, molasses (for the rum notes), and our own house-made Orgeat syrup, a staple for classic rum drinks composed of almonds and citrus. It’s a big stout, but with a tropical twist.
MIRROR UNIVERSEThis Double Dry Hopped Hazy IPA is brewed with wheat, oats, and far too many Citra, Mosaic, and El Dorado hops.
Party ForwardWe brewed Party Forward with the finest wheat, oats, and Citra tropical hops. It’s soft, super fruity, and packed with bright tropical fruit notes. It’s a lively, easy-drinking IPA and packs quite a punch for being 6% ABV.
PilsThe Fancy Beer that Fine Folks Choose. To us, Pils is classic and fancy. While we loved the green can, we felt like it underestimated what was inside. This is the same great Pils you knew before, but with a reminder that we brew “Only the Highest Quality for You”.
Roselle It’s good for chilly days and great for warm days. Bright, tart, floral, with a dry finish. It’s as refreshing as it is pink.
Mysterious Ravine – Tart Fruit IPASweet, tart and mildly bitter. Bursting with Passion fruit aroma, waves of fresh tangerine followed by fruity zebra stripe gum notes.
Humble Bumble – Buzzed Seltzer Made with calamansi, Blood Orange, Tangerine, Orange blossom honey, Staghorn sumac blossom 5% ABV. If you think Untitled Art’s florida seltzers are good, wait until you try this one!
Western Skyline V1 – West Coast Double IPA Balanced, clean, bitter, best describes this crisp and crushable West Coast DBL IPA. Saturated with Classic hoppy notes reminiscent of misty coniferous forests.

Trail Mix imp stout – Humble Forager collab This 10% Imperial Stout has a little bit of everything: sweet, salty, fruity, nutty, and chocolate. We blended all of the trail mix ingredients to give you a flavor reminiscent of the famous snack with the added bonus of the booze. Kick back this weekend with this campfire!
Mangorindo – Sour Wheat Ale brewed with Mango, Tamarind and Lime Purees Inspiration for our beers can come from a multitude of different places, but some of our favorites, are inspired by our own staff. Drawing from their own cultural experiences, Alonzo, one of our taproom ambassadors, teamed up with Luz, one of our packaging team members to ideate on a beer that would reflect familiar flavors from their roots in Mexico. “A lot of Mexican candy revolves around sweet, spice, and acid,” said Alonzo. “One of my favorite candies in particular are these mango suckers powdered with chile and lime salt.” The result was a sour wheat ale with mango, tamarind, lime puree and NO lactose. link

Blackberry Raspberry cobbler – Sour Wheat Ale brewed with vanilla, milk sugar, graham cracker and nearly 4000lbs of Blackberry and Raspberry puree. Like the perfect bite of your grandma’ cobbler after a great home cooked meal, this Blackberry Raspberry entry in our Cobbler series is sweet, tart, and all too nostalgic! As per usual, this one DOES CONTAIN LACTOSE!
Apex of the vortex Passion fruit & Mango Fruit smoothie sour. This came out great! Loaded with passion fruit and mango, a healthy dose of wheat, and a heavy handed addition of milk sugar, Apex of the Vortex is an unapologetic smoothie-style sour ale that drinks like a tropical cocktail with a rich body and mildly acidic finish.
Eternal Optimist Pineapple, Orange & coconut Fruit smoothie sour. Pineapple bomb in yo mouth! Brewed with mountains of wheat, Eternal Optimist pairs three of our favorite tropical fruits (pineapple, orange and coconut) together along with milk sugar to create a luscious fruit forward and tart smoothie-style beer. Notes of Hawaiian cocktails, beach sunsets, and sitting under a palm tree. Drink umbrella not included, but encouraged.
Sippin’ & Forgettin’ – Coconut & Lemon Berliner wiesse Berliner Weisse brewed with malted wheat, barley malt and milk sugar then conditioned on Meyer Lemon, Madagascar Vanilla Beans and toasted coconut.
