We went travelled back to the stone ages with our good homies over @ingeniousbeer to ride some green-haired woolly mammoth’s and indulge in some prehistoric breakfast.
We returned from our trip and whipped up a delightfully playful sour, brimming with massive servings of orange, cherry, and tangerine. A hint of lemon, splash of vanilla, and enough fruity pebbles to feed a village of cave people. Topped to perfection with woolly milk sugar.

SIPS Peach Bellini
Ready for cool weather, but not ready to give up peach season? Presenting SIPS Bellini! Here is a succulent, peachy Berliner Weisse for those who like their SIPS lightly tart and zippy. A spin on the classic Bellini cocktail, chardonnay grapes and peach puree harmonize to create one-finely-satisfying-sour-ale that pairs equally well with brunch, tailgates, and dreamy fall sunsets. 4.8%

Dr. Juice
The Doctor is in. Introducing your new go-to IPA, Dr. Juice is a highly crushable juice bomb. Dry hopped with a blend of our favorite hand selected hops from the Yakima Valley, Dr. Juice’s drinkability is sneaky good considering it clocks in at 6% ABV. The pour glows a rich cantaloupe hue with a thick, frosted haze and soft mouthfeel. Aroma and taste is full of passion fruit, papaya, and blood orange, making it drink like a glass of freshly squeezed juice. 6%

Parish Pilsner
A crisp, lighter-bodied lager that still retains a strong aroma of yeast and noble hops, with a peppery finish after a mildly sweet but clean flavor. 4.6%

Actias Luna
Drawing inspiration from the grand silk moth Actias Luna, our new 9% ABV Triple IPA, akin to its predecessor Attacus Atlas, captures the essence of this remarkable creature. Named for this moth’s vivid lime-green wings and solid build, our mondo-haze IPA goes beyond aesthetics. It shares the same impressive gravity and opulent, juicy, GREEN flavor profile as its namesake. Actias Luna showcases supermassive amounts of one of our favorite Oregon-grown hops that we hand selected this year, Strata. Just as these saturniid moths are among the largest insects, our beer stands as a testament to hoppy greatness, delighting hopheads with every can opened. 9%

Envie
This delicious pale ale is juicy, hazy, and crushable. A totally new-school take on an old-school American craft beer, Envie is bursting with glorious hop aromas of mango, lychee, orange, and other tropical fruits. This beer pulls of the incredible feat of having the best juicy qualities of hops but none of the harsh, bitter finish you may be used to. 5%

Reve Coffee Stout
This silky smooth coffee stout is created with a carefully selected blend of specialty grade estate beans from Colombia and Java. Our friends and coffee gods at Rêve have finished them to a city/full city roast to highlight the true character of the beans and their origin prior to addition to our export strength milk stout. Enjoy any time of day, this ale will drink like a delicious cold-brewed coffee. 6.8%

Ghost in the Machine
Welcome to the future. Our collective human consciousness, or Ghost in the Machine, has gained a tolerance for hops beyond what mankind has ever known before.
This Double India Pale Ale is the necessary outcome. 8.5%

This west coast pilsner hits two of our favorite styles of what we like drinking around the brewery, all at once. A crackery clean base of pilsner malt, noble hops, & German lager yeast with tons of mosaic and citra added after fermentation. Big, fruity, dank hops with a kiss or herbal character, all on a soft, crispy-clean base beer. 5.5%
