A new sour for Iowa’s newest brewery is coming at you this Friday! Field Day Brewing will be releasing “Bonanza Berry Fruit Bomb” Friday at the taproom! Here’s more on this beer courtesy of Field Day’s Facebook page:

BONANZA BERRY FRUIT BOMB. We loaded this sour with blueberries, and then loaded it with raspberries, and then added lemon and then decided we needed even more fruit! We made it just for you, and we think she turned out quite perfect. She’ll debut this Friday at the Taproom exclusively here in North Liberty.

Dream State – Never Stop Dreaming!

  • Peaches, Peaches, Peaches – 10 cases only! LTO! Peaches Peaches Peaches is a Smoothie Sour at 6%. This Smoothie is with tons of Peaches with a light beautiful orange color. Tons of ripe Peaches on the nose and burst of sour peach rings on the taste.
  • Laser Strings Nitro Stout – Laser Strings is an nitro Irish stout with a full body that comes in at 4.5% abv. Has a robust coffee roast and chocolate notes on the nose. Mouth feel is light with a dry finish on the end.
  • Space Ninja – 6.2% Space Ninja is a New England IPA with a hazy golden color. Tons of juicy fruit notes of mango. Hopped with Citra and Mosaic with tasting notes of mango and papaya with a dry finish.
  • Crew Chief – This Italian Pilsner comes in at 4.5% abv. This refreshingly bitter Pilsner showcases Saphires floral aeronautics.
  • Rocket Rodeo – It’s a New England DIPA at 8%. Hopped with a Mosaic and Strata blend. Has a straw yellow hazy color with a mix of citrus fruits on the nose. Reserved bitterness, with a mild sweetness to reenforce the juicy fruit flavors. Tons of Pineapple funk with a berry finish.
  • Marven the Marzen – 5.5% ABV Märzen. Light bodied with mildly sweet caramelly flavors.

  • Dream Landing – 5% Dream Landing is a light bodied lager with pilsner malt. It has a small bitterness addition with Citra and CTZ hops blended. The profile this has a clean fermentation. It also has a crispy yet cracker finish on the end.

  • Digital Painting – Digital Painting is a 10% American Triple IPA brewed with honey. For those who like their triple IPAs with a touch of bitterness and a smidge of honey sweetness – this one’s for you!
  • Bonfire Feels – 6.8% This balanced marriage of malt and hops showcases a mix of crystal malts that provide biscuit and caramelized sugar flavors. A blend of American Centennial and Chinook hops add pine and subtle citrus flavors. A perfect follow-up to a Fall fest beer as the weather gets colder and closer to Winter.
  • Geo – 5.5% This west coast pilsner hits two of our favorite styles of what we like drinking around the brewery, all at once. A crackery clean base of pilsner malt, noble hops, & German lager yeast with tons of mosaic and citra added after fermentation. Big, fruity, dank hops with a kiss or herbal character, all on a soft, crispy-clean base beer.

  • Peanut Cloud – 11% Wouldn’t it be great if the clouds were giant fluffy marshmallow peanuts? We emulate such a landscape with Peanut Cloud. The idea for the label came from an original drone shot from high above Middletown taken at sunrise. We then asked local Illustrator, Julia Green, to add a fun touch based off the adjuncts. We took our LADS base and conditioned it on Peanuts, Marshmallows, and a touch of lactose to create our latest treat. Pouring pitch black with a pillowy tan head, aromas of creamy Jiff waft up from your pour. Tasting notes are simple for this one, a luscious mouthfeel crossed with chocolate fudge, spoons of peanut butter, and liquid Fluff. This is beer is liquid Fluffernutter.
  • RHO kinetic – 11% Rho Kinetic Blend is our Imperial Stout conditioned on Mostra and Equilibrium Kinetic Energy Blend Coffee. Pouring jet black with a saturated caramel colored head, this imperial coffee stout offers notes of cacao nibs, black cherry, spiced almond, bright citrus and Dulce De Leche with a huge backbone of fudge brownie.

  • Eden Heritage Cider 6/4/16oz CANS – Authentic Heritage Cider. Locally grown Heritage Dabinett • McIntosh • Empire • Spartan • Esopus Spitzenburg varieties. Pressed at harvest, fermented slow and cold to preserve every drop of flavor. No added sugar, color or flavoring. Kingston Black, McIntosh, Empire, Bulmers Norman, Gravenstein. 6.2% ABV – VT
  • Peckham’s Blackcurrant Cider 24/330ml CANS – New Zealand Artisan Cider. Intense berry tastes burst out of this cider, where the blackcurrants hold their own against the robust apple cider. All the goodness of apples and blackcurrants in a perfect balance of sweet and sharp. 5.3% ABV – NZ 
  • Peckham’s Boysenberry Cider 24/330ml CANS – New Zealand Artisan Cider. Fresh picked, intense flavors of boysenberries against a crisp cider background. Real fruit, fresh Boysenberry taste without too much sweetness. Refreshingly sophisticated. 5.4% ABV – NZ
  • Peckham’s Moutere Apple Cider 24/330ml CANS – New Zealand Artisan Cider. Traditional apple cider, rounded and spiritzy, with mild tannins and fruity notes. Tart, honeyed, blend of tree ripened cider and Jonagold apples. Off-dry. 5.8% ABV – NZ
  • Mousserende AEblevin Sparkling Apple Brut 6/750ml BOT – Danish Artisan Sparkling Cider. Made from organic Danish apples. Traditional second fermentation in bottle, with yeast from Lilleø orchard. 7% ABV – DK
  • Henney’s Dry Cider 12/500ml BOT – Dry Aerated cider made from red bittersweet English apples. It includes varieties of Dabinett, Ashton Bitter, Tremletts Bitter, Yarlington Mill, and Michelin. This selection of apples provided the drink with a clean, bright fruity taste with fine tannins and notes of spices. Dry cider “Henney’s” has pleasant carbonization and lightness, it is served slightly chilled, with meat and vegetable dishes. 6% ABV.
  • Hogan’s Dry Cider 12/500ml BOT – Dry, sparkling British cider balances the complexity of tannic English bittersweet cider apples with a hint of residual sweetness. 5.8% ABV.
  • Begiristain D.O. Euskal Sidra Natural 12/375ml BOT – The Begiristain cider house is the oldest cider house still in operation in the Goierri and Tolosaldea area. Beautiful and a great example of Authentic Basque Sidra

3 Floyds beers coming to Iowa in October!

This fall, we’ll be invading the home state of Seth “Freakin” Rollins, William Elliott Whitmore, and the world’s largest strawberry. That’s right! Soon you’ll be able to find Three Freakin Floyds in the great state of Iowa for the first time ever, and we think that’s about as cool as a bread-slicing machine (first invented in Iowa).

Starting in October, you can consult our beer finder at 3floyds.com to see if our Not Normal brews have landed near you in the Hawkeye state. Maybe you can enjoy some while gazing up at the world’s largest concrete gnome.
