Intergalactic Sofa Ghost – DDH New England Hazy IPA
Skafl “snowdrift”- Hazy IPA SKAFL means “snowdrift” in Icelandic, and it’s our second iteration of this kinda-sorta winter hazy IPA. SKAFL is a hair more aggressive than your average hazy, leaning into a winter-appropriate blend of dankness and fruit, with a lightly bitter edge. Hazy IPA brewed with spelt, wheat, and oats, fermented cool with our favorite German ale yeast, and hopped intensely with hand selected Sultana, Strata, and Columbus Cryo. SKAFL blends overripe tropical fruit notes with the right amount of dankness.
Tmave Pivo – CZECH-STYLE DARK LAGERFair State makes lots of lagers, we put a fair number of them in cans, but we’ve somehow never married a dark lager and an aluminum tube before. Tmavé Pivo is the sort of beer brewers get excited about. An obscure lager style that kinda only gets made in one place? Sign us up! Tmavé Pivo, essentially “dark beer” in Czech, is the Bohemian cousin to German Schwarzbier. Malty, round, with some dark malt flavor but none of the acrid roast character one might find in a stout, Tmavé Pivo is everything we want dark lager to be.
DDH Wavy IPA Our Hand Selected Mosaic and a particularly danky lot of Sultana (The hop known formerly known as Denali, formerly known as Experimental #06277, formerly known as Nugzilla… Why didn’t they stick with Nugzilla?) on a smoove oat heavy base. Lush lupulin tubes for these less than tropical conditions.
Thatz Bier Kolsch We’ve had Kölsch on the brain with our fam at Bricksworth Beer Co., so we brewed up this preposterously approachable beer inspired by the imminently crushable pseudo-“lagers” that have been brewed in Köln, Germany for generations. This version is step mashed with our beloved Weyermann Pils, a kiss of Wheat & German Ale Yeast before cold conditioning for 7 weeks to crispy perfection. That’s Beer, Alright.
The Lost World TIPA – Collab w/ Toppling Goliath Our homies from Toppling Goliath came back up to get prehistoric in our brewhouse. To Pay homage to their dino classics & the not infrequent jokes about the amount of plants in our taproom, we used earth-rattling quantities of our hand-selected mosaic & mosaic cryo, TG’s hand-selected mosaic & nelson sauvin & that new hotness, riwaka from their super secret stash. Lots of oil. Tread lightly.
Mixing With Barrel Theory Zombie cocktail inspired tiki sour ale! Brewed with passionfruit, pineapple, orange, Calamansi lime, pomegranate and our special falernum tincture. This is our collaboration with our pals from Barrel Theory Brewing Company in Saint Paul Minnesota.
Elevated Perspective – Version 7 This winter version of a hazy DDH Double IPA is brewed with winter wheat, a dash of oats and a blend of base malts. It boasts huge hop aromas and flavors of zippy citrus, dank kush, rich mango, and Bartlett pears. At 8% ABV it’s the perfect addition to any sledding adventure as it will keep you warm and toasty!
Watermelon Pineapple Lime Smoothie Seltzer To commentate the winter solstice and shortest day of the year knocking on our doors, we crafted a little bit of summer sunshine with the 5% ABV Watermelon Pineapple Lime Smoothie Seltzer. This gluten-free hard seltzer was brewed with over pounds of watermelon and pineapple puree, and a zippy dash of lime, to give you that real full flavored watermelon juice like sip.
Mr. Falcon DDH Hazy IPA – Collab W/ Barrel Theory Yippie-kai-yay, we wanted to make a beer with Barrel Theory because they’re friends and they are well-known for making hazy IPAs, and those are two super cool things that we appreciate. Mister Falcon is a DDH Hazy IPA with Strata, Citra, and Simcoe Cryo hops.
You Can Have the Crown A huge, imposing Imperial Stout, but just the beer part. No extra candy or pastry here, just a mountain of malts. We mashed twice as much, and boiled three times as long, and the resultant beer is luxuriantly chewy, chocolatey, mildly roasty, and delightful all on its own.
Mirror Universe DDH Hazy IPA Double dry-hopped hazy IPA brewed with wheat, oats, and lots of Citra, Mosaic, and El Dorado hops
Coastal Sunset Version 5 We’ve never met a dog or a cake that we we didn’t like! Introducing our upcoming Coastal Sunset v5 which is brew inspired by a fruity almond crumble cake and a gorgeous label inspired by our favorite four legged friends! Sourced with fresh plums from Washington, blueberries from Oregon, almonds and Meyer lemons from California, vanilla beans from Madagascar, and cinnamon from Sri Lanka; these ingredients combine for a juicy tart flavor profile with a creamy body.
A Lil’ Loud Pack DDH IPA We took our beloved LOUD PACK & shrunk it down to pocket sized, day time friendly proportions. The same hand-selected Citra, Mosaic, El Dorado & Australian Galaxyon a grain bill similar to, but scaled down from, the original. Is it getting A LIL’ LOUD in here, or is it just us?
Astronomical Axolotyl Berliner Loads of Blackberries meets a tart Berliner. Lactose rounds out the entire experience along with very generous amounts of Cheesecake flavor. A full balanced dessert experience in a can!
Power Hour Hazy DIPA Hazy Double IPA we brewed with our friends fromSouthern Swells Brewing Co. We wanted to work with a new experimental cryo hop blend that @yakimachief let us play with. “M”-blend is named for its massive Mango and Tropical nose and palate. We blended this with Citra and a small amount of Sabro to give this haze-bomb a huge flavor profile of tropical fruits and citrus.
Crispr Knockout Pils Pilsner that is dry, has a slightly sharp bitterness indicative of the style, and has a light malt complexity. It was brewed 13 weeks ago and we have been (im)patiently waiting as it “lagers”. Lagers go through an extended cold aging process. This is why lager yeast is so special. If treated properly, they are known to continue cleaning up the beer even at temperatures below freezing. This also helps make these beers “bone dry”.
Showy Stamens Hazy DIPA Spelt, Oats, Wheat, and a blend of two base malts create a nice complex background for a very expressive hop portfolio. Sabro, Bru-1, Mosaic, and Azacca hops come together into a JUICY, tropical goodness. Pineapple, passionfruit, tangerine, and mango all assault the palate in a great hoppy flavor profile!
Bistro Crumble Raspberry and Blackberry Heavily fruited Berliner weisse with raspberries, blackberries, cinnamon and brown sugar added after fermentation.

Cherry Lime Freeze Sour Sour Ale brewed with cherry, lime and vanilla frozen yogurt.
Velocirabbit IPA Using the same amounts of Mosaic, Simcoe and Chinook as Laser Raptors, this beer has a powerful berry aroma and nice pine note. The oats and wheat maintain the creamy mouthfeel that Laser Raptors is known for, lending the lower ABV the ability to make a crispy break just as the hops surprise your palate.
How Now Brown Cow PB/Chocolate/Coffee Milk Stout The weathers getting colder. How Now Brown Cow will warm you right up. Drinkable peanut butter cup meets coffee all wrapped up in a Milk Stout. Get ready for rich aromas of peanut butter, light roasted coffee, and a smooth chocolatey finish.
Species x Hyperthermic DIPA Certain yeast strains of Norwegian origin, known as “kveik”, can ferment at extremely high temperatures with little to no off-flavors. Popular with craft brewers for good reason, we naturally decided to put a lot of these strains in the same beer. On top of this, we scrounged around for some additional strains and species of yeast that also perform well at kveik-like temperatures. The result is a big-bodied juice chimera for the ages.
Drippin’ on the Cheap DIPA Drippin’ On The Cheap DIPA drinks like absolute silk!! Smooth, Mosaic’s berries & dankness stealing the show upfront, with Citra’s stone fruit and candied clementine to balance it all out.

Spirit Foul DDH Hazy IPA Brewed in collaboration with San Diego’s Modern Times Beer, Spirit Foul was Fair State’s first hazy IPA. Brewed with the freshest Strata hops and plenty of Citra and Mosaic for its passion fruit aroma. Pilsner malt, pale wheat, flaked oats, and flaked barley give this beer its soft body and signature haze. Super juicy, tropical, and dank.
Luxury of Restraint IPA IPA you can see through? Yes, you read that right. The Luxury of Restraint is a collaboration with Shared Brewing (St. Louis, MO), hopped liberally with hand-selected Strata, Simcoe, and Nelson Sauvin. Assertive but polite bitterness, crispy malt character, and notes of stonefruit, gooseberries, nebulous tropicalia, and a waft of dankness. Can- and keg-conditioned for extra intangibles.
Double Hi-Five DIPA – Collab W/ Ology This Triple Dry-Hopped Double IPA brewed with our good friends at Ology Brewing is just bursting with tropical notes from 3 massive dry hops of Citra, Galaxy, Idaho 7, and Mosaic.
Huntley Helles – Kegs Only Named to honor the home of our Huntley facility, this German-style lager is brewed with our soft water and some of our favorite German malts and hops, then lagered in our horizontal tank. An extremely soft mouthfeel with a pleasant malt profile and hints of noble hops, then ends in an ever so smooth finish.
Fruit Fusion Blueberry/Mango Yogurt Fruit Fusion is all about pushing the limits. This brew is no exception as we have paired two amazing fruits (BLUEBERRY & MANGO) with tons of real vanilla yogurt and a touch of granola. This is a thicc boy, and absolutely smooth and delicious.

Haze Head Seven Candles Celebrating our seventh year in style with Seven Candles. This one has stupid amounts of hops. Like all of our NEIPAs– they are balanced with a strong backbone of chewy malts, but we pushed hard to give this one an edge as we incorporated seven of our favorite hops! This beer is absolute heaven to the hazy and IPA lovers. This may be the silkiest NEIPA we have offered thus far!
Spin 2 Win Pit Boss Blueberry, Pomegranate, Black Currant: Three fruits perfectly matched by cupid himself. This brew features ungodly amounts of pure fruit. It is tart, rich, and features a wonderful mouthfeel.
Swingin’ Sticks Imperial Sweet Stout – Collab w/ Angry Chair Austin teamed up with our friends at Angry Chair Brewing out of Tampa Bay Florida to bring you an Imperial Sweet Stout with coconut from Sri Lanka, pistachios from California, and cocoa nibs from Bolivia. This decadent brew should remind you of a rich chocolatey pistachio ice cream with the perfect amount of coconut and caramel swirl!

We started with a heap of real pumpkin puree, and added our pie treatment along with a few other secret ingredients. It is smooth w/a medium mouthfeel, and a little tart on the finish! Grab a can of whip cream and serve it on top of this baby when you partake at home. Java Berry: Pinball Black Currant, Dark Chocolate, Espresso. This series is super unique in that we start with our solid sourbase, add tons of real fruit puree, and top off with name brand coffee! It is rich, super unique, and sure to please the fruit-boys who are also coffee drinkers.

Key Lime Pie Berliner Freshly squeezed key limes, vanilla beans, and just a hint of graham cracker pair perfectly with the tart wheat base beer in our Key Lime Pie Berliner. We colored a bit outside the lines to recreate our favorite summer dessert, adding over 250 lbs of key limes for the signature citrus character, lactose and vanilla beans for the pie filling, and just a hint of graham cracker for the crust. Tart, creamy, complex, and dangerously drinkable.
Independent Reading Time IPA Fans of the best-selling Citra series will love this latest edition as our main character embarks on another terpene-laden adventure with his old pals Mosaic and Motueka. When these three get together you know they’re going to get into some hijinx! The piney and fruity essences are still a huge plot point but with a lower ABV compared to a DIPA, to ensure you make it from cover to cover.
Cactus Valley IPA Indie Pale Ale brewed with Prickly Pear Juice, Real Agave & Citra, Belma + Barbe Rouge hops. This poky boi is a remixed version of our Cactus Canyon IPA, only this time, we tossed in a lil’ somethin’ extra to make it even more cactus-y – prickly pear juice! That enticing yet still spiky red fruit on the top of a cactus adds a sugary fruitiness that perfectly compliments the Belma and Barbe Rouge hop profile. It’s another single IPA so it comes off very well balanced between hop and fruit notes. The agave adds a smooth sweetness and overall is much more enjoyable to consume than just straight up taking a bite out of a giant Saguaro. Which is, like, not recommended.
Here Comes The Sunflower India Pale Ale brewed with malted Colorado sunflower seeds & Citra + Nectaron hops. Little darling, it’s been a long and hot summer. And as the seasons change and temps drop we wanted to make a beer using an ingredient right from our very state, the big tall yellow guy, that late-summer hit, the Colorado sunflower. We put a heapin’ helpin’ of sunflower seeds into this recipe to pay homage to the big bright blooming boy that helps us squeeze every last drop of sunlight out of summer. If you’ve never had sunflower seeds in a beer you’re gonna wanna give this a go or two. It’s as if our brewers found a way to liquify the beauty of a clear Colorado afternoon and package it. We’re also thrilled to add a new hop varietal to our arsenal! Nectaron hops come from New Zealand and bring forth a burst of passionfruit, pineapple citrus notes to further brightent his beer.
Juicy Bits IPA Our flagship IPA features a huge citrus and tropical fruit hop character from the Mosaic, Citra & El Dorado hops and softer, smoother mouthfeel from the adjusted water chemistry, higher protein malts, and lower attenuation. The end result is a beer reminiscent of citrus juice with extra pulp, thus the name Juicy Bits.
Speltie Oatie Dope Delicious TIPA A liquid love song for our favorite alien space pimps from the dirty south. Cadillacs full of our hand selected citra, amarillo cryo, simcoe cryo and el dorado on a long body malt base. If we were to describe it in 4 words, it would be: speltie, oatie, dope, delicious. Just wait for the trumpet solo.
Meat Sweats Lager This beer is a bastardization of some of our favorite lager/lagerish traditions from near and far with our good buds at the private sector.
Autumn Fields Cream Ale The leaves are changing, which means it’s time to bring back one of our favorite seasonal releases. 𝗔𝘂𝘁𝘂𝗺𝗻 𝗙𝗶𝗲𝗹𝗱𝘀 is a cream ale with cranberry and orange to provide you with some fresh Fall flavor that pairs nicely with the imminent brisk weather. Bright and crushable with a rush of tart fruity flavor, this light-bodied ale is perfect for a trip to the apple orchard, pumpkin patch, or while nestled in a blanket around an open fire. (4.5% ABV)

Eastern Seaboard DDH DIPA A double dry hopped New England style IPA brewed with American barley, Canadian oats, Germany spelt malt, and a dash of lactose sugar. Hopped in the whirlpool and hop back before being dry hopped twice with 5 lbs per gallon of Lupulin saturated Mosaic, Citra & Galaxy.
New Territories IPA Abundantly tropical, saturated, and easy to drink… this high-tech IPA collab with Mikkeller Brewing San Diego uses a genetically modified yeast that directly produces massive tropical fruit aromas, active fermentation dry hopping with a fancy new blend of cryo hops that emphasizes mango aromatics, and Talus, everyone’s favorite new hop.
Union Lager Inspired by the Dortmunder Union brewery and their crispy golden lagers, Union Lager is somewhere between a Pilsner and a Helles in terms of hop expression and malt heft. Union Lager is our take on a Westphalian pale lager. It’s crisp, moderately malty, easy to drink but with a pronounced hop profile, and best of all, this beer is a celebration of our newfound status as a Union-operated brewery.

Non-Fungible TIPA – 10.1% ABV Just like those nifty tokens everyone’s been so stoked about that certify a digital asset to be unique and therefore not interchangeable. For fear of sounding, well, sentimental, we can’t ever get this exact bushel of hops in again. This grain was grown in a specific region that experienced unique weather during the growing season. You get the idea. It may be next to imperceptible on a shorter timeline, but this beer will never be the same as it is at this very moment. This is a fleeting expression of impermanent joy in the form of beer in a can. F*ck%*# science, amirite?

DDH Link In Bio DIPA – 9% ABV Our buds Yakima Chief Hops plugged us with the freshness in the form of their recently rechristened Cryo Pop Blend. As you may know, we like our dry hop additions to make sexy times with our yeast, and this blend was formulated specifically with that in mind. Infinite Mmm…Osa – 8.0% ABV We supersized our beloved pale ale to get a DIPA with incredible body, hit it with a supersized dose of the Mmm… Osa hop bill, and conditioned on Florida Navel Oranges. You get a bright yellow hazy citrusy DIPA that smells of futuristic oranges and tastes of dank orange fruit cup, peaches, and tang. The insane levels of fresh zest compliment the flavors and help mimic the fresh squeezed OJ Grandma used to make in the morning, just with next-level oranges… from the future. It has a chewy mouthfeel and absolutely explodes with our #EQjuice making sure your palate never runs out of your favorite any-time drink.
Solar Fluctuation – 8.5% ABV We changed things up on this latest batch to see how can such a small variation drive major change. Solar Fluctuation starts off a big dose of flaked oats and wheat for a creamy body. Citra and Idaho 7 went into the whirlpool before a dry hop of Citra, Sultana, and Rakau. Hazy yellow with aromas of passionfruit, pineapple and melon lead into flavors of bright citrus, passionfruit, cantoluope, and anjou pear. These fruit flavors lead up to our #EQjuice medley and morph into a creamy mouthfeel and soft bitterness on finish.
Fluctuating Fruits Papaya/Pineapple – 8.1% ABV Fluctuating Fruits is back today with our newest combination of Papaya and Pineapple. We started off with our Fluctuation base, dry hopped it with Citra and Galaxy before adding more than a metric ton of Papaya and Pineapple. Pouring a light-peachy-yellow color, aromas of citrus and tropical fruit lead into flavors of an island fruit cup, ripe cantaloupe, mango, and tiki drinks all wrapped in a creamy sorbet finish.
Origami Paper Airplanes – 8.0% ABV Origami Paper Planes our new collaboration with Barreled Souls. It speaks to a collaborative love of aeronautics, air bending, differential pressures, and folding a creation together and watching ideas take flight. This beer uses large amounts of oats with massive doses of Enigma, Mosaic, and Columbus. Origami Paper Planes pours a saturated yellow with aromas of cannabis, earth, lime, papaya, and fresh cut grass and saturated flavors of candied orange, cantaloupe, mango juice, sticky icky, white grape, berry, and earthy pine wrapped up in a resinous #EQjuice finish. A few sips will have you taking flight!
Side Dish DDH IPA – 7.0% ABV Just in time to round out this summer season, Side Dish is making its hazy return! This soft and succulent DDH IPA is brewed with Citra and Idaho-7 for an insanely juicy profile fit for your next outdoor excursion. Side Dish packs huge flavors of sweet peach marmalade, ripe bergamot, candied cherries, and freshly-steeped oolong tea. Grab a pack to take to the local sunflower fields as we transition toward our autumnal winds.
Morever DDH IPA This Double Dry Hopped IPA is a delicious juice bomb thanks to a hefty hopping of Citra, Motueka, & Simcoe hops. An endless succession of juicy pineapple, grapefruit, and tangerine notes are leveled out with a hint of bitterness that resolves onto a smooth and refreshing finish.
Coastal Sunrise – Version 5 This version is inspired by mixed berry pancakes. Blueberries, blackberries and raspberries mix with barrel aged Wisconsin maple syrup, Madagascar vanilla beans and cinnamon. Reminiscent of version 1 coastal sunrise, but with a bit more berry pop!
Rugged Outlook DDH TIPA – Version 2 This juicy triple IPA is jammed packed with some of our favorite hops throughout the entire brewing and cellaring progress. Hop additions to the boil, whirlpool, hop back, fermentation and conditioning tank fold in layers of natural flavors.
Nelson DDH Juicy Bits – 6.7% ABV One of the sexiest and most extravagant hops on the market, brewing a Nelson Sauvin-focused DDH Juicy Bits was an absolute no-brainer for us. While this hop varietal can sometimes be to be too wild and dominating, we knew its complex characteristics would pair perfectly with our community of dedicated hazy hopheads.
Juicy Bits IPA – 6.7% ABV This is a mouthwatering IPA filled with a fresh combination of sweet orange, pineapple, pear, underripe mango, watermelon and berry. Still, there is a touch of bitterness that threads itself through the whole drinking experience, helping to keep the beer experience at the forefront and not just a full-on glass of juice.
Fit Bits Hazy Session IPA – 4.2% ABV Low calorie, low carb, Hazy Session IPA brewed with Citra, El Dorado, and Sabro hops. One of the most beautifully and uniformly hazy IPAs we have made, features notes of papaya, over-ripe mango, and peach skins from the huge whirlpool and dry hop additions, plus a surprisingly smooth and creamy mouthfeel for a beer that finishes so dry and crisp.
Pineapple Upside Down – 5.3% ABV Berlin-style sour ale brewed with pineapple puree, almonds, milk sugar, vanilla & vanilla cake mix. The pineapple upside down cake was at the height of its fame in the 1950’s and 60’s and is again gaining popularity. So naturally we took everything that makes this treat so sublime and turned it into a beer.

Forbidden Islands DIPA – 8% ABV New England Double IPA brewed with malted oats, malted rye, flaked wheat. Whirlpool hopped and double dry hopped with our hand-selected blend of Talus, Citra, El Dorado Cryo, Ekuanot Cryo and Sabro.
Vlad the Imp Aler – 11.6% ABV A combination of quad and blond ales aged in bourbon and wine barrels for up to two years with orange peel and coriander, Vlad delivers a fresh acidity and light malt sweetness with notes of bourbon, citrus and spice.
Mayan Bourbonic – 11.1% ABV Bourbonic Plague infused with raw organic Peruvian and Dutch cacao powder, cinnamon and cayenne pepper
Nectarine Dream – 6.8% ABV Nectarine Dream is blend of sour blond and wheat ales aged in oak wine barrels for up to 14 months with fresh nectarines and a late infusion of nectarine and peach noyaux. This limited project spotlights beautifully ripened Pacific Northwest fruit that imparts flavors of fresh nectarines, tropical fruit, gummy candies and stone fruit preserves.
Pineapple Dragon – 7.2% ABV Pineapple Dragon features a blend of sour blond ales aged in oak wine barrels for up to 16 months with pineapple and pink dragon fruit. Brandishing a fiery pink hue, this limited release offers flavors of fresh pineapple, kiwi, pear, watermelon and hint of white peppercorn.
Northwest Flanders – 7.1% ABV A tribute to the historic Flanders Red Ales of West Belgium (and a reference to the vibrant NW Flanders Street in downtown Portland), Northwest Flanders is our interpretation of the classic sour beer style that has inspired so many brewers around the world. A blend of sour red ales aged for over two years in oak barrels and foudres, Northwest Flanders captures notes of plum, currant, raisin, fig and spice with hints of oak and roasted malt.
Cash Nelson – 4.7% ABV Like the legendary outlaw country stars, Cash Nelson plays by its own rules, breaking the boundaries of style and convention. This sour golden ale was aged on oak barrels and foudres for up to 10 months then dry-hopped with Cashmere and Nelson Sauvin hops.
Chene Des Fous – 8.4% ABV Made in collaboration with our friends at Burial Beer Company in Asheville, NC, Chêne des Fous (shen de-FOO), meaning “Oak of the Fools,” is a blend of sour triple ales aged for up to 18 months in French oak barrels with dried sumac, fresh apricots and toasted American oak chains. Intense oak flavors are met with savory lemon and dried fruit notes from the sumac and a subtle stone fruit aroma.
Pixie Mix Pink Lemonade Seltzer Taste the last drops of summer with our new Pixie Mix Pink Lemonade! We crafted another nostalgic Pixie Mix based on our favorite warm weather drink – pink lemonade! Lemon & raspberry flavors are blended into our special Pixie Mix based for a refreshing 5.5% ABV treat.

Strawberry Orange Dbl Marbles Milkshake IPA Ever since we decided to explore the realm of making world-class Milkshake-Style IPAs there were two in particular that have taken on global recognition. So we decided, what would happen if the two joined forces to create something completely epic? Enter 𝗦𝘁𝗿𝗮𝘄𝗯𝗲𝗿𝗿𝘆 𝗢𝗿𝗮𝗻𝗴𝗲 𝗖𝗿𝗲𝗮𝗺 𝗗𝗼𝘂𝗯𝗹𝗲 𝗠𝗮𝗿𝗯𝗹𝗲𝘀. We combined our two most popular milkshake-IPAs and put them inside of the same glorious can for a legendary battle between the two titans. An all-out assault of tangy vs. juicy, tart vs. sweet, and good vs…well…also good. Ripe, succulent, and overflowing with both oranges and strawberries, this is one Marbles built for the ages. Exceeding Expectations Hazy IPA First ever IPA from Company Values! Exceeding Expectations is a hazy IPA with Strata & Mosaic hops.
Enchanted Island Sour – Version 3 Inspired by a Hawaiian Mai Tai cocktail, this sour ale is bursting with tropical fruit tones and held together with a touch of almond and sweetened with blackstrap molasses.
Humble Bumble Buzzed Seltzer – Version 4 This is a super tropical version of the buzzed seltzer. The coconut is light but the other flavors are huge, and this should be a touch creamier than the previous versions due to the banana and mangosteen.
Miracle of Birth Center DIPA State Fair DIPA w/ Milk Sugar (8.5%) The Miracle of Birth Center is typically our first stop at the fair. Partially because it’s the closest entrance the State Fair has to our brewery & partially because the combination of all that fried food + witnessing the awe & splendor of new farm animals entering the world in all of their uncensored glory can, at times, be a bit… unsettling. Our hand-selected Strata & Talus + a dash of Milk Sugar, you know… for the cows.
Standing Ovation TIPA This is us seeing how much juice we can pull out of one of our favorite hop combos. Obnoxiously loud quantities of our hand selected strata, cashmere & cashmere cryo. Just be careful standing up… this one’s a doozie coming in at a whopping 10.5%.
Double Universe DIPA A double-ized version of our flagship hazy IPA, Mirror Universe. Double Universe is absolutely slammed with Mosaic, Mosaic Cryo, Citra, Citra Cryo, and El Dorado hops, and brewed with tons of wheat and oats. We ferment it cool with our house IPA yeast, and the result is a massive beer that positively drips tropical character.
