NEW – Odin is my Overlord – Valhalla series DBL IPA The divine return of the Allfather! Odin Is My Overlord reigns supreme over our God Series of Lactose Double IPAs with its almighty hop combo of CTZ, Enigma, Mosaic, and Hallertau Blanc. As you can probably imagine this preposterously decadent absolute unit is absurdly delicious.
Ectogasm Hazy IPA Ectogasm is a juicy, hazy, and soft NE IPA brewed with Citra & Mosaic hops.
DDH City Pages – DDH Best IPA (7.0%) Despite our best efforts, we never got this when they were around & the first time around this beer was hitting too hard for us not to go back in. Double the word count of our Hand Selected Mosaic & Mosaic Cryo with a beautiful lot of Nelson Sauvin from New Zealand. Figured since we were the only ones voting this year, we could do the tally ourselves. Rest In Peace.
STACKING BRICKS: UNIVERSALLY PANNED – Collab w/Bricksworth NEIPA (7.2%) Our bud Tyler, The Head Brewer down at Bricksworth Beer Co. in Burnsville has been cranking out some pretty serious shredders. However, due to the way distribution laws work in Minnesota, they can’t sell any of their beers in cans or outside of their taproom. So we figured we’d have him up in an ongoing basis to put some of his favorite recipes into beer tubes. VANILLA BARREL-AGED IMPERIAL STOUT ABV: 13.3%
This special brew is an Extended Boil, Barrel-Aged Imperial Stout that we aged in freshly emptied Kentucky Bourbon barrels. The beer was aged for a year and then finished on Grade A Madagascar Bourbon Vanilla Beans. You can expect a viscous mouthfeel, notes of roasted malt, marshmallow, dark chocolate, and an explosion of vanilla—highlighted by a smoothness that only comes from age and using the finest ingredients.

For the first time, we’ve crafted 100 bottles of a variant aged in a rum barrel sourced from the Virgin Islands with a nose of fresh cut sugarcane and light banana. This one-time release will only be available in bottles to the first 50 guests in Iowa City, 35 guests in Des Moines, and 15 guests in Solon.
Price: $50 per Barrel Aged Velvet bottle (500mL), limit of 6 per guest, available in Des Moines, Iowa City, and Solon. It will also be available in very limited draft at our breweries.
Variant: $50 per Barrel Aged Velvet Rum Variant bottle (500mL), limit 1 per guest in order of arrival. Available in Iowa City, (50 bottles), Des Moines (35 bottles), and Solon (15 bottles). It will also be served in very limited draft at our breweries.

Mortalis Brewing Company was founded in 2017, but its origin dates to many years before then. Formed in Upstate NY, Mortalis was selected as a winner of the Brew in Livingston County business plan competition in 2017. Officially opening its doors in August of 2018, Mortalis has gone on to successfully fund a Kickstarter, expand 500% beyond its original capacity, become the first to brew an everything bagel DIPA & strawberry cheesecake milkshake, and been privileged enough to work with some of the greatest craft breweries in the world. Red, White and Blue (Arkane Collab)
This Fruited Sour is brewed in celebration of July 4th. Virtually brewed with our good friends at Arkane_Aleworks in Florida. We conditioned this sour on raspberry, blueberry, Madagascar vanilla, and America mix skittles.
This fruited sour is part of our Gemini Series that focuses on small one-off batches. The duality of complementary and sometime contrasting fruits are blended with other adjuncts to enrich the flavors even further. This version features Raspberry, Sweet Cherry, Lime, and Blue Raspberry (our favorite summertime popsicle).

This Sour Ale is the 5th version brewed with Swiftwater Brewing. Inspired by a Mai Tia, we have blended pineapple, orange, lime, and Orgeat from Fee Brothers. This Imperial Stout is brewed with cold steeped roasted barley and complex malts to bring about a brownie like aroma and flavor that uniquely compliments the toasted coconut. This Double IPA was brewed in collaboration with Beer Tree Brew Co We have saturated the base with a blend of Incognito and Lupomax hops including, Citra, Rakau, Strata, Azacca, Idaho7, and Mosiac. The blend provides a tropical fruit explosion.
EOS – Imperial Stout w/Raspberry
This Imperial Stout showcases Dominican cacao nibs and raspberry puree. The flavors blend together to create a thick, decadent chocolate covered raspberry.

Planters Punch Sour (Fruited Sour). This Cocktail Inspired Sour blends pineapple, key lime, passion fruit, oranges, and golden rum soaked raisins to create a maze of depth. We suggest to not let him catch you.

Key Lime Pie Y’all knew it was bound to be coming out again soon and now it’s here — AND HOLY MOLY is this batch of Key Lime Pie PHENOMINAL Freshly squeezed key limes, vanilla beans, and just a hint of graham cracker pair perfectly with the tart wheat based beer in our Key Lime Pie Sour Ale. We colored a bit outside the lines to recreate our favorite summer dessert, adding over 250 lbs of key lime puree for the signature citrus character, lactose and vanilla beans for the pie filling, with a dash of graham cracker for the crust.

El Dorado + Vic secret Creme DBL IPA Double IPA brewed with extra fluffy malted and flaked oats and splash of creamy lactose. This one has gone through a double dry hopping with both hops, creating a silky-smooth, tropical, hop-filled experience
Bringin’ Extra Sexy Back DBL IPA – 9.4% ABV
Bringing EXTRA Sexy Back is… back! This DIPA is an amped up version of a favorite, dry-hopped with Mosaic. It’s giving us sweet berry, ripe peach, & mango, all wrapped up with a smooth dank finish.
Baby Shark IPA – 5.5% ABV
This fresh lil’ Baby is dry-hopped with Citra & bursting with ripe flavors of grapefruit, stone fruit & soft clementine. Ultra thirst-quenching and ready for a swim down to that belly.

Course 1: Texas Twinkies – Two large jalapenos filled with cream cheese, slow smoked brisket and shredded cheddar cheese while wrapped in bacon and slow smoked at 225 degrees for two and a half hours. The bite from the jalapeno is cooled by the cheese while the crispy bacon blanket is the perfect partner to the soft creamy filling. Served with 12oz. Bubba IPA.
Course 2: Beef Short Rib Tacos – Two handmade from scratch, flour tortillas filled with slow smoked beef short ribs, smoked yellow onions and pepper jack cheese grilled to melt the cheese slightly. We also took roasted corn and combined it with cotija cheese, lime and mayo with a little bit of tajin for a twist on the classic street corn. Served with 16oz. Tipsy in Tijuana.
Course 3: Homemade Banana Pudding – A classic bbq dessert option, we combine whipped cream with vanilla pudding layered on a bed of vanilla wafers and fresh cut bananas and topped with made from scratch whipped cream. Served with a 16oz. Hawktoberfest.

Pineapple Witch Slap, which has been released before, and a new imperial IPA, Kickin’ Kangaroo, will be available when the taproom opens on Friday, July 15th! Kickin’ Kangaroo: We brewed up a bitter Imperial IPA and dry-hopped it with Australian hops. The result is a dank and grassy melon DIPA that finishes with just enough kick!
