Mr. Falcon DDH Hazy IPA – Collab W/ Barrel Theory
Yippie-kai-yay, we wanted to make a beer with Barrel Theory because they’re friends and they are well-known for making hazy IPAs, and those are two super cool things that we appreciate. Mister Falcon is a DDH Hazy IPA with Strata, Citra, and Simcoe Cryo hops.

You Can Have the Crown
A huge, imposing Imperial Stout, but just the beer part. No extra candy or pastry here, just a mountain of malts. We mashed twice as much, and boiled three times as long, and the resultant beer is luxuriantly chewy, chocolatey, mildly roasty, and delightful all on its own.

Double dry-hopped hazy IPA brewed with wheat, oats, and lots of Citra, Mosaic, and El Dorado hops

Coastal Sunset Version 5
We’ve never met a dog or a cake that we we didn’t like! Introducing our upcoming Coastal Sunset v5 which is brew inspired by a fruity almond crumble cake and a gorgeous label inspired by our favorite four legged friends! Sourced with fresh plums from Washington, blueberries from Oregon, almonds and Meyer lemons from California, vanilla beans from Madagascar, and cinnamon from Sri Lanka; these ingredients combine for a juicy tart flavor profile with a creamy body.

A Lil’ Loud Pack DDH IPA
We took our beloved LOUD PACK & shrunk it down to pocket sized, day time friendly proportions. The same hand-selected Citra, Mosaic, El Dorado & Australian Galaxyon a grain bill similar to, but scaled down from, the original. Is it getting A LIL’ LOUD in here, or is it just us?

Astronomical Axolotyl Berliner
Loads of Blackberries meets a tart Berliner. Lactose rounds out the entire experience along with very generous amounts of Cheesecake flavor. A full balanced dessert experience in a can!

Power Hour Hazy DIPA
Hazy Double IPA we brewed with our friends fromSouthern Swells Brewing Co. We wanted to work with a new experimental cryo hop blend that @yakimachief let us play with. “M”-blend is named for its massive Mango and Tropical nose and palate. We blended this with Citra and a small amount of Sabro to give this haze-bomb a huge flavor profile of tropical fruits and citrus.

Crispr Knockout Pils
Pilsner that is dry, has a slightly sharp bitterness indicative of the style, and has a light malt complexity. It was brewed 13 weeks ago and we have been (im)patiently waiting as it “lagers”. Lagers go through an extended cold aging process. This is why lager yeast is so special. If treated properly, they are known to continue cleaning up the beer even at temperatures below freezing. This also helps make these beers “bone dry”.

Showy Stamens Hazy DIPA
Spelt, Oats, Wheat, and a blend of two base malts create a nice complex background for a very expressive hop portfolio. Sabro, Bru-1, Mosaic, and Azacca hops come together into a JUICY, tropical goodness. Pineapple, passionfruit, tangerine, and mango all assault the palate in a great hoppy flavor profile!

Bistro Crumble Raspberry and Blackberry
Heavily fruited Berliner weisse with raspberries, blackberries, cinnamon and brown sugar added after fermentation.

Bistro Smoothie Mango/Pine/Banana
Heavily fruited Berliner weisse with mango, pineapple and banana added after fermentation. 

N/A Parallel Sour
Non-Alcoholic Fruited Sour Ale brewed with lactose, and massive amounts of passion fruit and raspberry purees.

Eastern Seaboard DDH DIPA
A double dry hopped New England style IPA brewed with American barley, Canadian oats, Germany spelt malt, and a dash of lactose sugar. Hopped in the whirlpool and hop back before being dry hopped twice with 5 lbs per gallon of Lupulin saturated Mosaic, Citra & Galaxy.

New Territories IPA
Abundantly tropical, saturated, and easy to drink… this high-tech IPA collab with Mikkeller Brewing San Diego uses a genetically modified yeast that directly produces massive tropical fruit aromas, active fermentation dry hopping with a fancy new blend of cryo hops that emphasizes mango aromatics, and Talus, everyone’s favorite new hop.

Union Lager 
Inspired by the Dortmunder Union brewery and their crispy golden lagers, Union Lager is somewhere between a Pilsner and a Helles in terms of hop expression and malt heft.
Union Lager is our take on a Westphalian pale lager. It’s crisp, moderately malty, easy to drink but
with a pronounced hop profile, and best of all, this beer is a celebration of our newfound status as a Union-operated brewery.

Hop Coastal DIPA 
Hop Coastal is your sea voyage from northern pine banks to southern tropical beaches. Bursting with a boatload of Simcoe and Citra hops, you’ll encounter the full depths of juniper, grapefruit, peach and melon. This double IPA, at 7.5% ABV, has enough umph to get you there and back again.

Orange Ripple Sorbet IPA
Here is your favorite creamsicle NEIPA but without the lactose. The sweet creaminess comes from puréed oranges and vanilla which are both added after fermentation. 

Batisserie S’mores Stout
This S’mores beer is full-bodied, with a silky mouthfeel and layered with notes of milk chocolate, graham cracker and roasted marshmallow. Contains milk sugar. 10% ABV.

Bistro Spiced Apple Donut
If you haven’t been able to visit the apple orchard this year, just reach for a can of Bistro Spiced Apple Donuts. It’s the fall experience in a can! Breathe in the bready donut aroma, watch the spice flecks descend like falling leaves and feel the thick body of apple pulp wash over your taste buds. Just like the classic fall donut, this heavily fruited Berliner Weisse delivers on not being too sweet while offering a comforting yet sophisticated flavor experience. 6.5% ABV

Dormitory Daze Hazy IPA
Citra, Mosaic, El Dorado blend together for an overripe tropical juicy hop bomb. This hazie is a collab with our friends from Freehand Goods in Orlando. Pineapple, fresh orange peel, and dank mango fill out the nose and palate and finish out to a smooth mouthfeel.

Lemon Cheesecake Shakeeee
Sharp, bright lemon and sweet lactose meet beautiful cheesecake flavors in this Berliner. Light and rich flavors from a favorite dessert all rolled into a fun and unique beer.

Cosmic Fudge Imperial Stout
Imperial Milk Stout with Walnuts, Marshmallow, and Cocoa Nibs
Rich chocolate brownies, deep fudge, whipped marshmallow, and roasted walnuts meld into this dessert stout. Sweet and flavorful!

Are You There God? It’s me Strawberry
We’ve got some more goop for you. Our Mixed-Culture Foeder-Fermented Berliner-Base conditioned on unconscionable quantities of juicy Strawberries & Tahitian Vanilla Bean Caviar with a dash of Milk Sugar for good measure.

Building Blocks Mosaic & Wheat DIPA
The brews in this series are meant to showcase some of our favorite raw materials. This version highlights Pilsner Malt from Wisconsin, Flaked & Malted Wheat from Canada, Our Hand Selected 2020 lot of Mosaic & Mosaic Cryo from the amazing folks at Loftus Ranches in Yakima Valley & Our Beloved London Ale 3.

We’ve been brewing our little keisters off trying to keep our beloved Unfiltered Italian-Pilsner around full time, but we haven’t quite gotten there yet folks… One Day🤞🤞🤞 We do have a fresh batch in cans for you as we speak though🤜🤛 Weyermann Pils Malt lagered for 7 weeks, Spunded for natural carbonation & kissed with Czech Kazbek. We can’t get enough of this Ceteris Paribus hazy DIPA loaded with Phantasm NZ, Citra, and Strata. The Phantasm pushes the citrus/tropical flavors from the hops into overdrive. Rich juicy hop flavor with every sip and sniff.

Business Tropical – Corporate Ladder Collab
Business Tropical is a rich, Smoothie-Style Berliner loaded with an array of tropical fruits and vanilla. Mango, Pineapple, Blood Orange, Lime, Passionfruit, Peach, Tangerine all play into a juice bomb experience. We added vanilla to further bring this Smoothie-Style Berliner into its own – styrofoam cup not included. Throw on your suits and prepare for the perfect Summer experience.

Capsized Goods – Mast Landing Collab
This Hazy IPA was a collaboration brew with Mast Landing Brewing! Loaded with Strata, El Dorado, and Sabro hops for a smooth, tropical hop bomb. Sweet citrus and tropical fruits blend with stone fruit notes from this hop blend.

Peach Vanilla Sprinkle Factor
This 7% Tart, Milkshake IPA is a great base for playing with fruit and hops. This time, we loaded it with peaches and vanilla. Creamsicle, IPA, Fruited Berliner… ? You decide! Sweet, fruity, hoppy and rich with great flavor.

Microdosing: Citra Once A Day IPA
Get your daily dose of this IPA that we dosed daily (…AKA every day of primary fermentation) with our extremely stanky hand selected Citra & Citra Cryo to keep the juices flowing.

Pillow Talkin’
OMG!11! 𝗣𝗶𝗹𝗹𝗼𝘄 𝗧𝗮𝗹𝗸𝗶𝗻’ has finally returned our calls! This Double Dry-Hopped DIPA has a very unique flavor profile thanks to a tender helping of Nelson Sauvin, Citra, and Galaxy hops. Notes of pine and passionfruit flirt with floral citrus that is wildly well-rounded and well-balanced. All of these flavors are delivered on body so soft and tender, every plush sip begs to be slowly savored. (8% ABV)

Hypersolid New England IPA – 6% ABV 
Introducing Hypersolid, a New England India Pale Ale brewed with pale malt, malted wheat and flaked oats. Hopped and dry hopped with our hand-selected Citra, El dorado Cryo, and Simcoe Cryo hops.

Another week and another list of amazing beers coming from Pequod Distribution! This week, along with breweries we’ve been introduced to, we will get some beers from new to the state breweries Aslin and Ology! Here’s the list!

MORE BREWING

Ambrosia Dbl Marbles IPABoldly going where no marbles has gone before, 𝗔𝗺𝗯𝗿𝗼𝘀𝗶𝗮 𝗗𝗼𝘂𝗯𝗹𝗲 𝗠𝗮𝗿𝗯𝗹𝗲𝘀 is the most intricate milkshake IPA we’ve ever brewed. Created to be a blast from the past, this Milkshake DIPA is reminiscent of all those crazy summer memories you experienced when you were a kid…and for some reason, there always seemed to be a fresh Ambrosia Salad wherever that may have been. Tropical Pinapple and Coconut are the highlight, followed by a light boost of tangerine citrus and cherry drupe. We then doubled down on the already insanely fluffy body with marshmallows for an ultra creamy mouthfeel and taste. Everything was then lightly sweetend with sweet vanilla to perfectly balance this brew. (8% ABV)

To the Trees IPA A brand new batch of our West-Coast IPA 𝗧𝗼 𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗧𝗿𝗲𝗲𝘀 is fresh from the canning line and ready for imbibing! Bold aromas of fresh lemongrass, earl grey tea, and herbaceous florals veer into a boscage of fresh spruce resin backed by honey and grapefruit. All of these forest-fresh flavors come from a lush combo of Amarillo, Centennial, CTZ, and Simcoe hops which provide a one of a kind flavor profile. Show the West-Coast some love and try today! Buzzed seltzer with Passion fruit, Hibiscus blossoms, Pink Dragonfruit, Mango, and Basswood Honey. 5% ABV

Enchanted Island ver2 – imperial Tiki Sour ale 
Inspired by Jamaican Me Crazy tiki drink, Passionfruit, orange, coconut take center stage, backed with Lime, cranberry and pomegranate simple syrup to round out the beer.

Bright, citrus + tropical frui hazy ipa. We’re still having fun experimenting with the juicy, tropical side of hops through our hazy IPAs. “Flavor Pop Technology” is a fun phrase that one of our longtime friends (and now suppliers) uses to talk about the latest and greatest in aromatic compound research and hop application techniques.

Get ready to ring in our independence with this bad boy! It’s crystal blue, light and bubbly and tastes like a blue razberry jolly rancher. We sold out in Wisconsin last year within the first 23 mins.

Worlds Undiscovered – Hazy DIPA collab w/Unseen Creatures
Marco from Unseen Creatures Brewing & Blending came up to Tallahassee and we created a Hazy Double IPA to brew – Worlds Undiscovered. Mosaic, Mosaic, Mosaic. This 8% Hazy Double was down-right immersed in Mosaic hops. Juicy tropical fruit meets red berries that rounds out with a slightly resinous dank finish. Juicy, hoppy, tasty.

Reshi Isles – fruit sour
Berliner loaded with pineapple, guava, mango, passionfruit, and tangerine! This melange of tropical fruits blend into a rich tasty juice accentuated by lactose. Art and name inspired by our favorite author, Brandon Sanderson, and our favorite book series – The Stormlight Archives. Read Up!

Apricot Lemon Sprinkle Factor – Milkshake IPA (KEG ONLY)
Tart Milkshake IPA with Apricots and Lemons
Juicy stone fruit and bright citrus pop on first sip. We add lactose for some residual sugar and smoothness, then we dry-hop with El Dorado for a nice stone fruit/orange marmalade accent. Before going into tank, we use Lactobacillus to kettle-sour the beer to add some nice tartness. This all comes together into an extremely drinkable and enjoyable experience.

Showy Stigmas – 8% Hazy Double IPA
Spelt, Oats, Wheat, and a blend of two base malts create a nice complex background for a very expressive hop portfolio. Sabro, Bru-1, Mosaic, and Azacca hops come together into a JUICY, tropical goodness.

Effusive Eruption – Hazy Dbl IPA 
Effusive Eruption 8% Hazy Double IPA:
Comet and El Dorado hops come in strong for a candied orange peel and tropical fruit eruption in this Hazy Double IPA. Smooth sipping, slightly juicy sweet, and well balanced by the sheer amount of dry hops.

Stellar Sloth – Cookies & Cream Imperial milk stout 4th anniversary series – 11% Cookies & Cream Stout:
Decadent chocolate, cream, and cookie flavors. Everything you ask for in a BIG heavy stout from a can. Dessert in a glass.

Cash Only Fruit sour – 
6.5% ABVContrary to popular opinion, cash *is* making a comeback (not in payment form, however). Freshly canned & ready to grace your glass, our new Sour, Cash Only boasts a unique flavor profile including Mango, Lemon, Key Lime & Blackberry. Notes of Vanilla round out this sour perfectly, ready for sunny days ahead!

Udder Covers-  Dbl IPA 8.5% abv
is the first of two NEW BEERS that are a deep pull from the past…. an homage to our childhoods… full of cartoons of questionable characters, including Ren and Stimpy. For those of you who are too young to know or too old to remember, Ren was a sociopathic chihuahua and Stimpy was a good natured gullible cat.

This milk sugar Double IPA is packed with Citra, Amarillo, and Mosaic hops. This DIPA has a juicy punch of mango, pineapple, passionfruit and berry!

Double Orange Starfish DIPA!  8.3% ABV
Took our Orange Starfish recipe and made it twice as nice. We took two hops with symbiotic personalities, Citra & Galaxy, & introduced them at fermentation for a dry-hop that gives big juicy flavors of plump candied oranges.

Baby Shark IPA 5.5% ABV🦈 
Ever caught a Baby Shark?? Legend has it a fresh catch of this is incredibly smooth & juicy. A heavy dry-hopped diet of Citra gives the Baby Shark ripe flavors of grapefruit, peaches, & soft mango, & makes it’s habitat in a sea of hazy orange clementine. Grab a 4-pack and enjoy the freshest haul of this IPA.

How now brown cow Peanut butter/Chocolate/Coffee
This is a low ABV Milk Stout, with rich aromas of peanut butter, light roasted and mild chocolate notes. For those of us who are peanut butter fiends… DO NOT SLEEP ON THIS ONE!
