A new sour for Iowa’s newest brewery is coming at you this Friday! Field Day Brewing will be releasing “Bonanza Berry Fruit Bomb” Friday at the taproom! Here’s more on this beer courtesy of Field Day’s Facebook page:

BONANZA BERRY FRUIT BOMB. We loaded this sour with blueberries, and then loaded it with raspberries, and then added lemon and then decided we needed even more fruit! We made it just for you, and we think she turned out quite perfect. She’ll debut this Friday at the Taproom exclusively here in North Liberty.

• Peaches, Peaches, Peaches – 10 cases only! LTO! Peaches Peaches Peaches is a Smoothie Sour at 6%. This Smoothie is with tons of Peaches with a light beautiful orange color. Tons of ripe Peaches on the nose and burst of sour peach rings on the taste.
• Laser Strings Nitro Stout – Laser Strings is an nitro Irish stout with a full body that comes in at 4.5% abv. Has a robust coffee roast and chocolate notes on the nose. Mouth feel is light with a dry finish on the end.
• Space Ninja – 6.2% Space Ninja is a New England IPA with a hazy golden color. Tons of juicy fruit notes of mango. Hopped with Citra and Mosaic with tasting notes of mango and papaya with a dry finish.
• Crew Chief – This Italian Pilsner comes in at 4.5% abv. This refreshingly bitter Pilsner showcases Saphires floral aeronautics.
• Rocket Rodeo – It’s a New England DIPA at 8%. Hopped with a Mosaic and Strata blend. Has a straw yellow hazy color with a mix of citrus fruits on the nose. Reserved bitterness, with a mild sweetness to reenforce the juicy fruit flavors. Tons of Pineapple funk with a berry finish.

• Bonfire Feels – 6.8% This balanced marriage of malt and hops showcases a mix of crystal malts that provide biscuit and caramelized sugar flavors. A blend of American Centennial and Chinook hops add pine and subtle citrus flavors. A perfect follow-up to a Fall fest beer as the weather gets colder and closer to Winter.
• Geo – 5.5% This west coast pilsner hits two of our favorite styles of what we like drinking around the brewery, all at once. A crackery clean base of pilsner malt, noble hops, & German lager yeast with tons of mosaic and citra added after fermentation. Equilibrium

• Peanut Cloud – 11% Wouldn’t it be great if the clouds were giant fluffy marshmallow peanuts? We emulate such a landscape with Peanut Cloud. The idea for the label came from an original drone shot from high above Middletown taken at sunrise. We then asked local Illustrator, Julia Green, to add a fun touch based off the adjuncts. We took our LADS base and conditioned it on Peanuts, Marshmallows, and a touch of lactose to create our latest treat. Pouring pitch black with a pillowy tan head, aromas of creamy Jiff waft up from your pour. Tasting notes are simple for this one, a luscious mouthfeel crossed with chocolate fudge, spoons of peanut butter, and liquid Fluff. This is beer is liquid Fluffernutter.
• RHO kinetic – 11% Rho Kinetic Blend is our Imperial Stout conditioned on Mostra and Equilibrium Kinetic Energy Blend Coffee. Pouring jet black with a saturated caramel colored head, this imperial coffee stout offers notes of cacao nibs, black cherry, spiced almond, bright citrus and Dulce De Leche with a huge backbone of fudge brownie.

• Dreamyard – A New England IPA that’s made from oats and wheat. Splendidly hazy with aromas of stonefruit, pineapple, and citrus. An insane amount of Citra and Sultana hops per barrel make this beer an incredibly juicy and citrusy treat with an approachable level of bitterness. 7.1%
• Triple Dreamyard – Double Dreamyard is our award-winning exceptionally-rated juicy, hazy IPA that’s made entirely from oats and wheat and heavily hopped with Citra and Denali but, like, doubled. We took Dreamyard and overloaded it with everything: extra oats, extra wheat, extra Citra, extra Denali, and pumped up the ABV to 8.5%. The end result is a crazy smooth juicy whale of a DIPA that’s, like, really good. 8.5%
• Fruittroplis Passionfruit Raspberry, Pineapple – Imperial Smoothie Sour brewed with barley malt, wheat malt, milk sugar, double the passion fruit, double the raspberry and double the pineapple 8%

• Scienceworks – 8.5% ScienceWerks (DIPA) is our newest collaboration with Weldwerks Brewing Co. It takes inspiration and elements from WeldWerks Juicy Bits and our collab, Tera Bit Rate Fluctuation, to bring you our newest project together. The ride of flavors “werks” its way into a bright #EQjuice finish, ending with a dank hoppiness to get you ready for the next sip
• This is Your Brain on Science – 8.5% We wanted to make this beer as soft and creamy as possible, so we used a huge flaked oats and wheat base before a whirlpool of Citra Incognito, Citra 90’s, and Idaho 7. We then dry hopped with our debut of the new hop Australian Eclipse, Citra, and Nelson. This is Your Brain On Science pours hazy and bright with aromas of tangerine marmalade and concord grape and,… well… think Trix cereal.
• Light at the End of the Tunnel – 6.8% Light At The End of The Tunnel (IPA) uses Photon as its inspiration with some modifications and upgrades, including an all Survivable hop blend for the whirlpool and a large dose of Lupomax Citra in addition to a supersized Photon hop bill. Aromas and flavors of soft pineapple, navel orange, stone fruit, EQ’s rainbow melon, and lime juice radiate with a touch of pine resin at the finish, making it an easy drinker with tons of flavor.
• POG Bubbles – 6.8% POG Bubbles (IPA) uses a not yet publicly available Thiolized Conan from @omegayeast, along with Phantasm, Galaxy, and Citra to bring you a beer dripping with POG (Passionfruit, Orange, and Guava) juice mimosa island vibes.POG Bubbles pours milky yellow, with bright aromas of tropical fruit nerds and tiki drinks. As the bubble chart on the label shows, we get intense fruit flavors of passionfruit juice, orange wedges, and guava, with whisps of lime, dank grass, and white grape. A spritzy finish kissed with rainbow melon EQ juice and a hoppy blast for balance brings this tropical vacation to you wherever you are and whenever you’re in need with just a few sips.
• Even More Caramel – 11% Even Caramel Sundaes is gettin’ touched with our newest stout. We teamed up with our friends from Dania Beach to bring you an imperial stout conditioned on Caramel, Almonds, Madagascar Vanilla, and Marshmallow. Pitch black with a beautiful caramel color head, this beer literally smells like an old school ice cream shop. Flavors of rich caramel swirl fudge bars and melted vanilla cream meet toasted almond bars and scoops of marshmallow fluff. Every adjunct hits before melding together into a viscous liquid caramel sundae that scoops our memories right back to the ice cream truck.
• Swirls and Spirals – 11% Starting off with a thic(5x) base we conditioned the finished liquid on Cinnamon Toast Crunch cereal, maple syrup, pecans, cinnamon, Madagascar vanilla, and a touch of Lactose. Swirls and Spirals pours viscous with aromas of French toast, maple custard, and your favorite bake shop. The flavors work so well together offering notes of chocolate pudding, cinnamon coffee cake, sticky brown sugar, pecan sandies, and the perfect amount of vanilla frosting. This beer is like liquid gooey cake and packed with flavors that end with delicate and balanced wisps of cinnamon goodness. Swirls and Spirals is a breakfast casserole in a bottle.
• S’mores Blueprint – 11% Imperial Stout with Marshmallows, Cacao Nibs, and Graham Crackers
• Stacked Pistachio – 11% Stacked Pistachio Chocolate Honey Cake takes inspiration from a dessert we recently enjoyed. Just a few spoons in, we knew we had to bring this to light in liquid form. Following a long boil of our base stout, we added a healthy dose of pistachios, honey, cacao nibs, and cake mix. A decadent pour leads to aromas of pistachio chocolate pudding and flavors of creamy devil’s food cake batter, raw honeycomb, and something we would imagine a pistachio Snickers bar would taste like. The liquid frosted chocolate cake meets honey baklava flavor profile wraps up with a slick and velvety finish we tend to get with a honey addition, offering stacked milkshake-like flavors you could enjoy with a straw.
• Giant Choc PB Cookie – 17% Following its 25 months in Weller Barrels, Barrel Aged Chocolate Peanut Butter Cookie Cake was conditioned on copious amounts of peanuts, Bolivia cacao nibs, and chocolate cake mix. Featuring a creamy and voluptuous consistency, its pour starts off with an inviting boozy chocolate and peanut butter aroma, leading way to flavors of peanut butter frosted bourb0n soaked brownies, chocolate covered peanut chews, peanut butter mudslides, and molasses nougat, all wrapped up with a touch of vanilla bourb0n caramel char and a splash of complex heat offered from the two years in the barrel. Leave the baking to us, because flavors of part chocolate, part peanut butter, and part bourb0n all add up to the perfect liquified adult treat.

• Stranger in the Alps – We set out to brew a beer that tasted like the way the air at the top of a mountain smells. The result is a crispy pale lager brewed with noble hops, foraged spruce tips from Duluth, MN, and lemon balm. Nuanced but quaffable, lemony and bright, it enlivens the spirit much like a breath of mountain air.
• The Appearance of Favoritism – 6.6% When the company’s founding brewer is all of a sudden one of your hop suppliers, we can see where you’d think we are getting preferential treatment. But let us assure you, you too can buy some of the best hops in the country from Yakima Chief Hops! The hops in this Hazy IPA were flash frozen right off the vine and shipped right to Fair State for immediate brewing, resulting in super bright and fresh aroma notes of Citra hops and mango.
• Hefeweizen – 5% Hefeweizen Wheat Beer
• Spirit Foul – 6.3% A silly, hazy & fun IPA brewed in collaboration with Modern Times Beer. Super juicy, tropical, and dank. Brewed with Pilsner malt (barley), pale wheat, flaked oats, flaked barley, and hopped with x331 Experimental, Mosaic, & Citra.
• Strata IPA – 6.2% Niko, our Head Brewer, says “It’s not very often that you are exposed to a new hop variety that really blows your socks off.” Get your socks blown off by Strata, our Strata-only DDH Hazy IPA.Fair State has been using it since before it even had a name, back when it was Oregon experimental X331. It’s a beautiful hop that can stand all on its own, so we’ve given it just such a platform here. Our hand-selected lots bring tons of passionfruit, tropicalia, citrus, and a whiff of dankness to the party.
• The Get Down – 7.3% We’re proud to partner with North Minneapolis’ own Get Down Coffee Company on this collaboration project—and we think the results are well-suited to winter drinking in Minnesota. A big ol’ export-strength American Stout brewed with a choice blend of roasted, chocolate, and caramel malts that reinforce the aromatic notes from Get Down’s Turn Tables roast. Substantial but approachable, we built this beer around the coffee with the goal of showcasing how the two can be mutually reinforcing.
• The Mix Variety – The Mix Pack is a 12 pack with three of our favorite year-round beers (Big Doinks, Roselle, Party Forward and Union Lager) beer that is a mix pack exclusive!

• Pils – 4.9% A German-style pilsner, dry and crisp with a grassy hop aroma from a large kettle addition of Hallertau Mittelfrüh. One hop, one malt, lager yeast. Simple and delicious.

BlackStack Brewing

• Wasting Away Mexican Lager – 5.2% Our buds at Bricksworth Beer Co have been endlessly unable to keep this beer on draft, so we decided to brew up a lil bigger batch size. Fully crushable, with or without the lime wedge.
• DM’s Triple Dry Hopped Triple IPA – 10%- You Up? A fitting conclusion to our day of mayhem. You know the old adage: Everything good happens after 2AM. Strata, New Zealand Neson Sauvin, Idaho 7, and Mosaic Cryo

Phase 3

• DDH Unchecked Ceilings – IntroducingDDH Unchecked Ceilings, a brewing feat that playfully mashes up two of our iconic beers, Unchecked Imagination and Low Ceilings. This Hazy DIPA is a hoppy medley, harmonizing Citra, Motueka, and Mosaic hops. With each sip, you’ll embark on a flavor journey where the unbridled creativity of Unchecked Imagination meets the cozy comfort of Low Ceilings, creating a nonpareil taste adventure that’s a true ceiling-smasher. 7.8%
• DDH Vanilla Backbox – Hazy DIPA that beckons you to play the cosmic pinball game of flavors. A returning creation brewed in collaboration with the brilliant minds of our dear friends at Bottle Logic Brewing. This brew will take you on a journey through a tantalizing labyrinth of Citra, Mosaic, and Galaxy hops, punctuated by a whisper of vanilla. Imagine the steel ball careening through the backbox of a celestial pinball machine, bouncing off citrusy bumpers, and hurtling into a universe of creamy, vanilla-laced delight with each sip, a high-scoring adventure awaits.

Parish

• Ghost in the Machine – Brewed with obscene quantities of hand-selected Citra hops from our favorite farm in Yakima Valley, WA. Expect pungent grapefruit aromas and flavors, tropical fruit, and less harsh bitterness than most IIPAs. 8.5%
• Dr Juice – The Doctor is in. Introducing your new go-to IPA, Dr. Juice is a highly crushable juice bomb. Dry hopped with a blend of our favorite hand selected hops from the Yakima Valley, Dr. Juice’s drinkability is sneaky good considering it clocks in at 6% ABV.
• Envie – This delicious pale ale is juicy, hazy, and crushable. A totally new-school take on an old-school American craft beer. 5%
• SIPS: Pinot Noir Black Currant – Overflowing with rich dark Pinot Noir wine grapes, this SIPS’ bright fruit tones overlap with complex and succulent black currant atop a sweet sour base that brightens both grapes synchronously. Intense and flavorful, this juicy sour has depth unlike any similar beer and will bring out your inner sommelier
• SIPS: Chardonnay Apricot – A sweet and refreshingly tart sour combining Chardonnay grapes and complementary ripe, fresh apricot puree. Drinks refreshingly reminiscent of its namesake wine, replete with apricot tarts, airy pomme fruit and juicy pineapple notes.
• Okra – Our most recent collaboration with our buddies at Other Half Brewing resulted in a big Hazy Double IPA. Okra is made with a creamy DIPA oat-infused base and loaded with Nelson Sauvin, Motueka, and Nectaron hops from the latest New Zealand harvest
• Drive Thru: Purple Sour 9000 – This fruited sour, with its captivating purple hue, embodies the essence of “purp” and the nostalgic flavors reminiscent of grape snow balls. Infused with the magic of boysenberry for its vivid purple color, and complemented by the boldness of marionberry and a delightful Purple Wine Grape Blend. 8%

• Key Lime Cheesecake – Collaboration with Eagle Park Brewing. The Key Lime Cheesecake Incident is cake in a can! Key Limes, Graham Cracker, Cheesecake Flavoring, and a touch of Lactose create the perfect medley of flavors! 6%
• Drop-Top Rain Drop – This bad and boujee brew is tasting just right. Featuring the powerhouse New Zealand-grown Riwaka hops this Double Dry-Hopped Double India Pale Ale is bursting with tropical fruit flavors and aroma. 8%
• Cat’s in the Cradle – Double Dry-Hopped IPA with Simcoe Hops 7.5%

Great Notion

• Fury – Fury is a hazy IPA brewed for our friends at Arc’Teryx Seattle. We dry hopped this Mt. Fury inspired IPA with equally jaw dropping amounts of Mosaic, Idaho 7, and Galaxy hops to show you there is always a better way. 7%
• RIPE – Ripe has earned its bones over the years in Portland, and we are now able to share our award-winning IPA up and down the left coast. Ripe is dry hopped with Citra and Citra Cryo hops for a juicy wave of citrus and tropical fruit tones. 7%
• Van Beer – Take a ride out of the Stratasphere with Van Beer. We dry hop this hazy IPA with only Strata hops to create aromas of strawberry, passionfruit, and cannabis. We make this to honor our favorite beer, the shift beer. 7.4%
• PB&Jammy Pants – It’s peanut butter jelly time! PB & Jammy Pants is back and jammed up with tons of strawberry exploding with the flavor of peanut buttercups in a delightfully puckering tart ale. 7.5%
• Seedless – Gose with a touch of sea salt and coriander. After fermentation, we add bushels of flavor from watermelon and dragon fruit for a sour and sweet hard candy mash up beaming with electric pink color. 6%
• Juice Jr. – Juice Jr. just might be our most popular hazy IPA. This classic is all about the citrus and tropical Mosaic hop. Lush and easy drinking with notes of citrus and pineapple. 6%
