- Stranger in the Alps – We set out to brew a beer that tasted like the way the air at the top of a mountain smells. The result is a crispy pale lager brewed with noble hops, foraged spruce tips from Duluth, MN, and lemon balm. Nuanced but quaffable, lemony and bright, it enlivens the spirit much like a breath of mountain air.
- The Appearance of Favoritism – 6.6% When the company’s founding brewer is all of a sudden one of your hop suppliers, we can see where you’d think we are getting preferential treatment. But let us assure you, you too can buy some of the best hops in the country from Yakima Chief Hops! The hops in this Hazy IPA were flash frozen right off the vine and shipped right to Fair State for immediate brewing, resulting in super bright and fresh aroma notes of Citra hops and mango.
- Hefeweizen – 5% Hefeweizen Wheat Beer
- Spirit Foul – 6.3% A silly, hazy & fun IPA brewed in collaboration with Modern Times Beer. Super juicy, tropical, and dank. Brewed with Pilsner malt (barley), pale wheat, flaked oats, flaked barley, and hopped with x331 Experimental, Mosaic, & Citra.
- Strata IPA – 6.2% Niko, our Head Brewer, says “It’s not very often that you are exposed to a new hop variety that really blows your socks off.” Get your socks blown off by Strata, our Strata-only DDH Hazy IPA.Fair State has been using it since before it even had a name, back when it was Oregon experimental X331. It’s a beautiful hop that can stand all on its own, so we’ve given it just such a platform here. Our hand-selected lots bring tons of passionfruit, tropicalia, citrus, and a whiff of dankness to the party.
- The Get Down – 7.3% We’re proud to partner with North Minneapolis’ own Get Down Coffee Company on this collaboration project—and we think the results are well-suited to winter drinking in Minnesota. A big ol’ export-strength American Stout brewed with a choice blend of roasted, chocolate, and caramel malts that reinforce the aromatic notes from Get Down’s Turn Tables roast. Substantial but approachable, we built this beer around the coffee with the goal of showcasing how the two can be mutually reinforcing.
- The Mix Variety – The Mix Pack is a 12 pack with three of our favorite year-round beers (Big Doinks, Roselle, Party Forward and Union Lager) beer that is a mix pack exclusive!
- Big Doinks – 6.5% Extra dank IPA with the stickiest of hops available
- Double Universe – 8.6% A DDH double-ized version of Mirror Universe, our Citra/Mosaic/El Dorado IPA
First brewed to celebrate our anniversary in 2019, it’s a bigger version of Mirror Universe—hoppier, more boozy, juicier. Tasting Notes Juice, tropical fruits, booze, lightly sweet, low bitterness - Hop Water – Hop infused Sparkling Water
- Pils – 4.9% A German-style pilsner, dry and crisp with a grassy hop aroma from a large kettle addition of Hallertau Mittelfrüh. One hop, one malt, lager yeast. Simple and delicious.
- Wasting Away Mexican Lager – 5.2% Our buds at Bricksworth Beer Co have been endlessly unable to keep this beer on draft, so we decided to brew up a lil bigger batch size. Fully crushable, with or without the lime wedge.
- DM’s Triple Dry Hopped Triple IPA – 10%- You Up? A fitting conclusion to our day of mayhem. You know the old adage: Everything good happens after 2AM. Strata, New Zealand Neson Sauvin, Idaho 7, and Mosaic Cryo
- DDH Unchecked Ceilings – IntroducingDDH Unchecked Ceilings, a brewing feat that playfully mashes up two of our iconic beers, Unchecked Imagination and Low Ceilings. This Hazy DIPA is a hoppy medley, harmonizing Citra, Motueka, and Mosaic hops. With each sip, you’ll embark on a flavor journey where the unbridled creativity of Unchecked Imagination meets the cozy comfort of Low Ceilings, creating a nonpareil taste adventure that’s a true ceiling-smasher. 7.8%
- DDH Vanilla Backbox – Hazy DIPA that beckons you to play the cosmic pinball game of flavors. A returning creation brewed in collaboration with the brilliant minds of our dear friends at Bottle Logic Brewing. This brew will take you on a journey through a tantalizing labyrinth of Citra, Mosaic, and Galaxy hops, punctuated by a whisper of vanilla. Imagine the steel ball careening through the backbox of a celestial pinball machine, bouncing off citrusy bumpers, and hurtling into a universe of creamy, vanilla-laced delight with each sip, a high-scoring adventure awaits.
- Ghost in the Machine – Brewed with obscene quantities of hand-selected Citra hops from our favorite farm in Yakima Valley, WA. Expect pungent grapefruit aromas and flavors, tropical fruit, and less harsh bitterness than most IIPAs. 8.5%
- Dr Juice – The Doctor is in. Introducing your new go-to IPA, Dr. Juice is a highly crushable juice bomb. Dry hopped with a blend of our favorite hand selected hops from the Yakima Valley, Dr. Juice’s drinkability is sneaky good considering it clocks in at 6% ABV.
- Envie – This delicious pale ale is juicy, hazy, and crushable. A totally new-school take on an old-school American craft beer. 5%
- SIPS: Pinot Noir Black Currant – Overflowing with rich dark Pinot Noir wine grapes, this SIPS’ bright fruit tones overlap with complex and succulent black currant atop a sweet sour base that brightens both grapes synchronously. Intense and flavorful, this juicy sour has depth unlike any similar beer and will bring out your inner sommelier
- SIPS: Chardonnay Apricot – A sweet and refreshingly tart sour combining Chardonnay grapes and complementary ripe, fresh apricot puree. Drinks refreshingly reminiscent of its namesake wine, replete with apricot tarts, airy pomme fruit and juicy pineapple notes.
- Okra – Our most recent collaboration with our buddies at Other Half Brewing resulted in a big Hazy Double IPA. Okra is made with a creamy DIPA oat-infused base and loaded with Nelson Sauvin, Motueka, and Nectaron hops from the latest New Zealand harvest
- Drive Thru: Purple Sour 9000 – This fruited sour, with its captivating purple hue, embodies the essence of “purp” and the nostalgic flavors reminiscent of grape snow balls. Infused with the magic of boysenberry for its vivid purple color, and complemented by the boldness of marionberry and a delightful Purple Wine Grape Blend. 8%
- Key Lime Cheesecake – Collaboration with Eagle Park Brewing. The Key Lime Cheesecake Incident is cake in a can! Key Limes, Graham Cracker, Cheesecake Flavoring, and a touch of Lactose create the perfect medley of flavors! 6%
- Drop-Top Rain Drop – This bad and boujee brew is tasting just right. Featuring the powerhouse New Zealand-grown Riwaka hops this Double Dry-Hopped Double India Pale Ale is bursting with tropical fruit flavors and aroma. 8%
- Cat’s in the Cradle – Double Dry-Hopped IPA with Simcoe Hops 7.5%
- Fury – Fury is a hazy IPA brewed for our friends at Arc’Teryx Seattle. We dry hopped this Mt. Fury inspired IPA with equally jaw dropping amounts of Mosaic, Idaho 7, and Galaxy hops to show you there is always a better way. 7%
- RIPE – Ripe has earned its bones over the years in Portland, and we are now able to share our award-winning IPA up and down the left coast. Ripe is dry hopped with Citra and Citra Cryo hops for a juicy wave of citrus and tropical fruit tones. 7%
- Van Beer – Take a ride out of the Stratasphere with Van Beer. We dry hop this hazy IPA with only Strata hops to create aromas of strawberry, passionfruit, and cannabis. We make this to honor our favorite beer, the shift beer. 7.4%
- PB&Jammy Pants – It’s peanut butter jelly time! PB & Jammy Pants is back and jammed up with tons of strawberry exploding with the flavor of peanut buttercups in a delightfully puckering tart ale. 7.5%
- Seedless – Gose with a touch of sea salt and coriander. After fermentation, we add bushels of flavor from watermelon and dragon fruit for a sour and sweet hard candy mash up beaming with electric pink color. 6%
- Juice Jr. – Juice Jr. just might be our most popular hazy IPA. This classic is all about the citrus and tropical Mosaic hop. Lush and easy drinking with notes of citrus and pineapple. 6%
