Is that Scuba Steve? Scuba Sam? No that’s Scuba Todd! If you’ve ever walked through Black Sheep and gazed through the Man-Aquarium you might have seen this beerhero. He doesn’t wear a cape nor have any superpowers. He wears beer goggles during the day and tinted safety glasses at night. He’ll walk around the brewery in rainboots and occasionally sport some dope rubber gloves. The man has never heard of water, he only showers in beer. Beer with coconut of course because that’s the only way it should be. He’s sour like lemon lime and sweet like blue raspberry. This is Todd’s world and we’re just living in it. We’re just happy to be apart of it.
Now about the beer…if you haven’t gathered the info yet we’re making a pretty delicious sour. Brewed with Lemon, Lime, Blue Raspberry, and unfiltered coconut. Ambrosia Dbl Marbles IPABoldly going where no marbles has gone before, 𝗔𝗺𝗯𝗿𝗼𝘀𝗶𝗮 𝗗𝗼𝘂𝗯𝗹𝗲 𝗠𝗮𝗿𝗯𝗹𝗲𝘀 is the most intricate milkshake IPA we’ve ever brewed. Created to be a blast from the past, this Milkshake DIPA is reminiscent of all those crazy summer memories you experienced when you were a kid…and for some reason, there always seemed to be a fresh Ambrosia Salad wherever that may have been. Tropical Pinapple and Coconut are the highlight, followed by a light boost of tangerine citrus and cherry drupe. We then doubled down on the already insanely fluffy body with marshmallows for an ultra creamy mouthfeel and taste. Everything was then lightly sweetend with sweet vanilla to perfectly balance this brew. (8% ABV)

Marco from Unseen Creatures Brewing & Blending came up to Tallahassee and we created a Hazy Double IPA to brew – Worlds Undiscovered. Mosaic, Mosaic, Mosaic. This 8% Hazy Double was down-right immersed in Mosaic hops. Juicy tropical fruit meets red berries that rounds out with a slightly resinous dank finish. Juicy, hoppy, tasty.
Reshi Isles – fruit sour
Berliner loaded with pineapple, guava, mango, passionfruit, and tangerine! This melange of tropical fruits blend into a rich tasty juice accentuated by lactose. Art and name inspired by our favorite author, Brandon Sanderson, and our favorite book series – The Stormlight Archives. Read Up!
Tart Milkshake IPA with Apricots and Lemons Juicy stone fruit and bright citrus pop on first sip. We add lactose for some residual sugar and smoothness, then we dry-hop with El Dorado for a nice stone fruit/orange marmalade accent. Before going into tank, we use Lactobacillus to kettle-sour the beer to add some nice tartness. This all comes together into an extremely drinkable and enjoyable experience.
Showy Stigmas – 8% Hazy Double IPA Spelt, Oats, Wheat, and a blend of two base malts create a nice complex background for a very expressive hop portfolio. Sabro, Bru-1, Mosaic, and Azacca hops come together into a JUICY, tropical goodness.

The Iowa Craft Brew Festival is back with a new location and plenty of space to spread out. We have moved to Lauridsen Amphitheater at Water Works Park, a space large enough to accommodate over 100 Iowa Breweries.
Craft beer lovers will enjoy live music from The Sheet, Mike Vallely & The Complete Disaster, all while enjoying unlimited samples of over 300 varieties of beer.
Food will be available for purchase from some of central Iowa’s favorite food trucks and a bike valet will be provided courtesy of the Iowa Bicycle Collective. All tickets include a commemorative sampling glass, and free parking is available adjacent to the festival grounds.
$55 VIP Ticket – Enjoy one hour early entry to the festival along with access to limited release offerings beginning at noon. Ticket also includes unlimited samples until 4:00, live music and commemorative sampling glass.
$40 GA Ticket – Access to the festival at 1:00 with unlimited samples until 4:00, live music and commemorative sampling glass.

Summer Fields is our brand new Belgian-style Wheat Ale with juicy oranges and tangy lemons. A fresh new take on our series of “fields,” this slighly hazy wheat ale is ultra crisp with a gentle malty body. Whispers of sweet vanilla and honey interplay with the citrus and zest which build nicely on a lightly acidic body. Crack open a can of sunshine today! (5.5% ABV)
Mas Chela 𝗠á𝘀 𝗖𝗵𝗲𝗹𝗮 uses our ultra-purified, soft water from our production facility in Huntley and then is cool stored in our horizontal german lagering tank for 5-6 weeks. The slow lagering process provides us with an incredibly balanced, super clean flavor that’s moderately malt forward, lightly bitter, and has notes of freshly baked bolillo. (5% ABV)
Hopperatus – DDH IPAA Double Dry Hopped Hazy IPA hit with Mosaic, Idaho 7, Simcoe and Strata hops. This IPA is bursting with a complex assemblage of pungent tropical fruit, rosy florals, and dank earthy hemp that leaves lots of room for exploration. (7.2% ABV)
Motueka’s Revenge Collaboration with Beer Zombies Brewing. This Double Dry Hopped Hazy Double IPA was hopped with Motueka and just a touch of Galaxy.

Double Local Dream Mirror – Blackstack & Fairstate brewing Collab When we team up with our friends Fair State & BlackStack to do the whole “slam-o blam-o let’s take our flagships and kabam-o” the result is none other than DOUBLE LOCAL DREAM MIRROR. DLDM is a New England Double IPA hopped & double dry hopped w/ Citra, Mosaic, Sultana, Azacca, Amarillo, Citra Cryo, & El Dorado Cryo
. Street Fighter Double NEIPA will be making its fighting debut Friday, June 25th. We equipped this beer with extra hops to demolish every target in it’s path. Sabro, Mosaic, and Idaho 7 round out this beast, leaving heavy notes of coconut, lemon and pine.
