Each batch is created with a similar malt backbone but with enough variance from its own sequence of lush, tropical-forward hops to be a unique species. Our passion for maximum flavor drives our unstoppable quest for incredible hop combinations. In this fun-filled exploration of the depths of the lupulin landscape, we are proud to share a fleeting glimpse of our short-lived creation. Clock House releasing “Delmont” Belgian Quad, part of Factions of Centra series this Friday! 10/11

Delmont will be releasing in the taproom this Friday, October 11th!

This Belgian style Quad was separated into a number of oak bourbon barrels that continued to slumber and pick up new layers of complexity. Selected barrels were then blended for optimal quality. Expect notes of cherry, vanilla, and caramel.

Be sure to bring in your map from the Factions of Centra series! This is a series dedicated to bringing our can art to life. You can follow the exciting story of Centra on our website or by scanning the QR codes located throughout our taproom. Collect all 5 stamps by purchasing the to-go beer in the sanction. This is the third beer in the series.

This will be available in 750 ML bottles and draft!

Mallow Gold (Imperial S’mores Stout, 9.0%)

We brewed an exceptionally decadent stout and s’moresified it! Marshmallow, Ghanaian Chocolate, and Graham Cracker meld beautifully in this campfire beer.

Comfy Pants (Winter Warmer 6.8%)

Work is done. Go ahead and slip into something a little more comfortable with a pint of Comfy Pants. This rich, full-bodied English Strong Ale layers a complex malt profile filled with dark fruits and caramel on top of a touch of floral hops. Sit down, relax, and Get Comfy!

BA Imperial Stout with Hazelnut, Coconut, Cinnamon, & Cacao Nibs

Bottles of ALL 2024 will be available for purchase in person at Lua next Saturday, October 5th, starting at 11AM. First come, first served, with limits determined at open. We will have a limited number of bottles available online via TOAST at 11AM as well. Proxies are allowed. Picking up for a proxy? Just be sure to have their name & order number ready for us when you’re picking up 

We also put together a 5th Anniversary ALL-you-can-eat brunch buffet by Chef James & Chef Dutch on Saturday, October 5th from 9-11AM! A limited amount of brunch tickets are available live on Toast RIGHT NOW and will remain online until sold out. Link is right there in our bio!

Purchase of a brunch ticket gets you access to our AYCE brunch buffet from 9-11AM (closed to the public), ability to pre-purchase ALL 2024 bottles to beat the line, and participation in our bottle share (bringing a bottle to share is encouraged but not required!!)

Expect brunch classics like eggs benedict, burger sliders, classic hash browns, bacon & sausage, French toast, fresh fruit, and some other healthy stuff maybe.

Draft pours of ALL 2024 will be available for purchase Saturday 10/5 at open.

The perfect combination of ripe, juicy Mango and tart Sicilian Lemon, a unique varietal known for a beautiful, less acidic, and sweeter lemon profile. Ultra fruity with a tart, tangy zing and the thicker, smoothie-like mouthfeel characteristic of our Double Nectar family. 7.8% ABV – IL
  • Phase Three Spring Road 6/4/16oz CANS – Double Dry-Hopped Hazy DIPA with Nelson Sauvin, Citra, and Vic Secret. Saturated with notes of White Grape, Tropical Fruit, and Citrus. 7.8% ABV – IL
  • Phase Three Fresh Fresh 6/4/16oz CANS – Hop harvest happens only once a year – with it comes the return of Fresh Fresh! This year we used freshly picked Michigan-grown Cashmere from Hop Head Farms in a multi-grain 6.8% pillowy hazy IPA showcasing bright, ripe stone fruit. 6.8% ABV – IL
  • Phase Three LULZ Pink Lemonade 4/6/16oz CANS – Pink Lemonade Hard Seltzer. Ultra clean and tasty hard seltzer base and with Pink Lemonade treatment. So crisp, refreshing and pink, you will want to pound these babies at all your outdoor functions. 5% ABV – IL

⛰️Ground Cover: An American Brett beer fermented in French Oak with a rare strain of Brettanomyces. Lightly dry-hopped with Citra and El Dorado. Slightly tart with notes of hay, and citrus. Naturally carbonated in 750 ML bottles. Bottle only release. Bottles can be consumed in the taproom. $12 per bottle

🎰7th Anniversary Stout: Long-Boiled Imperial Stout aged in Cedar Ridge Bourbon Barrels for 17 months then rested on Toasted Coconut, Ecuador Cacao Nibs, and Madagascar Vanilla Beans. Available on draft and in 500ML bottles. $28 per bottle
