Equilibrium, Untitled Art, Humble Forager, Blackstack, and Wild Mind brews coming from Pequod!

KING AL – DBL IPA  – Toppling Goliath Collaboration
King AL is a DIPA that uses a mashed-up grain bill from MC² and Toppling Goliath Brewing Co.’s King Sue before introducing Equilibrium’s absolute biggest dry hop to date with an all Citra Incognito, Citra LUPOMAX, Citra Cryo, and Citra T-90 hop bill. Pouring a milky opaque yellow with aromas of mango sorbet and orange creamsicle, we get chewy saturated flavors of tropical smoothie, fresh squeezed navel orange juice, dank grass, fruit salad in syrup, and lime gummies with a thick and custard like creamsicle finish and a huge blast of EQjuice rainbow melon flavors. King AL is dangerously soft and smooth and may have you questioning the laws of physics, space, time or just how we got a melted orange creamsicle fruit bomb into the can.
A beautiful German Style Pilsner at an incredible price.

Energy Equals – DBL IPA

Energy Equals has enhanced flavor characteristics of mango, pineapple, citrus, and apricot. With the new technique in place, we notice a much deeper flavor profile while being extremely bright and lighter in body.

Strawberry Daiquiri – GLUTEN FREE Sour Collaboration with LUA brewing
This new beer was brewed at Untitled Art in collaboration with LUA brewing of Des Moines, IA. It’s made with Strawberry puree, lime puree, beet juice, cane sugar and water. It’s also Gluten Free and Vegan Friendly.

The beer pours a touch thinner when compared to their Smoothie styles, it’s also rather effervescent and tickles the palate as you sip. Comes out to 5% ABV

Dad’s Stoked Triple IPA – 10.5%
Our annual can based voyage to bad decision juice territory for Papa Scott’s Day of Birth. Based on our DAD JOKES grain bill & hop schedule, but with properly elevated portions of our Hand-Selected Mosaic, Citra & Sabro Cryo, this time with New Zealand Nelson Sauvin to hit those Clarence Clemons low notes.

Crowd Control – New England Double IPA (8.0%)
As some of you might be aware, the state fair can tend to get a wee bit crowded. Excuse Me. The tasty refresher to get from our buds at Ball Park Cafe when the Great Minnesota Get Together gets to be just a liiiiiiitttttttttlllleee too much. Pardon Me. Packed shoulder to shoulder with Mosaic, Cashmere & Strata for the occasion. Are you in line? For when it’s just a little too late in the day for “IT’S JUST NICE TO SEE EVERYONE!”. Ope, Sorry, Can I scoot past ya there?

Shine On – Hazy IPA benefitting The Children’s Hospital – Shine Bright Pediatric Cancer Foundation  – NEIPA (6.9%)
We got together with @childrensmn & their Shine Bright for Cancer Kids Foundation to support their mission of supporting children & their families dealing with cancer & blood disorders. These kids are extremely strong & resilient, just like diamonds, so we loaded up this gem of an IPA with Citra, Citra Cryo, Simcoe, Simcoe Cryo & Cascade Noble Hops in addition to Phantasm, a new product made out of spent Sauvignon Blanc grape skins from New Zealand that helps our hop aromas Shine Bright… Get it?

Coastal Sunshine V16 – Smoothie Sour Ale
This smoothie sourale is inspired by Midwest mixed berry jam, with layers of fruity goodness, just like grandma used to make. Sweet, tart and lively, this jam in a can will hit the spot morning, noon or night!

Sonic Painting
A fun Smoothie-style Sour Ale loaded with Mango, Red Prickly Pear, Pink Guava, Marshmallow and Milk Sugar
