Here’s what’s being released this Saturday at Clock House Brewing’s 8th Anniversary party!
Cahoots (Amber Lager) Smooth, moderate-strength amber lager. Clean, toasty malt character, balanced bitterness, finishes dry with just a touch of sweetness.
8th Anniversary Stout Long-boil Imperial Stout aged in 12-Year Elijah Craig bourbon barrels, then rested on toasted coconut, cacao nibs, and Madagascar vanilla beans. Decadent and bold with chocolate notes, bourbon warmth, and a smooth finish.
Peach Habanero Sizzler (Kettle Sour) Brewed with ripe peaches and fresh habaneros. Juicy peach up front, finishing with a spicy kick.
Pineapple Witch Slap (NEIPA Variant) Our flagship Witch Slap NEIPA taken to warmer places. Infused with pineapple during primary and secondary fermentation for a tropical twist on our hazy staple.
Bake N’ Shake: Lemon Cake (Dessert-Inspired Sour) Brewed with lemon purée and lemon cupcakes. Tart, sweet, and refreshingly indulgent.
The Spice Must Flow! (Black Ale w/spices, 7.0%) – A melange of Maple and Saigon Cinnamon meld with a robust black ale to form this luxurious treat. “He (she) who controls the spice, controls the universe!”
House Project (West Coast Lager, 5.5%) – Clean and clear with high crushability. This beautiful beverage is hopped with Sterling, Idaho 7, and Citra. House Project is an always evolving beer where we can experiment with fun new ingredients and processes.

ALL 2025 is a double-barrel aged stout, first aged 20 months in Old Fitzgerald barrels, then 16 months in Weller barrels, before resting on coconut, Ghanaian cacao nibs, Korintje and Saigon cinnamon, and hazelnuts.
NARROW (13.8%)
NARROW is an English-style barleywine, conditioned in stainless steel for 20 months
MANTRA (15.5%)
MANTRA is a double-barrel aged stout, first aged 18 months in Heaven Hill barrels, then 16 months in Eagle Rare barrels, before resting on Windmill coffee, Madagascar vanilla beans, coconut, chai spice, and Ghanaian cacao nibs.
Bottle sets (all 375mL bottles) will be available for purchase in person here at Lua AND online via Toast on Saturday, October 4th starting at 9AM when we open for brunch service. Limits to be determined morning of!

Brewed to commemorate the 200th Anniversary of the Great Porter Flood of 1814 that occurred in London at the Meux Brewery. Biscuity, brown malt character and a bit of chocolate malt make this a nice, quaffable brew. Gold Medal Winner at the 2015 Great American Beer Festival.
