The Full English (Baltic Porter, 8.5%) – A strong, dark lager that gained fame when introduced to London’s working class. Akin to an imperial stout; an extended lagering period smooths out this big beer, and the results are beautiful.

This Czech Amber Lager utilizes floor-malted Bohemian Pilsner Malt and Saaz hops to produce a beautifully-clean drinking experience.

This Wednesday we are releasing MY SECOND RODEO in bottles and on draft.
This is an Imperial Milk Stout w/Vanilla, Cacao, Cinnamon, 10.5% – Rested on Madagascar Vanilla Beans, Ecuadorian Cacao, and Saigon Cinnamon, this stout has seen a thing or two. Not their first rodeo.
Two new beers coming from Lion Bridge today! A dry-hopping version of their delicious farmhouse ale “Silvia” and a brand new hazy IPA “Blind Love”. Here’s more from the brewery:
Blind Love (IPA w/Idaho 7, Nelson Sauvin, Strata, Motueka, 7.2%) – Named after a favorite Tom Waits song. The only kind of love is stone blind love…and love of hoppy beers.
Silvia (Dry-Hopped Farmhouse Ale 5%) – We hand-selected a blend of brettanomyces and wild beer from our wood program and then dry-hopped it with Nelson Sauvin hops and naturally carbonated kegs and bottles.

Houby Daze Imperial Milk Stout
Fungophiles rejoice! A special Houby Days release! We cold steeped the famed Lactarius rubidus, aka, Candy Cap Mushroom in this stout to produce an earthy, maple character that we thought would be a great accompaniment to a robust mix stout base,

The Eye of Thiol
Trying out a new yeast strain that accentuates hop flavors and aroma. We brewed this draft-only IPA with some of our favorite hop varietals. Enjoy!

*Emperor of Ice Cream – (Imperial Milk Stout w/Strawberry, Chocolate, Vanilla, 10%) – Let be finale of seem. The only emperor is the emperor of ice cream.Pairs perfectly with a Neapolitan cheesecake from the Cheesecake Lady! Come get it while supplies last! Releases Feb. 9th!
*Ziva Voda – (Czech-style Pilsner, 4.8%) – Named for the “living water” of Czech fairy tales that heals infirmities and counteracts spells. Bohemian Pilsner Malt adds subtle richness and accents of clover honey, while the addition of traditional Saaz hops throughout the run-off and long boil give this beer the distinctive earthiness and spice associated with authentic Pilsners. Lagered for 6 weeks and brought to you for St. Joe’s Day and beyond. Releases Feb. 9th!
*Hellscape – Come join us at the taproom while we re-release a delicious Smoked Helles (5.5%)! We included Weyermann Beechwood Smoked Malt into this traditional German Lager because we love delicious smoky treats. If you’re not familiar with smoked beers, grab a pint and see for yourself!!
