Destination Paradise Dbl IPAÂ Destination Paradise 1.0 – Ology Selected Citra We hit this beer with Barley, loads of Oats, and some Wheat to round the base out. Then, our selected Citra hit every step of this beer. During the brewday, early on in the first days of fermentation, and an extra heavy dose near the end of our yeast’s sugar binge. The result? Deeply rich-tropical-overripe mango and pineapple, bright lime zest, and a finish of sweet tangerine juice. This is a special series for us – the goal of Destination Paradise is to focus on hops that were hand (nose) selected after we (Ology) flew out to the Northwest and personally picked out. This was the first time we’ve had the opportunity to sensory-select hops.
Yumchataaaa – Imperial Stout – Collaboration with WELDWERKS Brewing Yumchataaaaa is an Imperial Milk Stout with almonds and Cinnamon brewed with Flaked Rice and Rice Syrup. This big olâ imperial stout was aged in Old Fitzgerald bourbon barrels and conditioned on a ridiculous amount of single origin Ecuadorian cacao nibs for a rich, fudgy chocolate flavor and aroma we canât get enough of.
Light at the end of the tunnel – IPA 6.8% ABV Light At The End of The Tunnel uses Photon as its inspiration with some modifications and upgrades including an all Survivable hop blend for the whirlpool and a large dose of Lupomax Citra in addition to a supersized Photon hop bill. Aromas and flavors of soft pineapple, navel orange, stone fruit, EQâs rainbow melon, and lime juice radiate with a touch of pine resin at the finish making it an easy drinker
Stacked Science – Blackstack Brewing collaboration – DDH DBL IPA 8.5% ABV We had some fun in the lab with Murph from Blackstack to bring you stacks on stacks on stacks of flavor! We blended in 2-row, Flaked oats, White wheat, and Flaked wheat as the foundation for a Citra Incognito, Citra Lupomax, and Idaho 7 whirlpool before a big dry hop of Mosaic, Strata, Eclipse, and Galaxy.
Strata Points – DDHÂ Dbl IPA 8% ABV A Strata Point takes our Data Points grain bill and replaces ALL of the hops with our hand CY 2021 selected Strata. Pouring vivid yellow in color, aromas of OJ, rainbow melon, and a blueberry strain of the devilâs lettuce lead into dank flavors of passionfruit juice, ruby red grapefruit, Frankenberry cereal, melon, complex concord grape, and strawberry.
Tie Dye Science IPA 6.5% ABVÂ Tie-Dye Science starts off with a nice base of oats and wheat before a T90 and Lupomax Citra and Mosaic hop bill for both the whirlpool and dry hop. Aromas and flavors of orange slices, papaya, pink starburst, lime gummies lead into a bright juicy finish with a touch of hoppy bitterness all wrapped up in a creamy mouthfeel.Â
Peanut Butter Smores Imperial Stout – Limited release While engineering our Sâmores sandwich stout which has Marshmallows, Cacao Nibs, and Graham Crackers, we to bring you Peanut Butter Sâmores Blueprint. Draw up a blueprint and follow the design carefully, engineering a Sâmores sandwich is serious business and requires precision! Following the plans from the first batch, we took a thick and fluffy base and conditioned it on Peanut Butter, Marshmallows, Cacao Nibs, and Graham Crackers.

Prince Goro Imperial Hazy IPA Coming straight from the realm of Outworld, our newest DDH DIPA will tear your tastebuds limb from limb. đŁđżđśđťđ°đ˛ đđźđżđź is a hulking hazy that’s fatally hopped with Citra, El Dorado, Idaho-7, and NZL 32-2 hops. The nuances of this IPA is honestly quite difficult to fully describe. Sure, there’s your familiar combo string of tropical pineapple and juicy citrus that’s intermingled with a sticky resin roundhouse. However, this new breed of experimental hops fresh from New Zealand impart some unique hop flavors yet to be classified by mere mortals…so we’ll just call it “essence of dragon.â (8% ABV)

Next up is Double Mango sour, made with both Mango Puree & Mango juice… Untitled art does Mango incredibly well, so I’m personally excited to sip on this one and enjoy the upcoming weather.Â

Spring is here, stouts are out! It’s delicious and we don’t want to find out what happens when you ask too many questions.â
Slang Du jour Cranberry/Raspberry/Lemon/Strawberry Yâall ever had a Cranberry Raspberry Lemon Strawberry Cobbler? Ok, us neither. Garbage People DBL IPA – 8.5% ABVÂ Donât know about you guys, but we were always a little more Garbage Pail Kids than Cabbage Patch Kids. We grew up (technically, but not really) and we arenât kids anymore so weâre just Garbage People. This Double IPA is hopped with Mosaic, Galaxy, Citra, and Vic Secret with some serious dank, orange zest, bubble gum, & apricot flavor and aroma. Viscously dry hopped with Citra and Idaho-7 for a banquet of peach marmalade, glazed pineapple gummies, and ripe starfruit with a pear-like, melony finish. Subtle bitterness provides some balance to the predominant juice composition which makes this NEIPA truly a chef d’oeuvre. (8.3% ABV)

Our latest installment of our Marbles series is a certain kind of nautical nonsense that will make even the crabbiest of flounders say “shiver me timbers!” đŁđśđĄđ˛đđ˝đŁđšđ˛ đđźđ¨đŻđđ˛ đ đŽđĽđŻđđ˛đŚ is a Milkshake-style DIPA with Pineapple, Vanilla, and Milk Sugar and a scrupulous helping of both citra and chinook hops. A tropical upsurge of pineapple heaves a coffer of straight dole whip that resolves with a bounty of sweet island tang. (8% ABV)

Juicy Bits IPA Our flagship IPA features a huge citrus and tropical fruit hop character from the Mosaic, Citra & El Dorado hops and softer, smoother mouthfeel from the adjusted water chemistry, higher protein malts, and lower attenuation. The end result is a beer reminiscent of citrus juice with extra pulp, thus the name Juicy Bits.

Werk – IPAÂ This 6.2% IPA has been around the block before, (for this iteration, we made some notable modifications to the grain bill, as well as significantly increased the amount of dry-hop additions) absolutely loves attending brewery safety meetings, is a real hard werker, but knows how to punch out right at 5pm and certainly doesnât take werk home.

In case you haven’t had a chance to try KLP yet, this 4.2% citrusy Sour Ale is tart, creamy, complex, and dangerously drinkable..Â
Juicy Fish DBL IPA – Pinthouse brewing Collab Juicy Fish is a delectable 8.6% DIPA that is bursting at the seams with papaya, guava, pineapple, and grapefruit, brewed in collaboration with our buddies over Pinthouse Brewing in Austin, TX. This fruit-bomb DIPA is a mashup between their flagship Hazy, Electric Jellyfish, and of course, our beloved Juicy Bits.
Crippling Predictability – Triple IPA  (Blackstack Brewing Collaboration) Two of Minnesota’s finest breweries coming together to knock out a banger IPA. or as the cool kids say – “This shit slaps”. A Modist x Blackstack collaboration New England Triple IPA w/ Maris Otter, Boho Pils, wheat & flaked oats. Hopped & double dry hopped with Black Stack’s selected Cashmere, our own select Citra, Strata, Sultana & Cryo El Dorado.

Dreamyard – Hazy IPAÂ An New England IPA thatâs made from oats and wheat. Splendidly hazy with aromas of stonefruit, pineapple, and citrus. An insane amount of Citra and Sultana hops per barrel make this beer an incredibly juicy and citrusy treat with an approachable level of bitterness.
