Non-Fungible TIPA – 10.1% ABV Just like those nifty tokens everyone’s been so stoked about that certify a digital asset to be unique and therefore not interchangeable. For fear of sounding, well, sentimental, we can’t ever get this exact bushel of hops in again. This grain was grown in a specific region that experienced unique weather during the growing season. You get the idea. It may be next to imperceptible on a shorter timeline, but this beer will never be the same as it is at this very moment. This is a fleeting expression of impermanent joy in the form of beer in a can. F*ck%*# science, amirite?

Strawberry Orange Dbl Marbles Milkshake IPA Ever since we decided to explore the realm of making world-class Milkshake-Style IPAs there were two in particular that have taken on global recognition. So we decided, what would happen if the two joined forces to create something completely epic? Enter 𝗦𝘁𝗿𝗮𝘄𝗯𝗲𝗿𝗿𝘆 𝗢𝗿𝗮𝗻𝗴𝗲 𝗖𝗿𝗲𝗮𝗺 𝗗𝗼𝘂𝗯𝗹𝗲 𝗠𝗮𝗿𝗯𝗹𝗲𝘀. We combined our two most popular milkshake-IPAs and put them inside of the same glorious can for a legendary battle between the two titans. Exceeding Expectations Hazy IPA First ever IPA from Company Values! Exceeding Expectations is a hazy IPA with Strata & Mosaic hops.
Enchanted Island Sour – Version 3 Inspired by a Hawaiian Mai Tai cocktail, this sour ale is bursting with tropical fruit tones and held together with a touch of almond and sweetened with blackstrap molasses.
Humble Bumble Buzzed Seltzer – Version 4 This is a super tropical version of the buzzed seltzer. The coconut is light but the other flavors are huge, and this should be a touch creamier than the previous versions due to the banana and mangosteen.
Miracle of Birth Center DIPA State Fair DIPA w/ Milk Sugar (8.5%) The Miracle of Birth Center is typically our first stop at the fair. Partially because it’s the closest entrance the State Fair has to our brewery & partially because the combination of all that fried food + witnessing the awe & splendor of new farm animals entering the world in all of their uncensored glory can, at times, be a bit… unsettling. Our hand-selected Strata & Talus + a dash of Milk Sugar, you know… for the cows.
Standing Ovation TIPA This is us seeing how much juice we can pull out of one of our favorite hop combos. Obnoxiously loud quantities of our hand selected strata, cashmere & cashmere cryo. Just be careful standing up… this one’s a doozie coming in at a whopping 10.5%.
Double Universe DIPA A double-ized version of our flagship hazy IPA, Mirror Universe. Double Universe is absolutely slammed with Mosaic, Mosaic Cryo, Citra, Citra Cryo, and El Dorado hops, and brewed with tons of wheat and oats. We ferment it cool with our house IPA yeast, and the result is a massive beer that positively drips tropical character.

Ambitions – 6.2% ABV Fruited smoothie sour with pineapple, cherry & lime. This beer is very cherry and pineapple forward with hints of lime on the finish.
dHop 35 – 8.5% dHop 35 pours a very vibrant yellow, releasing bright tropical notes of rainbow melon, bright citrus, mango, pineapple, and peach.
Fluctuation DDH DIPA – 8.1% Departures from Equilibrium are known as fluctuations. It pours a very hazy tangerine color, releasing bright tropical notes of passion fruit, mango, pineapple, and lychee with an undercurrent of sorbet and cream. Fluctuation tastes highly resinous and tropical with an assertive yet soft bitterness. We consider this fluctuation to be perfectly unbalanced.
Galaxy Flare DDH DIPA – 8.5% ABV Starting off with a base of white wheat and flaked oats, we used our 100% hand selected Victorian Galaxy in both the whirlpool and dry hop for the hop bill. Pouring a deep hazy yellow, saturated aromas and flavors of Florida navel orange, passionfruit, lychee, and grapefruit build into a dank #EQjuice forward finish with a balanced creaminess and a touch of hop bitterness. It seems like it took us lightyears to make our first All Galaxy DIPA, but we think it was worth the wait!
Photon – 4.8% ABV Photon is our light and crushable American Pale Ale loaded with pacific northwest hops. It pours a very hazy orange, releasing well-blended notes of apricot, tangerine, peach, mango, and pineapple. It tastes of soft juicy tropical fruits, hop resins, and a hint of biscuit. A smooth rounded bitterness with a touch of dryness ensures you’re ready for the next sip. This drinking experience is further enhanced with a soft and billowy mouth-feel that has made this the go to ale for the Equilibrium crew, especially when a productive day needs to follow a fun night.
Evergy Wave DDH DIPA – 8% ABV We are thrilled with Dream Wave Fluctuation. We revisited the Wave treatment with one of our favorite beers by paying tribute to the other side of the MC² relationship with energy. Energy Wave takes the MC² grain bill, increases the hops, and adds a touch of lactose. Energy Wave pours a glowing hazy tangerine color, releasing bright tropical notes of mango, pineapple, lactose, and apricot. Energy Wave tastes like a succulent wave of creamy mango juice with a touch of sweet that is dangerously drinkable and balanced.

Crimson Guava Sorbet We all now know that Sabro hops adds a subtle coconut note to IPAs. Now add a full serving of fruit including pink guava and blood orange and now we’re talking full body, creamy texture, tropical flavor, and a pastel salmon color. This heavily fruited IPA is bursting with citrus flavors and has enough bitterness to remind you of your favorite IPA. 6.5% ABV.

We scaled Fractal’s grain bill, water treatment, fermentation, and super sized the hop bill of citra and galaxy. dHop5 pours a milky yellow releasing aromas of passion fruit, peach, lime, and pineapple all integrated with a sorbet twist.
Double PentaflakeDouble Fractal Pentaflake is the first in the series, it combines our fractal fermentation, simple 2-row base malt bill, and combines Galaxy, Strata, Sabro, Citra, and Amarillo. Raining Belma Raining Belma is one of the beers in our Heavy Metal Series. It starts with a base of oats and wheat and utilizes a mostly Belma hop bill with some support from Citra to round things out.
South Street Pils We took our South St. Pils and let it lager in our dedicated Pilsner Foeder for an extended time. After more than three months, our second Pilsner out of our South Street facility is here as a perfect companion to BBQ.
Super Fractal Kangaroo Set – Triple IPA 10% ABV With mostly all Aussie forward hops and a picture like that, Super Fractal Kangaroo Set was born. (Note: no Roos were actually allowed to drink). Super Fractal Kangaroo set pours a hazy intense yellow with aromas of tropical fruit, coconut, and assorted citrus.
Tachyon Tachyon is a theoretical particle that’s a bit more than a Photon. To turn theoretical physics into reality, we took Photon and upped the ABV to 5.5% and hopped it at the rate of the fractal series, resulting in an intensely hopped but low ABV crushable American Pale Ale.

Triple Space Booties Is a Triple Dry-Hopped, Triple India Pale Ale with a monolithic heap of Citra and Galaxy hops. Clocking in at 9.5%, we wanted to send this beer into deep space. Metagalactic notes of fresh peach and melon dance with an overflowing amount of citrus all carried on the back of an extraterrestrial haze.

Tropical Pinapple and Coconut are the highlight, followed by a light boost of tangerine citrus and cherry drupe. We then doubled down on the already insanely fluffy body with marshmallows for an ultra creamy mouthfeel and taste. Marco from Unseen Creatures Brewing & Blending came up to Tallahassee and we created a Hazy Double IPA to brew – Worlds Undiscovered. Mosaic, Mosaic, Mosaic. This 8% Hazy Double was down-right immersed in Mosaic hops. Juicy tropical fruit meets red berries that rounds out with a slightly resinous dank finish. Juicy, hoppy, tasty.

Tart Milkshake IPA with Apricots and Lemons Juicy stone fruit and bright citrus pop on first sip. We add lactose for some residual sugar and smoothness, then we dry-hop with El Dorado for a nice stone fruit/orange marmalade accent. Before going into tank, we use Lactobacillus to kettle-sour the beer to add some nice tartness. This all comes together into an extremely drinkable and enjoyable experience.
Showy Stigmas – 8% Hazy Double IPA Spelt, Oats, Wheat, and a blend of two base malts create a nice complex background for a very expressive hop portfolio. Sabro, Bru-1, Mosaic, and Azacca hops come together into a JUICY, tropical goodness.

Mas Chela 𝗠á𝘀 𝗖𝗵𝗲𝗹𝗮 uses our ultra-purified, soft water from our production facility in Huntley and then is cool stored in our horizontal german lagering tank for 5-6 weeks. The slow lagering process provides us with an incredibly balanced, super clean flavor that’s moderately malt forward, lightly bitter, and has notes of freshly baked bolillo. (5% ABV)
Hopperatus – DDH IPAA Double Dry Hopped Hazy IPA hit with Mosaic, Idaho 7, Simcoe and Strata hops. This IPA is bursting with a complex assemblage of pungent tropical fruit, rosy florals, and dank earthy hemp that leaves lots of room for exploration. (7.2% ABV)
Motueka’s Revenge Collaboration with Beer Zombies Brewing. This Double Dry Hopped Hazy Double IPA was hopped with Motueka and just a touch of Galaxy.

18 Decillion We started off with a big base of oats and wheat before a LUPOMAX Idaho7 whirlpool and a tremendous Strata and Galaxy dry hop. 18 Decillion pours murky yellow with aromas of grove stand OJ being enjoyed in a forest made of Starburst (please add to your bucket list if you haven’t experienced this).
Astrophysics Astrophysics pours a vibrant milky yellow with heavy aromas of starfruit, passionfruit, tangerine Pez, and dank hops. Flavors of sweet orange flesh, passionfruit juice, cantaloupe, and gummy peach rings transition to notes of berry and yuzu before a Big Bang of our #EQjuice rainbow melon finish. This beer is very soft, round, and full the pallet.
Fluctuation DDH DIPA Our team’s favorite rotational makes its return today. Fluctuation has bright tropical notes of passion fruit, mango, pineapple, and lychee with an undercurrent of sorbet and cream await!
Fractal Citra/Sultana Fractal Citra/Sultana pours glowing yellow with big aromatic notes and flavors of Valencia orange, pineapple slices, and lime spritz in a balanced finish with touch of bitterness. Tropical in flavor with a manageable ABV, this crusher is the perfect companion for the warmer days and outdoor activities.
Half Full batch 2 – Dbl IPA (8.0 % DIPA) a collaboration with District 96 Beer Factory.Named to serve an important message: Stay Positive. Optimism creates opportunity and pessimism kills it. Expecting good things helps formulate actions to produce good things. We are all in this together and we want you to remember to always see your glass as Half Full. If you have an empty glass, crack one of these cans, make it 100% full, then half full, enjoy and reflect on positive thoughts during this virtual tropical vacation.
Lupo Lab Linear Combination 2 (8.0 % DIPA) Pouring a vibrant yellow color, Linear Combination 2 offers notes of dank glasses of champagne with tangerine and mango wedges in fresh hop fields. Intense and saturated flavors of juicy citrus, ripe mango, and notes of a melon await with heavy earth and a touch of pine. This beer is aggressive and soft at the same time with an escalating juiciness builds into a #EQjuice finish.
MC2 (squared) DIPAMC² is Photon’s big brother. We literally took Photon’s hopping rate and squared it. This DIPA is our tribute to the amazing relationship that energy and mass are balanced, proportional to the speed of a photon squared. It pours a hazy tangerine color, releasing bright tropical notes of mango, pineapple, and apricot. MC² tastes like succulent mango juice loaded with chewy hop resins. It’s very drinkable for 8.0%; be careful, this one can sneak up on you.
Mmmmm…..Osa Mmm…Osa is our beloved Photon American Pale Ale conditioned on freshly zested oranges at a rate of 6 oranges per barrel. It’s everything photon is, with a dominant orange presence; this citric delight is our preferred way to start the afternoon.
Super Fractal Julia Set The Julia Set is named after the French mathematician Gaston Julia. This complex set exists as a by-product of the Mandelbrot set and was devised while studying complex dynamics during the early 20th century. This set of complex numbers can cause drastic changes in the sequence of iterated functions. We scaled up from Fractal using a super simple grain bill of 2-Row and our specific fractal fermentation profile before intensely hoping it with a Mosaic and El Dorado whirlpool and a dry hop of Citra, Mosaic, Strata and El Dorado.

Coastal Sunrise Ver.4 – Mango Lassi This Lassi inspired breakfast sour is packed with 3 ingredients from India, Alphonso Mango, planifolia vanilla beans and cardamom swirl with creamy indonesian coconut. It’s a mango bomb with a hint of vanilla and spice – just incredible!

Watermelon Gose – Non Alch beer (0.5% abv or less)The world of Non Alcohol beer is exploding and “healthy drinking” in in-style. Untitled art has a line of Non-Alch beers including Florida weisse, Juicy IPA and Chocolate milk stout. Today we are introducing Watermelon Gose and it’s fantastic! It’s made with Watermelon juice, Lime juice and sea salt.

This is our first foray putting our series of existential smoothie brews in these more slender beer tubes & we are very excited to share this stunning specimen of ostentatious over-fruiting with you.
Red Bottoms Dbl IPA – 8.8% ABV Our friends @ Track Brewing co in Manchester, UK did a thing using Mosaic, Strata, Riwaka from New zealand to make a smooth beautiful IPA.
