Tibanna Hazy IPA – Hubbards Cave Collab Tibanna is a DDH Hazy IPA collaboration with our friends Hubbard’s Cave Brewery. We brewed it with a hefty addition of spelt, oats, and wheat, and hopped with our hand-selected Citra, Citra Cryo, and Galaxy hops.
Side Pull Czech Style pils – Bierstadt collab Bierstadt Lagerhaus collaboration, Side Pull, and it sure is crispy. If you’ve been to Bierstadt in Denver, you’ve probably enjoyed one or five of their signature Slow Pour Pils, complete with above-the-rim foam. Ambrosia Dbl Marbles IPABoldly going where no marbles has gone before, 𝗔𝗺𝗯𝗿𝗼𝘀𝗶𝗮 𝗗𝗼𝘂𝗯𝗹𝗲 𝗠𝗮𝗿𝗯𝗹𝗲𝘀 is the most intricate milkshake IPA we’ve ever brewed. Created to be a blast from the past, this Milkshake DIPA is reminiscent of all those crazy summer memories you experienced when you were a kid…and for some reason, there always seemed to be a fresh Ambrosia Salad wherever that may have been. Tropical Pinapple and Coconut are the highlight, followed by a light boost of tangerine citrus and cherry drupe. We then doubled down on the already insanely fluffy body with marshmallows for an ultra creamy mouthfeel and taste. Everything was then lightly sweetend with sweet vanilla to perfectly balance this brew. (8% ABV)

Rocket Popsicle Seltzer – Perfect for 4th of July Get ready to ring in our independence with this bad boy! It’s crystal blue, light and bubbly and tastes like a blue razberry jolly rancher. We sold out in Wisconsin last year within the first 23 mins.
Marco from Unseen Creatures Brewing & Blending came up to Tallahassee and we created a Hazy Double IPA to brew – Worlds Undiscovered. Mosaic, Mosaic, Mosaic. This 8% Hazy Double was down-right immersed in Mosaic hops. Juicy tropical fruit meets red berries that rounds out with a slightly resinous dank finish. Juicy, hoppy, tasty.
Reshi Isles – fruit sour
Berliner loaded with pineapple, guava, mango, passionfruit, and tangerine! This melange of tropical fruits blend into a rich tasty juice accentuated by lactose. Art and name inspired by our favorite author, Brandon Sanderson, and our favorite book series – The Stormlight Archives. Read Up!
Tart Milkshake IPA with Apricots and Lemons Juicy stone fruit and bright citrus pop on first sip. We add lactose for some residual sugar and smoothness, then we dry-hop with El Dorado for a nice stone fruit/orange marmalade accent. Before going into tank, we use Lactobacillus to kettle-sour the beer to add some nice tartness. This all comes together into an extremely drinkable and enjoyable experience.
Showy Stigmas – 8% Hazy Double IPA Spelt, Oats, Wheat, and a blend of two base malts create a nice complex background for a very expressive hop portfolio. Sabro, Bru-1, Mosaic, and Azacca hops come together into a JUICY, tropical goodness.
Effusive Eruption – Hazy Dbl IPA

Udder Covers- Dbl IPA 8.5% abv is the first of two NEW BEERS that are a deep pull from the past…. an homage to our childhoods… full of cartoons of questionable characters, including Ren and Stimpy. For those of you who are too young to know or too old to remember, Ren was a sociopathic chihuahua and Stimpy was a good natured gullible cat. . This milk sugar Double IPA is packed with Citra, Amarillo, and Mosaic hops. This DIPA has a juicy punch of mango, pineapple, passionfruit and berry!
Double Orange Starfish DIPA! 8.3% ABV Took our Orange Starfish recipe and made it twice as nice. We took two hops with symbiotic personalities, Citra & Galaxy, & introduced them at fermentation for a dry-hop that gives big juicy flavors of plump candied oranges.
Baby Shark IPA 5.5% ABV Ever caught a Baby Shark?? Legend has it a fresh catch of this is incredibly smooth & juicy. A heavy dry-hopped diet of Citra gives the Baby Shark ripe flavors of grapefruit, peaches, & soft mango, & makes it’s habitat in a sea of hazy orange clementine. 18 Decillion We started off with a big base of oats and wheat before a LUPOMAX Idaho7 whirlpool and a tremendous Strata and Galaxy dry hop. 18 Decillion pours murky yellow with aromas of grove stand OJ being enjoyed in a forest made of Starburst (please add to your bucket list if you haven’t experienced this).
Astrophysics Astrophysics pours a vibrant milky yellow with heavy aromas of starfruit, passionfruit, tangerine Pez, and dank hops. Flavors of sweet orange flesh, passionfruit juice, cantaloupe, and gummy peach rings transition to notes of berry and yuzu before a Big Bang of our #EQjuice rainbow melon finish. This beer is very soft, round, and full the pallet.
Fluctuation DDH DIPA Our team’s favorite rotational makes its return today. Fluctuation has bright tropical notes of passion fruit, mango, pineapple, and lychee with an undercurrent of sorbet and cream await!
Fractal Citra/Sultana Fractal Citra/Sultana pours glowing yellow with big aromatic notes and flavors of Valencia orange, pineapple slices, and lime spritz in a balanced finish with touch of bitterness. Tropical in flavor with a manageable ABV, this crusher is the perfect companion for the warmer days and outdoor activities.
Half Full batch 2 – Dbl IPA (8.0 % DIPA) a collaboration with District 96 Beer Factory.Named to serve an important message: Stay Positive. Optimism creates opportunity and pessimism kills it. Expecting good things helps formulate actions to produce good things. We are all in this together and we want you to remember to always see your glass as Half Full. If you have an empty glass, crack one of these cans, make it 100% full, then half full, enjoy and reflect on positive thoughts during this virtual tropical vacation.
Lupo Lab Linear Combination 2 (8.0 % DIPA) Pouring a vibrant yellow color, Linear Combination 2 offers notes of dank glasses of champagne with tangerine and mango wedges in fresh hop fields. Intense and saturated flavors of juicy citrus, ripe mango, and notes of a melon await with heavy earth and a touch of pine. This beer is aggressive and soft at the same time with an escalating juiciness builds into a #EQjuice finish.
MC2 (squared) DIPAMC² is Photon’s big brother. We literally took Photon’s hopping rate and squared it. This DIPA is our tribute to the amazing relationship that energy and mass are balanced, proportional to the speed of a photon squared. It pours a hazy tangerine color, releasing bright tropical notes of mango, pineapple, and apricot. MC² tastes like succulent mango juice loaded with chewy hop resins. It’s very drinkable for 8.0%; be careful, this one can sneak up on you.
Mmmmm…..Osa Mmm…Osa is our beloved Photon American Pale Ale conditioned on freshly zested oranges at a rate of 6 oranges per barrel. It’s everything photon is, with a dominant orange presence; this citric delight is our preferred way to start the afternoon.
Super Fractal Julia Set The Julia Set is named after the French mathematician Gaston Julia. This complex set exists as a by-product of the Mandelbrot set and was devised while studying complex dynamics during the early 20th century. This set of complex numbers can cause drastic changes in the sequence of iterated functions. We scaled up from Fractal using a super simple grain bill of 2-Row and our specific fractal fermentation profile before intensely hoping it with a Mosaic and El Dorado whirlpool and a dry hop of Citra, Mosaic, Strata and El Dorado.

Coastal Sunrise Ver.4 – Mango Lassi This Lassi inspired breakfast sour is packed with 3 ingredients from India, Alphonso Mango, planifolia vanilla beans and cardamom swirl with creamy indonesian coconut. It’s a mango bomb with a hint of vanilla and spice – just incredible!

This is our first foray putting our series of existential smoothie brews in these more slender beer tubes & we are very excited to share this stunning specimen of ostentatious over-fruiting with you.
Red Bottoms Dbl IPA – 8.8% ABV Our friends @ Track Brewing co in Manchester, UK did a thing using Mosaic, Strata, Riwaka from New zealand to make a smooth beautiful IPA.
