  • Drie Fonteinen Hommage 3×1.5L – For This Hommage, They blended about one third of  Krieklambik (Kriek Cherries) with two thirds of Frambooszenlambik (Raspberries). The Weighted average maceration time was four and a half months. The final fruit intensity amounts to 413 grams of fruit per liter of Hommage. Finally, we added some honey just before bottling.

  • Drie Fonteinen Cuvée Armand & Gaston HONEY 3/1.5L MAGNUM bottles – This particular Cuvée Armand & Gaston has been blended with lambics from 7 different barrels and originating from 11 different brews. The oldest portion of lambic was brewed on the 28th of November 2014. While blending, we added spring honey from our own bee hives. 3 Fonteinen Oude Geuze Cuvée Armand & Gaston is a blend of one-, two-, and three-year old traditional lambics, all brewed at Brouwerij 3 Fonteinen. Spontaneous fermentation, patient maturation in oak barrels, and continued evolution in the bottle result in a distinctively complex beer. No two bottlings are alike, as there are multiple variables in the blending process, a variety of barrel sizes and shapes, differences in aged lambic proportions, etc. This cuvée, like all of our lambic, is 100% natural, authentic, spontaneously fermented, and crafted with steadfast adherence to tradition, like Armand and Gaston Debelder have always done it. This geuze has fermented in the bottle and will continue to develop its tastes and aromas over its long life when properly cellared.   • Drie Fonteinen Oude Kriek 12/375ml bottles – 3 Fonteinen Oude Kriek is the result of macerating hand-picked whole sour cherries on young lambic for at least four months, in a proportion of one kilogram of fruit per litre of lambic. The kriek lambic is then blended again with more young lambic to obtain a minimum intensity of 35% fruit, and is bottled immediately afterwards. These bottles are then stored in our cellars for at least five months so that the kriek lambic can develop into a beautiful, traditional, and refined Oude Kriek. With a pleasant tartness and organic notes of almond and cinnamon as it warms in the glass, 3 Fonteinen Oude Kriek, will age perfectly but may lose some of the vibrant red colours and forest fruit aromas. This unfiltered and unpasteurised lambic is all-natural with no artificial juices, syrups, or sugars added. Traditional Lambic is living, cultural heritage rooted in the Zenne valley!
  • Drie Fonteinen Framboos Vat (Oogst 2019) 12x375ml – This specific Framboos has a final fruit intensity of 310 grams of raspberries per liter of finished Framboos. The Lambiken used comes from three barrels and six different brews. EXCEPTIONAL!
  • Drie Fonteinen Framboos 6/750ml Bottles –  Framboos is the result of macerating hand-picked whole raspberries on young lambic for at least four months, in a proportion of one kilogram of fruit per litre of lambic. The raspberry lambic is then blended again with more young lambic to obtain a minimum intensity of 35% fruit, and is bottled immediately afterwards.

🚨Double Release this Friday, December 20th!

🪼SOLVEIG (Faction #4) is a Wild Ale that was inoculated with a blend of Lactobacillus, Brettanamyces, and Pediococcus. After resting in a Tawny Port Wine Barrel for 3.5 years, we emptied and refilled the same barrel with a golden ale base. 1.5 years later these two beers were blended together to create a luscious and fragrant wine like beverage. Expect notes of caramel, tart cherry, and oak. Available in 500ML bottles only. Bottles can be consumed in the taproom.

We’ve got *TWO* brand new sours on tap today!!

1️⃣Guava the Nut is filled with coconuts and pink guava; you’ll get creamy coconut & sweet, bright floral notes from the guava. Beat the winter blues & pretend you’re at the beach with this one! 5.4% ABV

2️⃣Berry Boo v2: Blackberry-Raspberry Edition {yes, that’s the entire name 😉} is FULL of blackberries and raspberries; its got a bright, jammy berry flavor with a 5.8% ABV
