BARREL AGED CICADA KILLER TOASTED COCONUT MMXXIV is another Imperial Stout that has been aged for 14 months in George Dickel 15 year whiskey barrels. We added toasted coconut to give you that sweet toasted coconut taste followed by warming barrel & vanilla.

Incarnation
Rise up and tantalize your tastebuds with our Mosaic-hopped IPA! Incarnation pours a glowing amber hue with a firm collar of off-white foam. A subtle malt sweetness provided by pale and caramel malts gives way to loads of pineapple, passion fruit and candied citrus aromas and flavors in this medium bodied IPA. 7%

Chocolate Milk Stout
Pouring black as the night sky with a firm, tan head and featuring aromas of baker’s chocolate, roasted barley and chocolate malts, Chocolate Milk Stout has a rich, velvety mouthfeel, loads of chocolate flavor and a smooth creaminess provided by cacao nibs and milk sugar. This beer, perfect for the change in seasons, is a chocolate lover’s dream.

Earmuffs
Earmuffs is an enchanting hazy winter IPA that embraces the season’s serene chill through the use of CRYO hops, a hop product created by freezing raw hop cones to sub-zero temperatures with liquid nitrogen before shattering them, sifting the lupulin and pressing that green goodness into pellets that provide accentuated aromas and flavors. Expect intense notes of lime, melon, bright berries, pink grapefruit, dried roses and pine resin contributed by a blend of CRYO Cashmere and Talus hops. 6.5%

Absence of Light
The perfect mash-up of cacao nibs and peanut butter supported by caramel, chocolate and roasted malts, Absence of Light opens with huge aromas reminiscent of creamy peanut butter cups and transitions into a silky milk stout with rich chocolate and coffee notes tapering to a slightly sweet finish provided by an addition of milk sugar. 7.1%

Voltron Volume Two
The second release in a six part series of collaborations with breweries from around the country to bring Voltron to life, Voltron Volume Two is a fruited hazy IPA brewed with Southern Grist Brewing Company in Nashville, Tennessee. Notes of tangerine, lime, passion fruit, blueberry and white grape contributed by Mosaic, Riwaka and Nelson Sauvin hops combine with mango and kiwi added to the beer during fermentation to create a super fruity, pillowy-soft, hazy IPA. 7%

Axioms of Probability uses an oat and wheat base before a Citra Incognito, Citra T90, and Galaxy whirlpool with an Eclipse, Citra, and Galaxy dry hop.
Pouring vivid yellow, a bright melon and assorted tropical fruit nose hits the senses first before big flavors of ripe melon, mango chunks, fuzzy peach skin, lemon lime, and dank earth. Was everyone’s favorite pick for our first project together with New Jersey’s @theseedbeer. Balanced Growth (IPA) starts off with a flaked wheat and torrefied wheat malt bill, an Idaho 7 whirlpool, and a HBC586 and Motueka dry hop. Flavors of Alphonso mango salad, assorted citrus, and lemon lime spritz

Even More Unbalanced (4.15 on untappd)
We are happy to bring back the beer that started the TIPA game for us. We have been fine tuning this beer with every release and Batch 3 has the most hops yet for the brand! It all started when we discussed with Jeppe how we consider Fluctuation to be perfectly unbalanced and he pushed us to scale our recipe up and we are thankful he did.
With Citra, Mosaic, Galaxy, Motueka, Sabro, and Amarillo in excess, EMU pours an intensely hazy glowing tangerine color releasing a penetrating hop blast of bright tropical mango sorbet, pineapple, mango, and apricot with a lime peel garnish. The taste is blended tropical fruit with our bright #EQjuice. It’s fluffy but with a proper bitterness for balance.

We’ve gone through great lengths to refine the process to yield a Rich and Creamy Flavor and mouth feel to show case the decadent flavors yet leave the harsh taste that dark grains can often leave behind. Incredible mouthfeel yet not cloyingly sweet to aid in its drinkability.

Photon is our light and crushable American Pale Ale loaded with pacific northwest hops. It pours a very hazy orange, releasing well-blended notes of apricot, tangerine, peach, mango, and pineapple. It tastes of soft juicy tropical fruits, hop resins, and a hint of biscuit. A smooth rounded bitterness with a touch of dryness ensures you’re ready for the next sip. This drinking experience is further enhanced with a soft and billowy mouth-feel that has made this the go to ale for the Equilibrium crew, especially when a productive day needs to follow a fun night. 4.8%

We started with oats and white wheat for a base before adding Simcoe and Mosaic to the whirlpool. To get some berry medley notes going we dry hopped with Mosaic and Citra at a 2:1 ratio. Wavelength pours bright yellow with aromas of citrus and stone fruit with crushable flavors of mango and berry with a light refreshing finish.
