Saturday Morning Raspberry/Feijoa – One of our favorites in the Saturday Morning smoothie sour series with the return of Raspberry and Feijoa which is a mix of strawberry, guava and pineapple fruit flavors.
NEW – Fire Iron – Pink Guava / Banana / Passion Fruit Midwest fruit tart This Midwest Fruit Tart Ale is brewed with 1,500 lbs of pink guava, 500 lbs of banana, and 400 lbs of passion fruit per 30 bbl batch.
The Gadget – Blackberry & raspberry fruit tart A Midwest Fruit Tart Ale with 1,280 lbs of blackberries, 1,280 lbs of raspberries & 30 g of vanilla beans per 30 BBL batch
Spyglass – key lime tart Featuring 250lbs of Lemon Peel and 200lbs of Lime Peel, this beer is balanced, light, and easy-drinking.
Teak – fruit tart Tropical American Fruit Tart brewed with 800lb of Pink Guava, 800lb of Pineapple, and 400lb or Key Lime per 30bbl batch.
NEW – Trick or Treat mystery 6packs (4 treats & 2 trick per unit) Seltzer The cryptid-themed collection features a six pack of seltzers, each donning an illustration of a supernatural creature like the Loveland Frogman or a chupacabra. The “trick” — and “treat” — part comes into play in the form of seltzers’ taste.

Oktoberfest
Rich malt character with balanced hops. Toasted bread and subtle Earthy hop aroma.
DDH Low Ceilings This double dry-hopped dipa is packed with an all-star hop combo, Mosaic and Citra. Expect flavors and aromas of ripe citrus, and lychee fruit, with notes of bright, wild blueberry.
DDH Double Pixel Density We find no coincidence to the fact that this is also the first 100% citra hopped beer we’ve done with our hand-selected Citra.
P3 Pilsner This American-Style pilsner saw a couple changes this time around, mainly a switch from 2-row barley to 6-row American barley. This will provide a distinct character unique to American lagers. We took the ABV down from 5% to 4.7% to further increase the drinkability. Lightly-hopped to provide balance to the malt. This beer isn’t hoppy, it isn’t malty, it’s simple at its core and the perfect companion to hiking, grilling, sitting by the pool, or enjoying in a hammock.
Lil Space Booties – DDH Pale Ale Our favorite little session pale ale is back! 𝗟𝗶𝗹’ 𝗦𝗽𝗮𝗰𝗲 𝗕𝗼𝗼𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀 is a light, bright, and hop-saturated hazy with Galaxy and Citra hops. The tiny tot of our DDH DIPA Double Space Boots, these space booties carry a heap of juicy hop character delivered on a, dare I say, nebulous body. Expect to experience the same atmospheric symphony of mango, pineapple, and bright citrus alongside metagalactic notes of fresh peach and melon but now with a featherweight 5.5% ABV.

As you can probably imagine this preposterously decadent absolute unit is absurdly delicious.
Ectogasm Hazy IPA Ectogasm is a juicy, hazy, and soft NE IPA brewed with Citra & Mosaic hops.
DDH City Pages – DDH Best IPA (7.0%) Despite our best efforts, we never got this when they were around & the first time around this beer was hitting too hard for us not to go back in. Double the word count of our Hand Selected Mosaic & Mosaic Cryo with a beautiful lot of Nelson Sauvin from New Zealand. Figured since we were the only ones voting this year, we could do the tally ourselves. Rest In Peace.
STACKING BRICKS: UNIVERSALLY PANNED – Collab w/Bricksworth NEIPA (7.2%) Our bud Tyler, The Head Brewer down at Bricksworth Beer Co. in Burnsville has been cranking out some pretty serious shredders. However, due to the way distribution laws work in Minnesota, they can’t sell any of their beers in cans or outside of their taproom. So we figured we’d have him up in an ongoing basis to put some of his favorite recipes into beer tubes. First up is “UNIVERSALLY PANNED”, a Mosaic & Strata showcase that pairs perfectly with their Detroit Style Pizzas & Wings

Citra Session IPA A session India Pale Ale with Amarillo and Citra Hops
Into It – Lager conditioned on key lime and lemon juice Lager w/ pilsner malt conditioned on lemon juice, lemon crystals, lime juice and key limes
Straight outta the labratory – Triple IPA Straight Outta The Laboratory pours a hazy bright tangerine and has aromas of freshly squeezed citrus, lime, grapefruit, and a tropical character that makes actual tropical fruit green with envy. The flavor is explosive with notes of bright tropical orange juice, mango smoothie, and dank grass. It’s resinous and chewy with an escalating brightness and a just a touch of residual sweetness balanced by a soft bitterness.
MC2- Hazy DBL IPA It pours a hazy tangerine color, releasing bright tropical notes of mango, pineapple, and apricot. MC² tastes like succulent mango juice loaded with chewy hop resins. It’s very drinkable for 8.0%; be careful, this one can sneak up on you.
NEW – Sub Zero Phantasmic Assessment – DDH DIPA A pulpy mouthfeel features an amazing flavor medley of Sunny D citrus drink, Sauvignon Blanc grape juice, honey dew melon, and crushed grape all atop a heavily saturated citrus backbone. Sub-Zero Phantasmic Assessment drinks like an adult creamsicle and ends with a blast of rainbow melon from our EQ juice finish.
Hubble Pallet – DDH DIPA Starting off with flaked oats and wheat, we added as many space themed hops as we could. Apollo, Comet, and Strata were added to the whirlpool before a galactic dry hop of Comet, Strata, and Victorian Galaxy. Hubble Palate pours milky yellow with aromas of Pine, forest, “clean”, lemongrass, passionfruit, and mango. The luscious mouthfeel opens up into flavors of mango, tangerine, lime gummy wedges, assorted melon fruit salad, and a touch of coconut that end with a dank and fruity #EQjuice finish.
Wavelength – IPA We started with oats and white wheat for a base before adding Simcoe and Mosaic to the whirlpool. To get some berry medley notes going we dry hopped with Mosaic and Citra at a 2:1 ratio. Wavelength pours bright yellow with aromas of citrus and stone fruit with crushable flavors of mango and berry with a light refreshing finish.
DDH JURASSIC PARK – DDH TIPA (10.1%) – Collab with Toppling Goliath You could say we’re more than a little stoked about this one… Our homies from Toppling Goliath came up to get even more prehistoric on the collab recipe we every brewer together with us. To pay homage to their Dino classics & the not infrequent jokes about the amount of plants in our taproom, we used even more earth rattling quantites of our Hand-Selected Citra & Citra Cryo & that new hotness, Riwaka, from New Zealand. All of the oils. Tread Lightly. Lots of Citra. One might even say too much Citra… Someone is gonna get Sued

This perfect marriage of Citra Hops and lemon-lime served up in a 5.2% ABV, 16oz tallboy, makes this the beer lover’s Craft Hard Seltzer. Additionally, this versatile beverage showcases the delicate nuances a dry hop can deliver someone who typically shies away from hoppy beers.
Imperial Hazy BroConut Hazy DBL IPA This 8.0% abv, New England DIPA is brewed with Citra, Ekuanot, and loads of fresh coconut . With all the coconutty goodness you know and love in our O.G. BroCoNut with a creamier, juicy body typical of our NE DIPAs.
Equal & Opposite Reaction West Coast IPA As a sequel of sorts to Newton’s Cradle, EQUAL AND OPPOSITE REACTION, dials back the ABV while cranking up that crispy, hoppy goodness a true West Coast IPA should deliver.

Oktoberfest Listen, it’s never too early to crack a delicious Märzen Lager during these scorching dog days. Especially, when that lager is our annual German-Style 𝗢𝗸𝘁𝗼𝗯𝗲𝗿𝗳𝗲𝘀𝘁. We brewed this beautiful amber lager strong and true to style, with a bold malty backbone and a refreshingly mild hop presence. Crisp and clean, it’s no wonder we just couldn’t wait to start pouring this one while sporting tropical lederhosen and basking in the sunshine.
Pina Colada Double Marbles Milkshake IPA Beat the heat and escape to paradise with 𝗣𝗶ñ𝗮 𝗖𝗼𝗹𝗮𝗱𝗮 𝗗𝗼𝘂𝗯𝗹𝗲 𝗠𝗮𝗿𝗯𝗹𝗲𝘀! Crafted with delicate precision, this Milkshake DIPA is the perfect balance between fresh pineapple juice, coconut, creamy vanilla, and of course, silky milk sugar. All this is built upon the lush tropical hop presence of the base which leaves room for a further exploration of island flavor. Cerveza Sin Nombre – Mexican Style Lager – Collab w/The Full Pint A mexican Style lager brewed with flaked corn, hallertau blanc, Citra, and strata hops.
DDH Hopfair – Hazy Double IPA DDH Hopfair is our newest Hazy DIPA that utilizes a special Cryo Hop // Phantasm blend created as a collab between @YakimaChiefHop and @Phantasm that fuses a blend of American hops and Phantasm powder, PLUS we added hand-selected Citra, Mosaic, and Simcoe for more hop saturation.
West Coast Double Pixel Density West Coast Double Pixel takes our Citra-focused Pixel series into west coast territory. Bright, citra hops bring, lychee fruit, citrus and dank notes. A west coast IPA fit for brightening up a gloomy, rainy Midwest day, or quenching your thirst in the hot summer heat.
DDH To The Max – Triple hazy IPA To The Max, our Hazy Triple IPA with Cashmere, Cryo El Dorado, is back! This one offers huge notes of ripe Bartlett pear, fresh honeydew melon, notes of Chardonnay grape with subtle aromatics of fresh picked tarragon.

Our modern interpretation begins with Pilsner malt, raw wheat, and Saaz hops, which is brewed using a turbid mash and long boil, and fermented in French oak foeders with our wild yeast. This version was then refermented on Blackberries for two months prior to bottle conditioning.

NEW – Mango/Pink Guava in cans
After three months of fermentation in our 40hL French oak foeders, we refermented Meerts on over 2 lbs/gal of mangoes and pink guava for an additional six weeks prior to packaging.

Sunken Cathedral – smoothie sour This is a decadent smoothie style sour ale made with blackberry, vanilla, marshmallow, and lime to provide a little balance for this treat!

Juicy Bits – IPA Our flagship IPA features a huge citrus and tropical fruit hop character from the Mosaic, Citra & El Dorado hops and softer, smoother mouthfeel from the adjusted water chemistry, higher protein malts, and lower attenuation. The end result is a beer reminiscent of citrus juice with extra pulp, thus the name Juicy Bits.

Key Lime pie Sour “Y’all knew it was bound to be coming out again soon and now it’s here — AND HOLY MOLY is this batch of Key Lime Pie PHENOMINAL! Freshly squeezed key limes, vanilla beans, and just a hint of graham cracker pair perfectly with the tart wheat based beer in our Key Lime Pie Sour Ale.”
Conducting Business – DDH DIPA (8.6%) Our buddy, Davy, the Conductor of @orchestratedmindsbrewing out of Fort Lauderdale is making some of the most bangin’ IPAs in the State of Florida & recently came up for a couple days to bang out a couple brews, learn the finer points of Juicy Lucys & conduct some super serious business with regards to our hand selected Amarillo, El Dorado, El Dorado Cryo, Citra & Citra Cryo. You’re gonna have to talk to the HR Department about this one.
Speaker City – Cold School IPA (7.3%) All you gotta do is say “earmuffs!”. Then you can say anything you want, like “We made this Cold IPA with our buds @cerebralbrewing in Denver, CO & dry hopped it with Michigan Chinook, Centennial Cryo & Crosby Estate Comet.” We’re making a point here Frank, you don’t need to celebrate it
Bottomless – Mimosa Fruit Sour (5.0%) Just keep them coming. Our Beer/Chenin Blanc Wine Hybrid Spritz Base Fermented in Oak with our House Culture & Blended with endless amounts of Tangerine & Cara Cara Orange. Bottoms up!
Juice Drops Tangerine Talus IPA – 7.5% ABV The next version is ready! This IPA is made with Talus Hops, Tangerine Juice and Tangerine puree
New Florida Seltzer Flavor – Sudachi Lemonade The newest flavor is out and it’s called Sudachi lemonade. Made with Sudachi puree, Lemon juice, passionfruit concentrate and brown sugar. – Sudachi is a Japanese citrus fruit which is similar to lime. Its aromatic juice is prized by chefs worldwide for its unique flavor.
NEW – Henna: Hazelnut Latte (in cans!)
Coming off of its debut at our fest, 𝗛𝗲𝗻𝗻𝗮 𝗛𝗮𝘇𝗲𝗹𝗻𝘂𝘁 𝗟𝗮𝘁𝘁𝗲 is a brand new variant of henna that meticulously crafted with toasted hazelnuts, vanilla beans, and hand-selected coffee courtesy of our friends over at @darkmattercoffee. Enveloped in darkness, this hefty imperial stout is packs a walloping roasty punch that’s mellowed by creamy vanilla and finishes with the comforting sweet nuttiness that’s totally je ne sais quoi.
MegaZord 5yr anniversary beer DDH DBL IPA
Brewed in honor of our 5th Anniversary, 𝗠𝗲𝗴𝗮𝘇𝗼𝗿𝗱 is the amalgamation of 5 breweries each selecting their favorite hop variety. Uniting our forces with our friends Brothership BrewingOld Irving Brewing Co., Penrose Brewing, and Pipeworks Brewing Company, this DDH DIPA is maxed out with two monsterous additions of Citra, Idaho 7, Simcoe, Nectaron, & Sabro. A distinctively elaborate palate of tropical peach gummies, coconut cream chews, and maghrebi tea, delivered on the backbone of relentless fluff and an intensely mellow varnish of shellac and honey. Not to mention, enough juicy haze to raze all evil from Angel Grove. (8% ABV)
