Another week and another tasty sounding release coming from Clock House Brewing in Cedar Rapids. This coming Sunday, they will be releasing “ClockEyed” citrus American Wheat! Here’s more on this release:

Our twist on this elegant, Summer Crusher, fruity sessionable wheat-based ale. Straw in color and cloudy from starch haze and yeast. Has a fruity aroma with a malty-sweet grain flavor with a melody of fruit from start to finish. Whirlpool additions of Orange peel, Lemon peel and coriander gives this beer a zesty, lemon, orange-citrusy fruitiness.Available on draft, cans and in growlers. Clock House releasing “Southern Bound” NEIPA this Friday (4/23) at 3!

A new hazy IPA will be coming to our beer loving selves this Friday, as Clock House will be releasing “Southern Bound” NEIPA. Be ready for some peachy deliciousness from this brew! Here’s more from Clock House on this release!

We’re packing our bags and heading down south! This juicy NEIPA was dry-hopped with Azacca and Callista to achieve a peach forward base. This was further accentuated by adding Columbian peaches in the secondary.This crushable hazy will be available on draft, in growlers and 4-packs to go (16 oz)

Clock House Brewing releasing “Last Tango Mango” gose this Friday (3/9)!

Clock House Brewing in Cedar Rapids will be releasing a new sour this Friday, April 9th @ 3p.m. “Last Tango Mango” gose will be coming our way on tap, in cans, and in growler fills! There’s no shame in stopping down solo this Friday, April 9th as we release a new Mango Margarita inspired sour.Last Tango Mango is a 6.5% Gose brewed with loads of mango, a touch of lime, and Himalayan pink sea salt. Clock House releasing “Orange XXplosion” sour on Friday April, 2nd!

Another tasty sounding sour coming our way from Clock House brewing this coming Friday, April 2nd! “Orange XXplosion” will be the second release of their XXplosion series! Here’s more from the brewery:

The second variant of our XXplosion series features a trio of orange citrus fruits including: Tangerine, Cara Cara Orange, and Southern Hemisphere Oranges. Thus, creating a complex plethora of flavor that XXplodes out the glass. Enjoy this crushable juice around the table during brunch or outside on warm sunny day. We’re talking Vitamin C all day long baby!Available on draft and in cans. No growler fills due to limited supply.Release date: Friday, April 2nd at 3 PM.

Clock House Brewing releasing “Morning Nitecap” coffee sour Friday 3/5!

Clock House is back at with another release! This Friday they will be releasing “Morning Nitecap” coffee sour! This will be a draft only release at the brewery, here are the details for this:

We love pushing the boundaries of innovation. For this small project we partnered up with Dash coffee roasters to create a simple but complex sour. We infused a small portion of our sour base with carefully selected Kenyan coffee that was roasted on the lighter side. Thus accentuating the tropical fruit character of this particular bean. We chose this bean alongside with our friends because we felt it paired well with our already fruit forward sour base. We then added vanilla to marry the coffee and beer together. Creating a very complex yet familiar character. Roasty nose, with a tropical sweet mid palate, and a familiar coffee aftertaste.Draft Only Release on Friday, March 5th at 3 PM.

Clock House releasing “Witches be Trippin” on Thursday 3/11!

Clock House will be bringing back the delicious double New England IPA, Witches be Trippin’ back to tap lines and in cans on March 11th! Here’s more from Clock House:

Clock House releasing “Frayed Knot” BA stout 12/23!

Clock House will be releasing a barrel aged stout on December 23rd just in time to help keep us nice and warm during the holidays! “Frayed Knot” BA stout will be available for purchase starting this Wednesday at noon! Here’s more on this brew from Clock House:

The cellar doors have opened. This Monster Imperial Stout was Aged for over a year in Cedar Ridge No. 9 Reserve Rye-Bourbon Blended Barrels then Rested on Cacao Nibs and Vanilla Beans.Bombers of Frayed Knot will be available at noon on Wednesday, December 23rd until supplies last.
