Here are the sweet sweet details:

ALL (15.0%) 🫦

ALL 2025 is a double-barrel aged stout, first aged 20 months in Old Fitzgerald barrels, then 16 months in Weller barrels, before resting on coconut, Ghanaian cacao nibs, Korintje and Saigon cinnamon, and hazelnuts.

NARROW (13.8%) 🦦

NARROW is an English-style barleywine, conditioned in stainless steel for 20 months

MANTRA (15.5%) 🧘

MANTRA is a double-barrel aged stout, first aged 18 months in Heaven Hill barrels, then 16 months in Eagle Rare barrels, before resting on Windmill coffee, Madagascar vanilla beans, coconut, chai spice, and Ghanaian cacao nibs.

🍺 Bottle sets (all 375mL bottles) will be available for purchase in person here at Lua AND online via Toast on Saturday, October 4th starting at 9AM when we open for brunch service. Limits to be determined morning of!

BA Imperial Stout aged 28 months in 20 year Old Forester bourbon barrels. Rested on house-toasted coconut, hazelnut, and Windmill coffee.

Collab with Mikkeller (Copenhagen, DK)

Bottles of MIRTH will be available for purchase in person at Lua on Saturday, April 19th, starting at 9AM. MIRTH will be available in person only; first come, first served, with limits determined at open.

Draft pours of MIRTH and its release partner, COMPERSION, will be available Saturday 4/19 when we open our taproom doors 🙂

We also put together a 5th Anniversary ALL-you-can-eat brunch buffet by Chef James & Chef Dutch on Saturday, October 5th from 9-11AM! A limited amount of brunch tickets are available live on Toast RIGHT NOW and will remain online until sold out. Link is right there in our bio!

Purchase of a brunch ticket gets you access to our AYCE brunch buffet from 9-11AM (closed to the public), ability to pre-purchase ALL 2024 bottles to beat the line, and participation in our bottle share (bringing a bottle to share is encouraged but not required!!)

Expect brunch classics like eggs benedict, burger sliders, classic hash browns, bacon & sausage, French toast, fresh fruit, and some other healthy stuff maybe.

ROAM SET RELEASE

ROAM was initially released as a collaboration with our friends at @dimensionalbeer and when we decided to bring it back, we knew we had to do a few variants with the D-Team as well.

Sales for our ROAM set go live tomorrow (Wednesday, April 10) at 10AM online via TOAST (link in our bio) and will remain on sale, online, during our regular business hours until sold out.

Each ROAM SET will contain one (1) 500mL bottle of the following:

Hello my friend we meet again, it’s been a while, where should we begin? How about over a bottle of WEATHERED, a barrel-aged stout we brewed with our friends at Back Channel Brewing. Aged 26 months in Elijah Craig barrels, expect baker’s chocolate, crème brûlée, and a pleasant warmth lent by the barrels. When you see the signs, don’t stop dancing, ‘cause when you’re with me, I’m careless and I believe.

BA Imperial Stout with Pecans, Coconut, Vanilla Beans, & Cacao Nibs

Inspired by German chocolate cake, CONTRITION is a massive imperial stout that was aged for two-and-a-half years in bourbon barrels before it rested on house-toasted pecans, house-toasted coconut, whole vanilla beans, and freshly roasted cacao nibs.

Sales for CONTRITION bottle sets start THIS Friday 3/17 at 10AM online via TOAST (link in our bio) and will remain on sale, online, during our regular business hours until sold out.

CONTRITION will be sold in a set of TWO 500mL bottles, with no limit on sets & proxies are absolutely allowed. Picking up for a proxy? Make sure to have their order number ready for us when you’re picking up ☺️.
