Pedaler’s Fork in Cedar Rapids is located in what used to be the Broken Spoke restaurant and with the owners of the Blind Pig adding their touches to the places it has made it a beer lover’s destination for sure with 108 taps…but oh my…that food makes it well worth the trip as well! Upon walking in the space is big enough for proper spacing for those who are social distancing and you notice the many tap lines right away. Flat screens on every wall for you to catch the game while you sip and snack as well.

108 tap lines – you can definitely find something for any beer style that you’d like. I had a few Big Grove Shadeshines. To keep up to date on Pedaler’s Fork’s tap list, click HERE for their untappd menu!
FOOD
Pedaler’s Fork has one of those menus that makes it difficult to pick just one thing to order, so naturally I order more than one thing. Their nachos can be either with tortilla chips or waffle fries and served with mild or hot queso and they have some damn fine options! Started with the Mexican Elote nachos which is your favorite street corn in nacho form: pork carnitas, poblano cream sauce, ghost pepper cheese, fire roasted corn, cotija cheese, cilantro and lime. Fantastic start! What’s better than nachos and beer? Another order of nachos and another beer so bring on the…
BBQ Brisket nachos – queso, smoked beef brisket and pulled pork, smoked cheddar, spicy mac and cheese, bacon, and bbq drizzle. This order had some heat to it but man it was flavor packed in every bite! Both of these dishes are worth going back! Still not done though. Had to get the Southwest Chicken egg rolls! Exactly what you would think; chicken, black beans, and corn served with a southwest ranch. What I really loved about these were that they were so crispy and delicious and not a greasy mess you can get with egg rolls. Check out their menu by clicking HERE:
The menu is very diverse. Sandwiches, burgers, nachos, salads, tacos and much more. So many things I would like to try, knowing it’s going to be extremely tasty makes Pedaler’s Fork an easy destination to get back to. You need to check it out! Dine in or order to go! Delicious food awaits!
