Backpocket “BBQ + Beer Dinner” set for February 10th!

Backpocket will be hosting another BBQ and Beer Dinner on February 10th! If you have not experienced one of these dinners you are missing out! Some of the best BBQ you will have paired with some tasty beers! Below is the food lineup for the 10th!

Our next available BBQ + Beer Pairing Dinner is Friday, February 10th!

On February 10th, join us for our next hand crafted, in-house smoked BBQ Dinner. This BBQ Dinner is not only to show case our smoked meats but also pairing them with the best beers. Come enjoy some good food, good beer, and good company!

Each beer is carefully selected by our head brewer, Luke Jipp, based on his pairing notes to create a perfectly balanced flavor palette for each course.

This four-course dinner starts with Texas Style Brisket Chili.

Second course: Smoked Chicken Lollipops with Alabama White Sauce

Third course: Smoked Pork Spare Ribs and Beef Spare Rib Kolaches.

Fourth course: Mississippi Mud Pie Dessert

All meat is smoked in house and prepared by our kitchen manager, Natalie.

Tickets are $75 per person and includes server gratuity. Available on Eventbrite.
