Orange Cream DBL Marbles IPA
Welcome back to 𝗢𝗿𝗮𝗻𝗴𝗲 𝗖𝗿𝗲𝗮𝗺 𝗗𝗼𝘂𝗯𝗹𝗲 𝗠𝗮𝗿𝗯𝗹𝗲𝘀! It’s everything you love about our original creamsicle-inspired Milkshake-IPA taken to it’s orangiest evolution. With this recipe, we doubled the amount of orange and vanilla for the ultimate creamsicle tang, brewed with milk sugar for a dreamy mouthfeel, and then dry-hopped with Amarillo and Citra hops to add some tropical complexity. This boozy milkshake is sure to keep those great summer vibes rollin’. Happy solstice! (8% ABV)
Dino Bits DDH DIPA (Toppling Goliath Collab) – 8.2% ABV
As many of you know, the Toppling Goliath crew has built an incredible reputation with iconic brands like Pseudo Sue & King Sue. So, needless to say, we are pumped to have created not one, but two incredible hop beasts, because as you know… life finds a way!
This 8.2% hazy monster has a citrus-forward and fruity bite that beautifully melds the two worlds between Juicy Bits and TG’s Sue series. We might be insinuating here, but the hop trifecta built into Dino Bits DDH comes together like a mosquito preserved in amber, and inside it holds the secrets to creating an astounding new IPA DNA.

About Burley Oak:
Our name Burley Oak Brewing Company was derived from the name of the town, our traditional brewing methods, and the history of our brewhouse. It just so happens that our building was originally a Cooperage making oak barrels to fill with local produce and seafood to ship off to nearby areas in the early 1900’s. We have been hard at work building Burley Oak keeping in mind sustainable practices and using local ingredients and craftsmen, and are proud of our barley and wheat that is grown only 15 miles away. Our goal is to produce distinctive beers whose quality is unsurpassed using new and traditional brewing methods.
100 Mosaic – Triple Dry Hopped Double IPA 8.5% ABV (Untappd rating 4.19)
This triple dry hopped Double IPA is hopped exclusively with 100% Mosaic Hops, providing heavy notes of Citrus, berries, and sweet fruit. This DIPA has an incredible aroma and taste experience to say the least!
Cherry Limeade Jelly Not Jam Fruited Sour – 4.4% ABV – cases only
This slightly tart and sweet sour ale was conditioned on heaps of tart cherries and juicy limes. Bringing a rich and fruity flavor profile that has just enough balance of Tart and sweetness to jam out with some jelly goodness!
Citralaxy IPA – 7.5% ABV
This Double dry hopped Juice bomb of an IPA was brewed with copious amounts of Citra and Galaxy hops, creating an incredible flavor profile with heavy fruit forward notes of peaches, papaya and mango.
Eternal Midnight 24hr boil Imperial Stout (coconut, Marshmallow, Peanut butter) 11.5% ABV -cases only
Fermented on High gravity ale yeast this 24h boiled imperial stout is conditioned on mounds of tropical coconut, creamy marshmallow fluff, and incredibly smooth peanut butter; creating a rich, decadent, and heavy hitting flavor combination!
Raspberry Coconut White Chocolate Cream Cheese Stuffed French Toast J.R.E.A.M. 4.8% abv (Untappd rating 4.35)
WOW that is a mouthful of a name but holy smokes is it good… “This variation of our fruited JREAM series was showcased at this year’s Sourfest held at our brewery. Featuring jammy Raspberries, tropical coconut, white chocolate, cream cheese, cinnamon, vanilla beans, dark brown sugar, and milk sugar for the smooth and creamy experience. Woah!
Court Avenue releasing 2 collabs (Lua + Reunion) in July!

Those silly ReUnion bois David and Pete came down a while ago for a low n’ slow Italian Pilsner. It’s just about finished lagering and is refreshingly crisp. WATER COOLER ROMANCE starts with an all Pilsner malt base and then we threw in some of our favorite hops: Nelson Sauvin, Huell Melon, Hallertau Blanc and that classic baddie, Saaz.
Last week Zack from Lua popped down and was like, what if we do a hazy pale? And you know what, we tried and ended up with a Double NEIPA. Wild how that works. ROULETTE DARES is dapped up with an absurd amount of Citra, Mosaic and Nelson Sauvin hops and comes in heavy at a robust 8.4%.

Evil Natured Robots, our crazy soft & juicy IPA hopped with NZH-107 & Mosaic! NZH-107 is a new experimental blend of New Zealand hops with some amazing tropical & citrus fruit flavor & aroma, and pairing it with Mosaic really gives this IPA some great notes of peach, guava, lychee, and lime.⠀
Chonk x Hydra – Sundae Fruit Sour (MORTALIS brewing collaboration!!!)
we teamed up with our pals at @mortalisbrewing to create Hydra Chonk, the absolute heftiest of chonky bois! This multi-headed monster is eating for three and completely stuffed with gobs and gobs of raspberry, mango, dragonfruit, toasted coconut, cream of coconut, and NO lactose!⠀

Lion Bridge releasing “Tidbits” Pineapple Hazy IPA next week!
The exact day has been been released but Lion Bridge historically releases on Wednesdays, so stay tuned for more on this release. Tidbits was on tap previously, but this will be the 1st time it will be available to take home in cans! Previous batch came in at 6.7% and this was their prior description:
We made a Pale Ale with healthy doses of Comet, Eukanot & Simcoe hops, then added an even healthier dose of unfermented Pineapple! The result is a true tropical treat!
