REAL ESTATE  West Coast IPA w/ Crosby Estate Comet (7.0%)
The first of several fun collaboration projects we have dropping this week for the impending Craft Brewer’s Conference in Minneapolis. Reminiscent of musk melon & citrusy sunshine, this crispy & extremely dry lil’ number was dreamt up with our buds @crosbyhops in Oregon to celebrate the magic that is their Estate Grown Comet.

Bloody Hell 

Bloody Hell, our blood orange pale ale made with real blood… oranges. We brew Bloody Hell with oats and wheat, hop it with our hand selected Citra, Sabro, & Mosaic, then load it up with Blood Orange for a ridiculously refreshing & delicious burst of citrus.

Chonk – Strawberry chocolate coconut

a brand new Chonky absurdity! Our lovable hefty boi is back and as usual he’s preposterously decadent. This time around he’s stuffed with strawberry, coconut, and cacao nibs. Lots of heavy breathing happening right now.⠀

Braaaaaains Strawberry Pineapple Dragonfruit 
 A new Braaaaaaaains! We stuffed this full of Strawberry, Pineapple, & Dragonfruit and then hit it with our double secret smoothie treatment of sea salt, lactose, and vanilla.⠀

Dangerous Night Crew DBL IPA 

Our buds from Oliphant Brewing came to visit a few weeks ago and over some beers and sloppy steaks we discovered our mutual love of slicked back hair and a shared desire to use Talus hops in a crushable pale ale. So we got right to work and Dangerous Nights Crew, a hazy pale ale hopped with Centennial, Mosaic, Talus, Azacca, & Enigma was born. ⠀

a Blue Razz Slush Style Sour packed with Blueberry, Raspberry, Pineapple, Blue Raspberry Jolly Rancher® candies, and Blue Razz Slushy Mix. We could go on and on about how amazing and fruity it tastes, but these flavors blend perfectly together to taste exactly like a blue razz Jolly Rancher®

a brand spankin new double IPA! Master Manipulator is loaded up with oats and spelt and hopped to the hilt with our hand selected Citra & Vic Secret for some serious citrusy & peachy vibes.

Strawberry Prrrt – a – Colada

This PRRRT is loaded up with Strawberry, Pineapple, & Coconut and it’s super tropical & tasty like something that would be brought to you in a big weird glass with some of those tiny umbrellas in it while you’re chilling in a shaded cabana on the beach. ⠀

Limited Release – Barrel Aged Chocolate flavored Kisses Stout bottles
Choco Flavored Kisses is back with a new single origin cacao nib to showcase! This big ol’ imperial stout was aged in Old Fitzgerald bourbon barrels and conditioned on a ridiculous amount of single origin Ecuadorian cacao nibs for a rich, fudgy chocolate flavor and aroma we can’t get enough of.

Light at the end of the tunnel – IPA 6.8% ABV
Light At The End of The Tunnel uses Photon as its inspiration with some modifications and upgrades including an all Survivable hop blend for the whirlpool and a large dose of Lupomax Citra in addition to a supersized Photon hop bill. Aromas and flavors of soft pineapple, navel orange, stone fruit, EQ’s rainbow melon, and lime juice radiate with a touch of pine resin at the finish making it an easy drinker

Stacked Science – Blackstack Brewing collaboration – DDH DBL IPA 8.5% ABV
We had some fun in the lab with Murph from Blackstack to bring you stacks on stacks on stacks of flavor! We blended in 2-row, Flaked oats, White wheat, and Flaked wheat as the foundation for a Citra Incognito, Citra Lupomax, and Idaho 7 whirlpool before a big dry hop of Mosaic, Strata, Eclipse, and Galaxy.

Strata Points – DDH  Dbl IPA 8% ABV
A Strata Point takes our Data Points grain bill and replaces ALL of the hops with our hand CY 2021 selected Strata. Pouring vivid yellow in color, aromas of OJ, rainbow melon, and a blueberry strain of the devil’s lettuce lead into dank flavors of passionfruit juice, ruby red grapefruit, Frankenberry cereal, melon, complex concord grape, and strawberry.

Tie Dye Science IPA 6.5% ABV 
Tie-Dye Science starts off with a nice base of oats and wheat before a T90 and Lupomax Citra and Mosaic hop bill for both the whirlpool and dry hop. Aromas and flavors of orange slices, papaya, pink starburst, lime gummies lead into a bright juicy finish with a touch of hoppy bitterness all wrapped up in a creamy mouthfeel. 

Peanut Butter Smores Imperial Stout – Limited release 
While engineering our S’mores sandwich stout which has Marshmallows, Cacao Nibs, and Graham Crackers, we to bring you Peanut Butter S’mores Blueprint. Draw up a blueprint and follow the design carefully, engineering a S’mores sandwich is serious business and requires precision! Following the plans from the first batch, we took a thick and fluffy base and conditioned it on Peanut Butter, Marshmallows, Cacao Nibs, and Graham Crackers.

This Double Dry Hopped IPA is a delicious juice bomb thanks to a hefty hopping of Citra, Motueka, & Simcoe hops. An endless succession of juicy pineapple, grapefruit, and tangerine notes are leveled out with a hint of bitterness that resolves onto a smooth and refreshing finish.

Prince Goro Imperial Hazy IPA 
Coming straight from the realm of Outworld, our newest DDH DIPA will tear your tastebuds limb from limb. 𝗣𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗰𝗲 𝗚𝗼𝗿𝗼 is a hulking hazy that’s fatally hopped with Citra, El Dorado, Idaho-7, and NZL 32-2 hops. The nuances of this IPA is honestly quite difficult to fully describe. Sure, there’s your familiar combo string of tropical pineapple and juicy citrus that’s intermingled with a sticky resin roundhouse. However, this new breed of experimental hops fresh from New Zealand impart some unique hop flavors yet to be classified by mere mortals…so we’ll just call it “essence of dragon.” (8% ABV)

I bring you love – Oak Aged Foeder Lager 
You’re out in the foeders forest, a glowing green shape comes towards you, they say “I bring you love” and look at your beer… Do you share your Czech Pils with them? It’s brewed with Bohemian Pilsner malt, Saaz Hops & Czech lager yeast. Then extensively lagered & conditioned in our oak foeders. Choose your own adventure. The truth is out there but, so are the lies. D’oh!

Water Pipes DDH IPA
Wwwwoooooaaaaahhh… Careful with your language there bud… They’re actually called “Water Pipes”. Comin’ in hot with piping additions of our selected Strata & extra dank newcomer Talus. Feel free to add ice, just not to the beer.

This is the 3rd collaboration with Wisconsin’s own The Chocolate Shoppe Ice Cream company – This time it’s an Imperial Stout with cacao Nibs, Toasted Marshmallow, Vanilla Beans, Almonds and Milk Sugar. 

Watermelon, Papaya, and Mango Fruit Smoothie Seltzer
As my mother in law said – “Joe that Pina Colada was a 10 out of 10, this one might be a 20!” I would have to agree, it’s fantastic big watermelon and Papaya notes. It’s made with Mango puree, Watermelon juice, papaya and passionfruit.

Double Fractal Hilbert Curve – DDH DIPA (cases only)
We formed a junction point of elements and hops from Urban South’s Junction DIPA with our Data Point’s to bring you Junction Points. Starting off with a big base of oats and wheat, we aggressively hopped this beer in the whirlpool and dryhop with our hand selected Mosaic and relative newcomer from New Zealand, Nectaron. Junction Points pours a hazy yellow with a sweet aroma of orange crush, dank sticky-icky, Kool-Aid, and complex berry.

Fractal Galaxy – IPA (kegs and cases!)
It utilizes our newest Aussie Galaxy crop making this simple yet complex liquid a batch favorite. Fractal Galaxy pours a resinous-hazy-yellow releasing complex aromas of citrus, passionfruit, and grass. Flavors of sweet orange, ripe passionfruit, peach , and a touch of lime lead into a highly resinous but juicy and creamy mouthfeel.

dHop40 – DDH DIPA  (cases only)
dHop40 pours hazy yellow with aromas of sliced orange wedges, assorted fruit snack gummies, and coconut. Dank pineapple juice and assorted citrus lead with pops of lime, berry, and melon with a complex Piña Colada flavor all wrapped together with a juicy finish and pointed bitterness

Fulcrum – DDH DIPA  (cases only)
Fulcrum pours a beautiful vivid yellow. As soon as you crack it open, bright notes of grass, citrus permeate from an imaginary coconut shell. Flavors of passionfruit, cannabis, white wine grapes, and coconut meld together beautifully with each sip. The buildup of dank fruit counters with a light and balanced bitterness and our #EQjuice finish

Lupus Salictarius – Triple IPA – Mortalis Collaboration   (cases only)
Paying homage to the Hops we use on a daily basis. Lupus Salictarius, which literally translates as “wolf of the willows”, is disputably the first hop plants and is said to be the botanical name immortalized by a famous Roman Philosopher (who is also an extremely tasty West Coast IPA. Respect). Tying into the Latin references Mortalis uses, we decided on a recipe that showcases some of our favorite hops to pay homage to the OG of hops and Lupus Salictarius was born.

Junction Points – DDH DIPA – Urban South Collaboration  (cases only)

We formed a junction point of elements and hops from Urban South’s Junction DIPA with our Data Point’s to bring you Junction Points. Starting off with a big base of oats and wheat, we aggressively hopped this beer in the whirlpool and dryhop with our hand selected Mosaic and relative newcomer from New Zealand, Nectaron. Miami Berlienr – 375ml bottles Wild Ferm Fruit beerWe took our introductory wild ale, Welcome to the Jungle, and refermented it on a copious amount of Blueberry, Passionfruit, and Guava totaling more than 4 lbs/gallon (fyi that’s 2x total fruit in TABA). The result is tropical blast to your senses with an olfactory experience of a sophisticated tropical punch boosted by the expression of the 100% Brett fermentation with a beautifully #balacedacidity. This beer is jammy, dry, unfiltered, unpasteurized, naturally carbed, and will continue to evolve over time if properly cellared.

Limited item – IPA  #20 – ongoing IPA series
How much Citra can we put in one IPA? We decided to find out and bring it to you in the latest of our IPA Series! We used FOUR different types of Citra hops for a beer that showcases everything we love about one of the craft beer world’s go-to hops. Regular Citra combines with Citra CRYO, Citra INCOGNITO and Citra SPECTRUM for sweet, fruity aromas of bright grapefruit and orange citrus, with flavours of lemon meringue pie combined with juicy tropical fruits. 

Dark Fruit Citrus Gose 
This dark and tart Gose uses our award winning Prophets & Nomads brew as the base, the pour is a cloudy shade of midnight. This beer is refreshing, with berries that add a surprising punch of sour on your first sip, with low hop bitterness. Coriander and Himalayan salt adds spice and just a touch of sharpness to the beer to finish. 

Black House – Coffee lager 
an oatmeal coffee stout positively redolent with coffee aroma and flavor. It’s not acrid. It’s not astringent. It doesn’t taste like that brown puddle at the bottom of the office carafe at 4pm. It kind of tastes like chocolate covered espresso beans, only drier and more like beer. It’s the full-blown coffee beer experience in a sessionable-ish package.

Fruitlands w/Passion fruit and Guava
Fruitlands is tart, fruity, & frighteningly delicious. The sour, salty base beer lays down the funky refreshment, while a heavy dose of passion fruit and guava turns the whole thing into a wall-to-wall tropical fruit fiesta. It’s a marvelous mix of elements that collides with your mouth like a fruit-filled asteroid of flavor traveling at the supersonic speed of party.

Orderville – IPA
Hazy Mosaic IPA. Our most palate-crushing IPA to date, Orderville is a sledgehammer of dankness wrapped in a velvety peach pillow, underscored by a dry, chilled out malt bill that keeps your attention focused on the hop fireworks exploding in your mouth.

West Coast IPA with Nelson, Strata, Mosaic and Centennial hops.

Technomancer IPA
Ready your grill-piece for a juice-bomb of breathtaking proportions. Hopped with exorbitant amounts of Bru-1, Strata, and Galaxy hops, this beer’s murky depths are replete with notes of pineapple, peach, and passion fruit that combine in an absurdly satisfying fashion. It’s a glorious, all-inclusive cruise through tropical waters, and your taste buds have VIP tickets.

Just trying to show MAD respect, this beer was DOOMed from the start🔥

Sometimes you just gotta get out of your own way. Liberating quantities of our hand selected Citra with powder charges of Idaho 7 Cryo & Ekuanot Cryo. You just gotta believe.

Who’s Idea is this? – Hazy Pale ale 4.8% ABV 
Hand selected Mosaic, New Zealand Nelson Sauvin & a dash of Columbus Cryo on a light & crispy Pilsner malt base. 

Local 755 – IPA 6.8% ABV 
Our Foggy Favorite. Azacca, Amarillo & a Gwop of Citra. Soft, Juicy & Hazy like 70’s Home Movies.


Intergalactic Sofa Ghost – DDH New England Hazy IPA

Skafl “snowdrift”- Hazy IPA 
SKAFL means “snowdrift” in Icelandic, and it’s our second iteration of this kinda-sorta winter hazy IPA. SKAFL is a hair more aggressive than your average hazy, leaning into a winter-appropriate blend of dankness and fruit, with a lightly bitter edge. Hazy IPA brewed with spelt, wheat, and oats, fermented cool with our favorite German ale yeast, and hopped intensely with hand selected Sultana, Strata, and Columbus Cryo. SKAFL blends overripe tropical fruit notes with the right amount of dankness.

Tmave Pivo – CZECH-STYLE DARK LAGERFair State makes lots of lagers, we put a fair number of them in cans, but we’ve somehow never married a dark lager and an aluminum tube before. Tmavé Pivo, essentially “dark beer” in Czech, is the Bohemian cousin to German Schwarzbier. Malty, round, with some dark malt flavor but none of the acrid roast character one might find in a stout, Tmavé Pivo is everything we want dark lager to be.

DDH Wavy IPA
Our Hand Selected Mosaic and a particularly danky lot of Sultana (The hop known formerly known as Denali, formerly known as Experimental #06277, formerly known as Nugzilla… Why didn’t they stick with Nugzilla?🤔🤔🤔) on a smoove oat heavy base. Lush lupulin tubes for these less than tropical conditions.

Thatz Bier Kolsch
We’ve had Kölsch on the brain with our fam at Bricksworth Beer Co., so we brewed up this preposterously approachable beer inspired by the imminently crushable pseudo-“lagers” that have been brewed in Köln, Germany for generations. This version is step mashed with our beloved Weyermann Pils, a kiss of Wheat & German Ale Yeast before cold conditioning for 7 weeks to crispy perfection. That’s Beer, Alright.

The Lost World TIPA – Collab w/ Toppling Goliath 
Our homies from Toppling Goliath came back up to get prehistoric in our brewhouse. To Pay homage to their dino classics & the not infrequent jokes about the amount of plants in our taproom, we used earth-rattling quantities of our hand-selected mosaic & mosaic cryo, TG’s hand-selected mosaic & nelson sauvin & that new hotness, riwaka from their super secret stash. Lots of oil. Tread lightly. 

Mixing With Barrel Theory
Zombie cocktail inspired tiki sour ale! Brewed with passionfruit, pineapple, orange, Calamansi lime, pomegranate and our special falernum tincture. This is our collaboration with our pals from Barrel Theory Brewing Company in Saint Paul Minnesota.


Elevated Perspective – Version 7
This winter version of a hazy DDH Double IPA is brewed with winter wheat, a dash of oats and a blend of base malts. It boasts huge hop aromas and flavors of zippy citrus, dank kush, rich mango, and Bartlett pears. At 8% ABV it’s the perfect addition to any sledding adventure as it will keep you warm and toasty!

Watermelon Pineapple Lime Smoothie Seltzer
To commentate the winter solstice and shortest day of the year knocking on our doors, we crafted a little bit of summer sunshine with the 5% ABV Watermelon Pineapple Lime Smoothie Seltzer. This gluten-free hard seltzer was brewed with over 1️⃣0️⃣0️⃣0️⃣0️⃣pounds of watermelon and pineapple puree, and a zippy dash of lime, to give you that real full flavored watermelon juice like sip.

Mr. Falcon DDH Hazy IPA – Collab W/ Barrel Theory
Yippie-kai-yay, we wanted to make a beer with Barrel Theory because they’re friends and they are well-known for making hazy IPAs, and those are two super cool things that we appreciate. Mister Falcon is a DDH Hazy IPA with Strata, Citra, and Simcoe Cryo hops.

You Can Have the Crown
A huge, imposing Imperial Stout, but just the beer part. No extra candy or pastry here, just a mountain of malts. We mashed twice as much, and boiled three times as long, and the resultant beer is luxuriantly chewy, chocolatey, mildly roasty, and delightful all on its own.

Mirror Universe DDH Hazy IPA
Double dry-hopped hazy IPA brewed with wheat, oats, and lots of Citra, Mosaic, and El Dorado hops

Coastal Sunset Version 5
We’ve never met a dog or a cake that we we didn’t like! Introducing our upcoming Coastal Sunset v5 which is brew inspired by a fruity almond crumble cake and a gorgeous label inspired by our favorite four legged friends! Sourced with fresh plums from Washington, blueberries from Oregon, almonds and Meyer lemons from California, vanilla beans from Madagascar, and cinnamon from Sri Lanka; these ingredients combine for a juicy tart flavor profile with a creamy body.

A Lil’ Loud Pack DDH IPA
We took our beloved LOUD PACK & shrunk it down to pocket sized, day time friendly proportions. The same hand-selected Citra, Mosaic, El Dorado & Australian Galaxyon a grain bill similar to, but scaled down from, the original. Is it getting A LIL’ LOUD in here, or is it just us?

Astronomical Axolotyl Berliner
Loads of Blackberries meets a tart Berliner. Lactose rounds out the entire experience along with very generous amounts of Cheesecake flavor. A full balanced dessert experience in a can!

Power Hour Hazy DIPA
Hazy Double IPA we brewed with our friends fromSouthern Swells Brewing Co. We wanted to work with a new experimental cryo hop blend that @yakimachief let us play with. “M”-blend is named for its massive Mango and Tropical nose and palate. We blended this with Citra and a small amount of Sabro to give this haze-bomb a huge flavor profile of tropical fruits and citrus.

Crispr Knockout Pils
Pilsner that is dry, has a slightly sharp bitterness indicative of the style, and has a light malt complexity. It was brewed 13 weeks ago and we have been (im)patiently waiting as it “lagers”. Lagers go through an extended cold aging process. This is why lager yeast is so special. If treated properly, they are known to continue cleaning up the beer even at temperatures below freezing. This also helps make these beers “bone dry”.

Showy Stamens Hazy DIPA
Spelt, Oats, Wheat, and a blend of two base malts create a nice complex background for a very expressive hop portfolio. Sabro, Bru-1, Mosaic, and Azacca hops come together into a JUICY, tropical goodness. Pineapple, passionfruit, tangerine, and mango all assault the palate in a great hoppy flavor profile!

Heavily fruited Berliner weisse with raspberries, blackberries, cinnamon and brown sugar added after fermentation.

Volcano Sauce Sour
The tectonic plates have shifted, letting forth an eruption of gushing blackberries and blueberries. Each burst filled with milk sugar & vanilla for creamsicle smoothness. A freshly canned sour ale with explosively delicious flavor.

Cherry Lime Freeze Sour
Sour Ale brewed with cherry, lime and vanilla frozen yogurt.

Velocirabbit IPA
Using the same amounts of Mosaic, Simcoe and Chinook as Laser Raptors, this beer has a powerful berry aroma and nice pine note. The oats and wheat maintain the creamy mouthfeel that Laser Raptors is known for, lending the lower ABV the ability to make a crispy break just as the hops surprise your palate.

How Now Brown Cow PB/Chocolate/Coffee Milk Stout
The weathers getting colder. How Now Brown Cow will warm you right up. Drinkable peanut butter cup meets coffee all wrapped up in a Milk Stout. Get ready for rich aromas of peanut butter, light roasted coffee, and a smooth chocolatey finish.

Species x Hyperthermic DIPA
Certain yeast strains of Norwegian origin, known as “kveik”, can ferment at extremely high temperatures with little to no off-flavors. Popular with craft brewers for good reason, we naturally decided to put a lot of these strains in the same beer. On top of this, we scrounged around for some additional strains and species of yeast that also perform well at kveik-like temperatures. The result is a big-bodied juice chimera for the ages. 

Drippin’ on the Cheap DIPA
Drippin’ On The Cheap DIPA drinks like absolute silk!! Smooth, Mosaic’s berries & dankness stealing the show upfront, with Citra’s stone fruit and candied clementine to balance it all out.

TDH Sponge Bath DIPA
Our constant pursuit of pillowy hop perfection leads us down many paths, but some combinations lather better than others. Triple helpings of our hand selected Citra Cryo, Mosaic, Cashmere Cryo & Strata. Soothing and refreshing, just like a sponge bath at Burning Man. Relax, Rinse & Repeat.

Our hand selected strata and simcoe with some preposterously stinky new zealand motueka & nelson sauvin on a spelt heavy base. Believe us, you’re gonna want to get in on the ground floor of this one.

The Tumi
The Tumi is brewed with 3,000 lbs of Yellow Mombin per 30 bbl batch. Yellow Mombins, also known as caja or hog plums, originate in the rainforests of Central and South America. The taste is vaguely tropical with hints of mango, banana, papaya, and pineapple. 

The Gadget Midwest Fruit Tart

Xmas Pickle Gose
Naughty or Nice, our beloved Pickle Gose is ready to be unwrapped and enjoyed this holiday season. The light and refreshing taste of cucumber and dill make the perfect pairing for all the heavy, holiday feasts to be had. 

Astronaut Food
This otherworldly brew is made with freeze-dried blueberries, and has more fruit than any other beer we’ve made. With a 15% ABV and a dizzying amount of blueberries, this beer is out of this world.

Dear Annie Hazy IPA
Deliciously juicy and hazy love note of lemon peel and orange pith with medium hoppy notes and light bitterness.

Modern Iowa Corn Pilsner – Our approach to a refreshing corn lager. Clean, crisp, and off-the-charts crushable.

Kobes Unleashed Kölsch
Light, refreshing, and clean. With a mild bitterness, this traditional brew is super crushable.

Spirit Foul DDH Hazy IPA
Brewed in collaboration with San Diego’s Modern Times Beer, Spirit Foul was Fair State’s first hazy IPA. Brewed with the freshest Strata hops and plenty of Citra and Mosaic for its passion fruit aroma. Pilsner malt, pale wheat, flaked oats, and flaked barley give this beer its soft body and signature haze. Super juicy, tropical, and dank.

Luxury of Restraint IPA
IPA you can see through? Yes, you read that right. The Luxury of Restraint is a collaboration with Shared Brewing (St. Louis, MO), hopped liberally with hand-selected Strata, Simcoe, and Nelson Sauvin. Assertive but polite bitterness, crispy malt character, and notes of stonefruit, gooseberries, nebulous tropicalia, and a waft of dankness. Can- and keg-conditioned for extra intangibles.

Double Hi-Five DIPA  – Collab W/ Ology
This Triple Dry-Hopped Double IPA brewed with our good friends at Ology Brewing is just bursting with tropical notes from 3 massive dry hops of Citra, Galaxy, Idaho 7, and Mosaic. 


Huntley Helles  – Kegs Only
Named to honor the home of our Huntley facility, this German-style lager is brewed with our soft water and some of our favorite German malts and hops, then lagered in our horizontal tank. An extremely soft mouthfeel with a pleasant malt profile and hints of noble hops, then ends in an ever so smooth finish.

Fruit Fusion Blueberry/Mango Yogurt
Fruit Fusion is all about pushing the limits. This brew is no exception as we have paired two amazing fruits (BLUEBERRY & MANGO) with tons of real vanilla yogurt and a touch of granola. This is a thicc boy, and absolutely smooth and delicious.
 

Chubby Bunny Kiwi Mallowmellon
 Marshmallow and real Kiwi puree.. what more can you ask for!?! Sweet/tart/and absolutely delicious all the way down the hatch. This is the first time that HBC has used Kiwi and we must ask ourselves… why have we waited this long?
 

Haze Head Seven Candles
Celebrating our seventh year in style with Seven Candles. This one has stupid amounts of hops. Like all of our NEIPAs– they are balanced with a strong backbone of chewy malts, but we pushed hard to give this one an edge as we incorporated seven of our favorite hops! This beer is absolute heaven to the hazy and IPA lovers. This may be the silkiest NEIPA we have offered thus far!


Spin 2 Win Pit Boss
Blueberry, Pomegranate, Black Currant: Three fruits perfectly matched by cupid himself. This brew features ungodly amounts of pure fruit. It is tart, rich, and features a wonderful mouthfeel.

Swingin’ Sticks Imperial Sweet Stout – Collab w/ Angry Chair
Austin teamed up with our friends at Angry Chair Brewing out of Tampa Bay Florida to bring you an Imperial Sweet Stout with coconut from Sri Lanka, pistachios from California, and cocoa nibs from Bolivia. This decadent brew should remind you of a rich chocolatey pistachio ice cream with the perfect amount of coconut and caramel swirl!

Hiking With Pulpit Rock
This newly developed pastry seltzer showcases Pulpit Rock Brewing Company’s innate talents for creating outstanding pastry sours while blending Austin’s style and love for new creations; like his previous Forager Brewery “Seltzer Pops”. The two styles come together for an epic Dole whip meets a citrus gin and tonic one-of-a-kind refreshing summertime beverage that begs you to wonder— just how did they do it?

Haizer Triple IPA Version 4
This triple IPA is brewed with motueka, nelson, citra & hort 4337. Coming in at 9.8%, this beer is incredibly smooth and easy drinking. One of their best TIPA’s to date!


Blackberry Cobbler A La Mode
This berliner weisse style ale with blackberry, pie crust & cinnamon tastes dangerous close to an actual blackberry cobbler. This one will seriously WOW you!
