Cantillon, Brasserie De La Senne, and Gueuzerie Tilquin coming from Abu Nawas!

Brasserie CANTILLON – Brasserie De La Senne:

Cantillon / De La Senne – Biere de Coupage 24/330ml BOT – Created for the 25th birthday of Cantillon’s Quintessence. This beer uses an ancient and typically Belgian technique called ‘Coupage’: the blend of a sour beer with a young ale. The sour beer used is 2-year-old Lambic from Cantillon. The result is a 6.2% abv amber beer, with an appealing tartness and a deep, complex vinous character. 6.2% ABV – BE

De La Senne Taras Boulba 24/330ml BOT – A world-class hoppy pale ale from one of Belgium’s best craft breweries. Noble Hop Bomb. A thirst-quencher, light and refreshing, but with a well-affirmed character. Blond and slightly hazy, it develops fragrances of noble hops in dry hopping, which give it herbal, floral, and light citrus notes. It has a powerful bitterness and a dry finale. Its profile is completed by malty notes of fresh cereals, as well as by fruity/spicy fermentation flavors. 4.5% ABV – BE

De La Senne Jambe-de-Bois 24/330ml – Brilliant hop-forward triple. Very balanced, and treacherous: the alcohol is never aggressive, which makes it dangerously easy to drink. 8% ABV – BE

De La Senne Coucou Puissant 24/330ml BOT – An exhilarating and full-bodied Dry-Hopped Quad. It’s deep amber in color with a creamy head and aromas of stone fruits, persimmon, flowers and spice. Generous dry-hopping with German hops adds a beautiful long bitterness to the malty flavor, bringing balance to the palate. 9.5% ABV – BE

De La Senne Stouterik 24/330ml BOT – Belgian Stout in the Irish style. Light, dry, and freshly bitter with complex roasted notes. The scent is pleasantly fragranced by the presence of an English aromatic hop particularly appreciated by connoisseurs. 5% ABV – BE

  • Gueuzerie Tilquin Oude Gueuze L’Ancienne 6/750ml – Blend blend of 1, 2 and 3 lambics from Lindemans, Cantillon & Girardin; Aged and blended by Tilquin – 5.3% ABV – BE

  • Gueuzerie Tilquin Stout Rullquin 6/750ml – Beer of mixed fermentation, the Stout Rullquin is obtained from a blending of 7/8 of Rulles Brune (Stout de Gaume) and 1/8 of a blend of 1-year-old lambics, which has matured for 8 months on oak barrels – BE

      Hi Bruce,
This is a traditional sour style brewery based out of Brussels. Intense and delicious. Also, made my first trip to the Spinal Taproom earlier this week and really loved it. Cheers!

Oh great, thanks for the reply! I believe you are who I emailed at Abunawas, maybe? Is this still your address: [image: image.png] We’ve been shopping for beers for the taproom, but I’m having difficulty with understanding what Abunawas offers. At this point, I’m only seeing four items for sale. Anyway, I’ll keep checking the ordering page periodically for more in the future. Thanks for visiting and hope you had a good visit! Bruce
