Medium-bodied and malt-forward with a smooth finish and just a touch of dryness, The Knot is the kind of pint made for cask pulls, cozy hangs, and pairing with all your classic Irish eats. 5% ABV – IL
• Phase Three Dark Czech Lager 6/4/16oz CANS – One of our favorite seasonal lagers. Czech and Bohemian-grown malts, traditional Czech lager yeast, a touch of Czech Saaz hops, and a long eight weeks spent cold conditioning in our horizontal lagering tanks provide lightly roasted herbal baker’s chocolate notes. 5.3% ABV – IL
• Phase Three Swells 6/4/16oz CANS – American IPA with Citra, Simcoe, Centennial Hops. Crafted with a blend of Midwest-malted barley, this deep golden colored beer with a fluffy white head and a slight haze has subtle notes of caramel, punchy bitterness, and notes of orange pulp, lemon, and pine needles. A crowd-pleasing beer for the hop heads and casuals alike. 6.5% ABV – IL
• Phase Three Curvature: Gimme Samoa 6/4/12oz CANS– The combo that started it all, and it’s back! P3 Chewy Imperial Stout base is layered with Coconut, Cacao Nibs, and a subtle dash of Cinnamon, creating a rich, dessert-leaning beer we’ve loved since the very beginning. 12.5% ABV – IL

Blackberry Farm Leather Britches 6/4/16oz CANS – A Classic American Style Porter. Leather Britches is an old southern method for preserving late-summer green beans. The beans are harvested, left in their pods, and hung up to dry for use in the Spring. An homage to an American farm tradition with notes of cocoa, roasted coffee, caramel and toffee. Dark but still light in body and extremely drinkable. 6.4% ABV – TN
